Located in a stone quarry, it still retains the signs left by the quarrymen who for centuries extracted materials for the local villas and churches. A grassy beach opens onto the lake, framed by circular rocks once used by fishermen.
The 120 square meter residence includes two double bedrooms, a panoramic glass and wood veranda, a library built with centuries-old chestnut, and a living room with a period kitchen carved into the stone. The rooms, “della Bilancia” and “della Lanterna,” offer breathtaking views of the lake and the surrounding woods.
Unique details, such as antique bolts and wrought iron lanterns, make the Nest an authentic refuge, surrounded by 3,000 square meters of lawn and woods, perfect for those seeking peace and history.
