Tutto ottimo in ambiente confortevole. In bagno c'era addirittura una bilancia, un buon phon per capelli ed una piastra! Doccia e letto molto confortevoli con tutto il necessario in camera.

Conveniente per chi è in auto

Il piano della villa adibito a B&B è ben rifinito ed accogliente. Servizi adeguati.

La struttura non è adeguatamente insonorizzata, si sente troppo rumore dalle stanze limitrofe oltre al calpestio da sopra.

Amamos noss escolha

O quarto belissimo, tudo muito bem cuidado, a cama excelente. A limpeza impecavel, banheiro alem de lindo tinha um mimo de beleza para mulheres e toalheiros termicos. Havia garrafinhas de aguá nos quartos ( mais uma delicadeza da parte dos anfitriões)

O horário do cafe da manhã poderia ser mais estendido. Para quem esta de carro a localização é ok mas caso não acredito que ja seja mais dificil sair.

Perugia ist wunderschön ( Altstadt)

Alles sehr sauber aber wirklich unglaublich sauber wunderschönes Zimmer Top Badezimmer alles neu und modern Absolut traumhafte anlage ( villa)mit grossen Garten und sehr gepflegt noch dazu Parkplatz auf dem Garten und sehr guten Frühstück Einfach Grandios

Lovely property, but noisy

The couple who run this B&B are lovely, but speak no English. But, using our phone translators we were able to communicate quite well. The breakfasts were very good and the parking was fine.

We actually had to move half way through our planned stay as there was no air-conditioning and there was a heatwave with high humidity and not enough breeze at night to cool our room. There was a screen on our bedroom window, but none on the bathroom window, so we had some bug problems. Finally although the property is lovely and with a very well kept garden, the location was close to a factory which made a lot of noise and in the next door apartment house had what sounded like a young teenager who yelled at his parents for a long time on 2 nights. We were also unhappy with our bed in Room 1. The supporting frame did not keep the mattress level.

Great and Cozy Stay!

We loved the friendliness and helpfulness of Elisa, the house manager. We also loved how peaceful the neighborhood was. The rooms were so clean and the bathrooms looked recently renovated. Not to mention, breakfast was always delicious and plentiful. All in all it was a great and cozy stay. We are thankful to have stayed here!

Perfect, very accommodating host. The room was large, clean, and very quiet. Large bathroom as well. Good selection of pastries for breakafast.

Nice room, good location but feel the hosts could have been a little more engaging.

Location was good but it is very hard to find. Nice room and beautiful bathroom.

They need a sign to indicate where it is. I had to ring as we didn't know how to get in. The gentleman was very friendly and advised us on a very nice place to eat but the lady at breakfast was not engaging at all. We felt quite awkward. The light in the room came on every time you moved in that direction - very annoying in the middle of the night.

It was our best place to experience on Booking.com.

The owners of the place were incredibly good hearted and helpful people. We were greeted with more interest than we hoped. The place was super clean. Since we went to three people, they provided two rooms for one room rate. They made us a barbecue for dinner. And they offered vegetables and fruit from their gardens. Before leaving, they gave us the vegetable seeds they used in the garden. It was a super experience. :) :)
