Spacious hall & room. Clean interior. Bed & pillow quite comfy

Aircond is only at master bedroom & room at kitchen. Other 2 rooms + living room doesn't have air cond Got 3 toilet but upstair toilet doesnt working. Working toilet only at master bedroom & at kitchen No wifi

Overall if you are not fussy and can tolerate pest, it's ok.

price was good. Had electric jug, dining table and nice mugs. Place was easy to find. Near to the beach . Had a fridge and cooking facilities

Cockroach running around. Bed room upstairs was with cockroach smell. One of the Toilet upstairs was not usable. Cats coming in and out of the house.( nuisance) . Gate was rusty.

No towels provided. Some furnitures broken. Only 1 AC. Not enough blanket. Sofa needs change. No hot shower

Near to beach, you can even feel the sea breeze Spacious with many beds The place looks brand new

Host needs to treat his guests with more respect and have better communication with guest

The house was not as expected as seen in the pictures. The sofa was covered with a cover and looks improper but when asked, the host replied the purpose of the cover is for easy cleaning. The kitchen was a bit dark as there were few bulbs not working and even the lighting in the bathroom a bit dim. The fridge contained unfinished food. No water heater in the master bedroom. When confronted the host on the food left in the fridge, he said the cleaner might have forgotten to clean it. Told him that he should not take it lightly as that would be the first thing your guest will look but I was simply told to find another homestay to stay and he can fully refund my money. It was already almost 9 pm and he expects us to find another place to stay. I told him the things i highlighted is for his benefits as a host to improve and he cant expect me to find another homestay at that hour. He apologized but for me to come back and stay agan, I will surely not. Never that i check out from a Homestay as early as 9am the next day.
