It had a beautiful view to the beach. Overall it was a nice place. The bedroom did not stay cool and the A/C air did not reach in there. The bathroom door did not close from the inside. The kitchen was nice and there was plenty of space. Updated well.

Overall, it was a good experience. The property is oceanfront and steps away from the ocean. The unit is in need of a few updates nothing major but would be an easy fix: fridge rusted on the side and inside storage broke, screen for balcony broke and would not slide shut. Cleaning staff could do better. Dirt and dust was found under the couch and beds, bunk beds in the hall needed bedding cleaned. I found food and a popsicle stick on the top bunk comforter, so I used the provided sheets to replace the comforter.

The view is definitely the highlight. There were several beach toys available and the condo was clean. It is close to shops and restaurants. I loved watching the bunnies and deer while looking at the ocean. I would definitely stay there again!

Fabulous location with direct beach front view. Gated property. Bathroom was updated, nice flooring was easy to sweep. Thought it might be too small, but it was all the room we really needed. Would recommend an update on refrigerator (rust on outside, but inside was very clean and useable,) stove (also very useable,) and keyless entry would be nice. Liked eating at the high top on the porch, but would have liked a couple of comfortable chairs for napping, but that's probably just me. Very clean and met our needs just fine. Would definitely rent again.

Location is Terrific. #325 is one of a very few units that have oceanfront view, although it is a long way back from the beach. About 75-100 yards to the beach chairs. (Which are not included in your rental.) I don’t know about the other units, but #325 was a disappointment. Several Electrical outlets didn’t work, ceiling fan in bedroom didn’t work, bulbs burned out in bathroom, garbage disposal made a horrific noise. Light fixtures didn’t work in bedroom and living room. Appliances were old and worn. These were reported to management and the only correction was changing light bulbs in bathroom. Our stay was 9 days so there was time to make some repairs. Only one ancient elevator for large complex of 3 floors.

We have stayed in various units at Seaside Villas several times and are always pleased which their proximity to the beach and the great value that they provide. But this unit - it's all about the view!!! All of the units have a beach view, but most are kind of to the side. This unit directly faces the beach. Being on the top floor we could see above all the trees and vegetation directly to the water. The ocean breeze was so wonderful that we did not even use the air conditioning during the day, but just kept the sliding door open!
The unit was well furnished and looked just like the pictures. Our ONLY complaint was that there were do directions for anything..... how to work the TV, AC etc. and no information on things to see and do in the area. I suspect there was supposed to be some info but maybe someone carted it off??

The location of the room and the view of the ocean was great. The bed was very uncomfortable. The bunks in the hall are only about 2 feet wide so whoever sleeps there needs to be really small. We turned the AC down to 60 so we could get some cool air to go back into the bedroom, so it was freezing in the living/kitchen area. None of the furniture was comfortable. There was no broom in the unit, so there was sand on the floor (yes, we rinsed our feet off when we came in from the beach). There was just a Swiffer-type handle in the closet, but not pads to go on it. We would not stay in this unit again.

Our family moved to unit 325 from Unit 310 as Unit 310 had an unbearable odor which caused nausea and extreme coughing. So the Property Management company transferred us to unit 325. Once in Unit 325, though no odor, unit had hair on tables, old furniture, old appliances, stained refrigerator, and we killed a roach climbing the walls. The overall Seaside complex is old and in need of updates. Unit 325 did however have a nice view of the beach and new shower. For what we'd paid, these older outdated units were unacceptable and didn't match the charge.

The bedroom is easily 80 degrees at bedtime vs the living room being 68. Do not rent this condo in any hot month you will be miserable at night unless you sleep in the rocking chair next to the ac unit in the living room / dining room/ kitchen . Not to owners : Spend my week rental money and get an ac unit for the bedroom . Horrible experience

Needs a deep cleaning. Housekeeping did a marginal surface level cleaning but overall was filthy. A clump of hair had been thrown in the toilet and left by housekeeping as well as dirty silverware in the dishwasher . The floor was dirty. Silverware drawer was discusting (I Cleaned after rewashing all the silverware ). The owner needs to come and do extensive cleaning that includes the hard to reach places. The ceiling fan has inches of dust on top. The couch is stained, the list goes on and on. Very disappointed. We ended up leaving a day early.

Enjoyed the view and provisions of SV 325. The villa was clean and accommodating. My wife and I are very appreciative of the owners being flexible to allow us a 10 day stay during our time there. Please pass that along to them. As with all villas without central HVAC, the kitchen-den area was cool, but the bedroom was not. The villa had a portable floor fan, which we used, along with a second fan that we brought with us, in an effort to move the cool air back into the bedroom. We would recommend this villa to others, during a cooler time of the year. Did encounter a large cockroach in the shower one morning, but no other insects.

This is a very nice unit with an oceanfront view. However, our experience was disappointing with the lack of overall maintenance. The bathroom floor smelled and the hallway door was literally off the hinges and leaning. Same for the screen door out to the balcony. It was not on track and leaning against the wall.

Unit 325 of Seaside Villas was very nice and clean. It is one of the end units facing the beach so that was extra nice. Vacation Time of HHI is always very easy to deal with and we feel like we get a better value than dealing directly with VRBO. Two small concert with this unit Wr that there were no really good cable channels that we could find. No sports, no news etc. Also, the let out couch mattress was extremely uncomfortable because of the base of the couch digging into your back through the matters. Overall, I would stay here again as it was very clean and convenient. And Vacation Time is excellent to deal with.
