About this cottage rental

This cottage is a favorite for renters. It is in Yacht Club Village Unit #274 at Beach Dreams. It is on the left hand side before the main pool area, which makes it a short walk for you to all of the amenities. This cottage has many upgrades. The living room and kitchen has hard wood floors. The kitchen has all stainless steel appliances and granite counter tops. The master bedroom has a queen size bed with a TV and the second bedroom also has a queen size bed. The living room has a 42 inch plasma TV with an HD TV package. The three season porch has a full size futon providing additional sleeping to accommodate up to five people. There is a washer and dryer for your convenience. Every room has a ceiling fan and the cottage has its own WIFI. The kitchen is fully stocked for those nights you would like to cook in. There is an outside gas grill with a bistro table and two chairs if you would like to eat outside. This cottage is beautifully decorated and will provide you with everything you need for a great vacation!

Please Note: You must provide your own linens and towels.

Rentals are typically on a weekly basis from Saturday to Saturday. There are some exceptions in the Spring and Fall -> see Calendar.

Beach Dreams Cottages Condominiums is located in the picturesque New England seaside town of Wells, Maine. The community consists of 229 quaint cottages on 43 acres of land. It is located on US Coastal Route 1 and easily accessible via Interstate 95. It is a scheduled stop on the Wells Trolley line providing our owners and guests with the ability to travel Wells and its bordering towns with ease. The amenities include one large clubhouse, a fully equipped gym, game arcade, tennis / pickleball and bocce courts, basketball, a heated swimming pool, and a hot tub all of which are accessible to those who rent.
It is located about 1 1/2 miles from Moody Beach. There is so much to do in this area.
Wonder Mountain Fun Park is right around the corner. There is excellent fishing (stripers and blue fish), biking, boating & kayaking, golfing (Old Marsh golf course is awesome and is just 3 miles away), beautiful beaches, many-many great restaurants, quaint shops and some of the nicest people you will meet!

We loved our stay at this cottage. It was very clean and the perfect space for what we needed. We took advantage of the community pool in walking distance. The beach was also a quick drive. Definitely would recommend. We’re already planning when we can book again!

The property was very nice and only issues was with the weather. Very hot and humid first week (ac had a hard time cooling it.)and rainy and hurricane second week. Had to check out early as storm was approaching. Did leave message for home owners but didn’t hear anything back. The location is excellent and the cottage is very cute.

This beach cottage has a wonderful location in Wells - close to many beaches! It is clean and well-appointed. It has access to a large pool and hot tub. We had an excellent visit and will look to stay here again! Thank you!

The cottage was well stocked and worked out well for family reunion. Beach Dreams is a large complex and we had difficulty finding the unit. Other than that, everything was very nice.

We had a little trouble getting into the property but the owner is so responsive and was timely in his communication so it was a short blip. We loved the property, the location is perfect and overall was a great experience. Would definitely stay there again if we revisit that part of ME.

This cottage was in a good location for us . It was very nice on the inside. Although I wish it had two bathrooms. The AC wasn’t my favorite,it was one large unit in the living room.It did a great job in the living and kitchen but not so much in the bedrooms. Also quite noisy when watching TV as it was just above it. All in all it was good for us.

This cottage was a wonderful experience! It was just as the description said. Everything was clean and decorated beautifully! The sun porch made the whole cottage feel bright and roomy. We would definitely stay here again! The Beach Dreams atmosphere, pool and lovely flowers and landscaping were enjoyed very much by all!

Beautiful, clean and comfortable cottage in a great location. I came with my mother for her first trip to Maine. We had a wonderful experience, and had all the amenities we needed. Everything was as described in the listing and the owners helpful and easy to communicate with. We would definitely stay again!

This rental in Beach dreams was a great location. We were able to walk to the pool, hot tub and club house. The house had mostly everything we wanted. There were no utensils for eating lobsters that we had gotten . The sofa and chair in the living room were dirty and stained. But other than those things we had a great time

It was such a great stay, but getting into the gate when we first arrived was tricky. No one was at the gate to let us in and we held up traffic at the gate. Other than that, we had a lovely cottage with a fully stocked kitchen, WiFi, and cable. It was close to about a thousand amazing restaurants, and an hour from great apple picking in Limerick. A really lovely place to stay.

Great cottage , great location. Ac unit really not large enough . Or maybe should have been running for our arrival. Parking was tight for our large truck . Wish office and game room could have been open but covid prevented that. Cottage size and furnishings were Great! Locatation was great. Close to everything. Overall a Great vacation.
