Exceptional

Great location, really pleasant and clean rooms with comfortable bedding and cosy bed sheets. The kitchen is well equipped. The thing that makes the place amazing is the view and the sound of the waves. It was an amazing stay for us. We wished that we have booked the villa for a longer stay.

Perfect stay.

The villa was in a great location right next to the sea with a great pool and great views. It was very spacious and contained everything we needed for the time we were there. From the villa it was ony a short walk to restaurants, shops and a bus stop, it also had free parking nearby. The location was also very quiet and we heard no noise from other villas.

Nice sized villa with an amazing view.

Location was terrific, nice view and close to the sea, especially during sun rise. Was nice to take a swim both in the sea and pool. The host was super friendly and communication was easy. You can find a guide book which explains how to use all appliance, which made it easier for us. Above all a good sized villa for a large group of friends or family, we enjoyed our stay.

Beds are a little uncomfortable and low. Some stuff need an upgrade, such as small tv, old acs ecc. You cannot listen to loud music due to neighbours (wasn't an issue for us, but might be for some) Pool cleaning and maintenance should have been planned early morning, we had to wait to swim. The floor around the pool area is slippery, make sure to wear sandals. The smallest room had no ac and one ac was making a lot of noise, we had to turn it off during the night. Above all I still recommend this villa to my friends :)

Sensational views from an outstanding villa!

The views from this villa both at sunrise and sunset are out of this world! Villa is located right on the beach and from the pool area we enjoyed spectacular seaviews. Inside is extremely spacious with very nice and thoughtful touches and clean. As a family and friends, we also enjoyed the games room downstairs. Host was really kind and helpful! Highly recommended!

Bad service and accommodation quality

The accommodation came along with a list of hidden charges, some of which are ridiculous. Charges like WiFi, heating, air conditioning. Furthermore, we were asked to pay a deposit of 300 euros to the agent, Josette without any prior notice. She even hung up the call when we tried to look for help to find a transport back from gozo, at which she promised that transportation was included in the amount charged. We had to find our own taxi and paid extra for the trip back to the villa. This was unacceptable. Also, there's mold everywhere in the house which I don't think it up to the standard.
