We booked this one due to the 10/10 reviews, not sure how this one achieved this. Location is excellent! The exterior does not meet up with the beautiful garden photos. We stayed in #2 with had a stoop with a rusty bistro set, not the nice chairs and daybed. We were never offered to use the other patio area. A/C unit in living room could not keep up, and WTH the shower most of the water went out the spigot. We lost power at 10pm with the storm and were in complete darkness for the entire night. No emergency back up lights, flashlight, candles, and the owner never checked on us, even though he was upstairs. We did not get the welcome check in like others commented with flowers or wine!

My husband and I had a wonderful 3 night stay. You are literally steps from a quiet, uncrowded, white sand beach. We didn’t rent a car, and enjoyed walking down to the boardwalk daily. Restaurants and bars are close - Tiki-Tiki ( 0.2 mile walk) to unlimited options on the boardwalk. (1.5 mile walk) This property is very comfortable with anything you would want. Sotos is a wonderful, kind and responsive host. I can’t wait to go back!

Arrived a bit early before check-in and the cleaning lady was gracious and allowed us to leave our luggage until she was finished. The renter was not around. We were immediately disappointed as the beach was closed for maintenance and was closed for the duration of our stay (9 nights). We had to walk (with chairs and an umbrella) to an open section of the beach (a fair distance). I contacted the renter and asked how long the beach was closed before we arrived, and he said approximately 2 weeks. I believe we should have been notified of this while we still could have and given the option to cancel our reservation. I also understand this may not be the renter's responsibility, but morally speaking I do believe it would have been the right thing to do. It was a long trek for my 80-year-old mother-in-law every day to sit at the beach that we should have had access to. At the very least it would have been nice if we had a choice on whether we wanted to stay or go elsewhere. The renter did offer 2 free nights on our next stay but unfortunately, we cannot make this happen. If we were provided a refund for a night or two on our current stay for being greatly inconvenienced it would have been appreciated. The place was clean and cute and the renter was responsive to questions.

Lovely property, 10 steps from beach. Sotos was very welcoming. No concerns while at the property. If anything to fault it would be the AC is noisy at times. Not a big issue really. Differently would recommend if you want a beach, stay without paying $5 an hour for parking, closer to Hollywood centre.

We have come back over and over. Always great. Our host is the best. Our grand kids love to spend the day at Nans's beach house with Nana and grandpa. See you next year.

We loved our stay. The unit was clean and spacious and the location was fantastic. Right next to the beach, you could also walk north or south for a fantastic view. We highly recommend staying here.

This was my 4th visit. I love this place. Everything you need for a beach vacation is right there. The owner has thought of everything from a blender, to books to read on the beach, to an umbrella and chairs. The ocean in all its glory is RIGHT there. I didn't rent a car and was still able to have all the food and drink I wanted. I walked to the Broadwalk one day. Although it is a bit of a trek, it is absolutely doable. It was very hard to leave this pocket of paradise, and I can't wait to book my next stay.

This was my girlfriend and I’s first vacation together! Actually a spur of the moment trip! The listing seemed to be a perfect spot for us and was it ever. Great location and it was everything the listing said it would be. We also had a few questions and he answered by the next day! This will be our first choice next trip! Thank you!

Absolutely amazing stay. Apt #2 (at the front) is really comfortable for 2 persons. Everything as expected an more! On your arrival you will find undescripted details that make your first moments easier and friendly! The host is ready to help at every time and I ‘ll recommend to listen his suggestions! We will sure repeat!

My husband and I had this exact trip booked in 2020, however due to Covid we had to cancel it. Took us 3 years but we made it. It was exactly what we were looking for. Steps from the beach, great restaurants. We will definitely be back!!!

We had a wonderful stay again!! This was our third stay here. We felt at home, and the closeness to the Hollywood Broadwalk for shopping or dining is close enough to walk, bike or drive. There are several parking garages. Sotos is a wonderful host.

get such high marks...here's why... * clean comfortable unit with its own parking spot * chairs and umbrellas for a beach that is 20 steps away * well stocked kitchen and bath * TIKI TIKI restaurant is a 5 minute walk with intracoastal views, great drinks and killer grouper tacos * The host..Sotos is my favorite host, and i have been VRBO-ing for the better part of 10 years... he is personable, amiable, available, responsive, and in a word, wonderful... cannot wait to go back.

This apartment was the perfect romantic getaway for our tenth anniversary. The location, mere yards from the ocean, was spectacular. The porch is the perfect spot to enjoy a meal outdoors or just hang out. We are so grateful to have found this gem, it really was lovely. Incredibly charming all around.

This rental property was literally steps from the beach! There was a walking/bike path that goes along the beach with shady trees, lifeguards all along the beaches for safety, gorgeous neighborhood, beautiful sea green colored ocean, the rental Apt. had everything we needed. Sotos is such a gracious host and very accommodating, such a wonderful person!!! Would definitely rent again!!

We loved staying at this location! We didn’t have a car so it was wonderful to be steps from a quiet beach and then one day we walked to Tiki Tiki restaurant and another day we walked to a fishing charter! We used Uber for small trip but found ourselves not wanting to go many places because the beach was right outside! I highly recommend this property . My husband and I had a wonderful time! We like to cook so we also had Walmart grocery delivery to the property!

Great relaxing stay. Right at the beach. I strongly advise an early morning walk on the beach to enjoy a sunrise. The apartment was clean comfortable, well appointed & had most everything one would need. Sotos was more than welcoming & kind. I'd like to visit again

This property was just the correct size for the two of us. It was clean, had everything we needed in the kitchen and the bed was brand new and so comfortable. Our host was the nicest man who would have done anything to make your stay more comfortable, but it was already just perfect for us! The ocean was so close which made it so easy to walk a few steps and take a nice dip in a very warm ocean…89 degrees! Another wonderful perk about this house is that the parking is right next to your apartment and even one extra space for our visitors. Great stay!

The apartment was perfect! We arrived late and Sotos had fresh flowers and a very nice bottle of wine waiting for us. The apartment is filled with beautiful artwork and is very comfortable. The ocean is very close, only about 100ft away. The best part for us was the outdoor area. Lots of seating choices and it was so enjoyable sitting outside with the ocean breeze in the evening. Sotos is very friendly and a great host. If you get a chance, try the Tiki Tiki restaurant. It is a short walk and worth it. We will definitely be back.
