Amazing place to stay, highly recommend!!

Mr Ahmed, Hamdi, the chef and the whole staff were so friendly and welcoming! The room was super cute with good AC and heating. The grounds and view are stunning. Very very relaxing stay and made to feel very much at home and taken care of. Thank you!!

Sehr guter Ausgangspunkt für Al Ula und Umgebung

Sehr freundliches Personal. Familiär geführte Unterkunft. Sehr gutes Frühstück (leider wie alles in Ssudi Arabien erst in Plastikfolie, dann in Alufolie eingewickelt). Toller Garten, in dem man frühstücken kann. Ideale ruhige Lage zwischen allen Sehenswürdigkeiten.

Das Chalet ist direkt am Eingang, angebaut an die Rezeption (nachts war es aber absolut ruhig). Die Waschmaschine ist nicht mehr vorhanden. Im Bad ohne Fenster müffelt es ziemlich (tagsüber am Besten den Abluftventilator laufen lassen). Preislich wie alles in Al Ula überteuert.

It is fine if you are prepared for very basic accommodation

The area is beautiful, the location is some 15/20 mins from the old town, which is fine, the orchard is impressive and so are the hills around. It was cold during our stay but there was a heater, blankets, duvet, it was well prepared for cold. Breakfast was nice and warm, however, we stayed for 4 days, it was the same every day, but all in all - it was good.

The rooms are portcabins and you can hear your neighbors walking, talking, going to the bathroom, etc. The bathroom is below any expectation, shower tub small, no curtain, and very very basic. Everything else was fine however very basic and too expensive for this price.

تجربة مميزة للأسرة ونأمل تكرارها

الأجواء رائعة - الموقع قريب من كل الفعاليات تقريباً.. ربع ساعة من الحجر وجبل الفيل والبلدة القديمة وديمومة والواحة.. موقع متوسط رائع. المزرعة جميلة ومسموح بقطف البرتقال واليوسفي والتجول بحرية - استقبال وتعاون الأخ حمدي في غاية الرقي والتعاون. تجهيزات الغرفة جيدة.. بطاطين للبرد الشديد - مدفأة - غلاية كهربائية - شاي وقهوة - ثلاجة.

الحمام ضيق لدرجة عدم وجود علاقة للملابس - مستوى الغرفة فندقياً لا يرقى للمبلغ المدفوع وللأمانة هذه مشكلة العلا كلها وليست المزرعة هذه تحديداً.. الخدمة مقابل المال غير مناسب أبداً.

Beautiful location, amazing staff but trailer was in bad condition.

The staff were fantastic, super helpful and responsive. Always available on whatsapp. Very kind and always willing to help and go the extra mile. The heating worked well, as it was cold outside. There was a good kettle. Internet was good.

The trailer / caravan itself was very old, and was dirty in places and had not been fixed or cleaned properly. Many of the windows, curtains and blinds were broken and did not work properly. Tiny hose in the toilet was the shower and it was too difficult to use. The room divider privacy screen did not work. The cupboard was full of junk and dirty. The caravan did not feel properly maintained or looked after. We paid SAR 1000+ per night and it was not good value for money. Communal shower room was too far away.

Ruhig gelegen

Die Lage ist sehr schön, etwa 10 min von WinterPark entfernt, 23 km zum Elephant Rock. In den Bergen, die nachts beleuchtet sind. Seh ruhig ist der Bauernhof gelegen, Besitzen bietet zuverlässigen Shuttle Service von/zum Flug an. WIFI in sehr guter Qualität auch draußen. Orangen und Zitronen gratis an den Bäumen!

Horrible!

La seule chose potable dans cet hôtel est le lieu.

Un désastre. Un tarif exorbitant pour dormir dans un container aménagé, la température est tombé à 14 degrés durant la nuit. L’accueil est sommaire. Le propreté des plus discutables. Les taxis ne trouvent pas l’endroit. C’était tellement catastrophique que nous ne sommes pas restés la deuxième nuit. Pas de petit-déjeuner. Vraiment, pour voyager de manière extensive, nous avons rarement vu une telle catastrophe.

It’s tolerable, but I don’t think I will choose this accommodation again.

The surrounding environment was good.

The breakfast was not included in the room price. I had to pay extra for breakfast. At least they should have informed us that breakfast fast is not included with the room.

Not good experience

It is located in beautiful garden of many fruit trees, just along the base of mountain.

Rooms are very small. We had one brick wall room and other room was in container. Container room floor was cranky, moving with every step. Containers are badly lit. Bathrooms are very small and basic. Beds are small. Basic furniture only. No dressing table or sofa chairs. Air conditioners are cool only. Heating of room is by radiator heater which took very long to make it comfortable. No restaurant or food available. We asked for early bread ,eggs, tea breakfast which was not provided. Price is too high for facilities they provide. They charge us like SAR 1200 for two rooms.

For me this was a place to sleep after a long day of sightseeing.

A nice property with an orange orchard. Very quiet, especially at night. Beds were twin size, firm. Pillows also comfy.

The room I stayed in was very simple. Just big enough to put bags to the side. Staff didn't clean the room for the whole week I was there. They didn't even empty the trash. It felt a bit like camping in that respect. We had to empty our own trash and ask for clean towels. But they were very friendly and responsive when we did ask for help.

The location was amazing. Nasem was very hospitable, treating us with dates from the farm, Arabian coffee and tea, and showing us his animals. The room was clean.

The room was not luxurious, but it was fair for the price. The bed seemed comfortable, but wasn't very much.

Our Al Ula stay became successful because of the hospitality Naseem country inn offered us. It was the best!

What I’d like about the property is that the place itself is like a farm type, we stayed in bungalow it has a complete set of things that you need so if you are stress it was the best place for us to stay. But what I really love about the place were the staffs working there, Brother Hamdy and brother Ziad make sure that our stay were the best! Accommodating and friendly, also the place surrounding by a lot of lemon and oranges tress are additional points! The food also they prepared for us is heart warming, and the owner also are very friendly. We enjoyed our 3 days there.

The location is nice, in the middle of a plantation. Friendly staff and a nice view. It can't be compared to a hotel, it has more of a camping vibe. (We had two bungalows...)

Although the keeper was very attentive and really kind, the communication was a bit difficult. ;-) Wifi was only working at the main building.

A moment of home, grace and friendship

My stay here was what I will take with me from my time in Saudi Arabia, in large part because of the character, grace and warmth of the hosts and people I met while at Naseem House. The guest houses are located on a beautiful farm growing the most richly sweet dates I’ve ever tasted, mangoes, pears and other crops, nestled at the base of the Al Ula mountains. Walking up from the guesthouses past the pool, you get to a landing hovered over by a clear, open sky, bathed in stars at night and looking up to crevasse-lit rocks starting in the evening. You can walk up past volcanic rock-laden walkways up to the classic Al Ula sandstone rocks to see a beautiful sunset in the evening, and the greenery during the day offers a peaceful and homey respite. The cabins are clean and comfortable, and the whole place is touched with a hospitality and kindness given the wonderful people who run it. I will forever be grateful for my experience and uplifting time at Naseem House. 🙏🏻
