Think before you book the place.

Great location and the AC and heater are working well. Complete Kitchen stuff.

First of all i chose this place coz its advertising that they have a gym but when i got there they said its not open for guests anymore. They should have update their posting. Second, cleanliness is not great. A lot of cockroaches and the tiles in the bathroom are not intact anymore. Water are coming out of the tiles when you step on it. They provided rugs but i took lot of effort from my end for them to provide it. Third, the frontdesk, host, housekeeping situation is so hard. Its hard to communicate coz indont have local number and they kept asking me to call and text the caretaker but they couldn’t understand that i cant coz i have no local number.

we had to cut our stay short because of how dirty the place was

near the vicinity that i need to go to

very dirty, full of tiny cockroaches crawling around, linens seem like it was not washed, no shower curtain, dirty walls and sofa, smells bad

Save yourself. Do not stay here.

The guards and staffs were RUDE. When we’re asking about how to reserve for the pool, the staff was not answering and when we repeated the question, they seemed to be annoyed and do not want to be disturbed. They were so busy with their personal stuffs, one of the staff was just watching something from her phone. Also, their policy for pool reservation is very bad! They follow first come first serve but you need to wait on the lobby at an exact time for reservation before they’ll accomodate you. We went up and down 5 times for reservation. For the room, it’s not tidy. There were lot of cockroaches on the unit. The shower exploded when we opened it.

The owner and coordinator are not considerate with the request of the client. They did not manage what are the inclusive and excluded payment. They will just collect on that day.

Fabulous

It was great having an apartment, kitchen, supermarket nearby , pool and gym. Perfect for winding down from a long trip. Price was great and very prompt assistance when needed.

You are going to spend a fortune on Taxis if your plans are in downtown manila. A few cockroaches running around.
