A cozy cabin nestled in a cul de sac near the golf course and a walking dance to a nearby gated park and small lake (note this is another small lake not to be mistaken by the main lake). We are 10min from the Lake Arrowhead Village, Lake Gregory and 20miles from Big Bear.

This is a beautiful 3 bedroom, 3.5 bath with a huge game room and a big deck which wraps around the entire house. There are two fire places located in the living room and the game room. Perfect for big and small groups. Speakers and a small fire pit on the deck for a chill day or night on the deck to enjoy the beautiful air and scenery.

Plenty of parking all around and in the main driveway. Long flight of steps to get to the main and first level.

We offer wifi (code will be provided) and we offer AppleTV, SmartTV.
•The main floor – big living room, dining area and kitchen w/ big island and bar stools.
•Bedroom 1 – 1 king bed and a bunk bed with daybed 1 full mattress, 2 twin mattresses and a baby crib
•Bedroom 2 - 1 queen bed and there is also an air mattress in the closet in case there is a need
•Bedroom 3 – 1 queen bed and 2 crib/playpen
•Game room – 1 futon which opens up and can sleep 2, daybed with 2 twin mattresses and pool table which can be converted to ping pong table

Arrival & check-in time is after 4pm, but can be flexible
Departure & check-out is by 11am but can be flexible

Overall the property suited my family’s needs. The kids loved playing in the game room and there was enough space for everyone (5 adults, 1 teen, 3 kids). The neighborhood is very nice. We didn’t get any snow, but if there was snow, there would have been enough space for the kids to play in. The house is a little older looking than what the pictures portray and the some of the lighting/lamps also seemed old, and did not work

Perfect winter cabin

Perfect winter cabin

Cabin had everything we needed and communication with property manager couldn’t have been easier. We had great sledding nearby. Enjoyed the large comfy couches, big screen TV and fireplace. Would stay here again!

It was ok…

Booked this cabin for a relaxing family getaway. Upon arrival, we noticed the front and outside of the cabin are a lot more outdated than shown In The pictures. We didn’t care much. We started to take our luggage into the cabin, settled in, cooked a nice dinner and hung out In the kitchen island. We soon noticed ROACHES on the kitchen counters! Yes ROACHES!!! Not just one or two. There were a lot of baby and large roaches roaming around the kitchen counters. I am terrified of roaches so I was about ready to check out that same night. My husband decided to take a look and see if they were also inside the cabinets or behind any of the appliances but they all seem to have been coming from a Keurig coffee maker that was on the counter! The thing was infested with baby roaches and poop and roaches literally floating in the water inside the coffee maker. So disgusting. We took the thing out and tried to look around to make sure there weren’t any other roaches left. I didn’t want to bring them home with me! Ugh. And I sure was glad we didn’t make coffee!! I mean other than that the place is outdated, needs improvement and cleaning. Lots of old furniture and the closets are full of old crap that should be thrown out in my opinion, old blankets, etc. we also found a few dead rats in the basement that were stuck in mouse traps ;( I don’t think I would book this place again. Evelina was super lovely just the place needs to be better managed.

10/10 recommend booking this cabin! We booked for my Husband’s 31st birthday, and our friends. We were eight in total, and could not have been more comfortable. From the dining table, to the patio table, to the giant living room couch, and the many beds, we were perfectly accommodated and then some! To make it even better everything is situated in that vintage open concept, giving you everything you expect from a dreamy California mountain getaway. The place is epic. Two of our friends thought they missed the driveway because the house is so big. It’s basically 3 levels with two wrapping decks. Our morning breakfasts and BBQs were so peaceful outside. And those celebrating moments that weren’t as peaceful, were also made possible with an awesome speaker system with which we enjoyed a UFC fight on the big screen TV. Speakers were also hooked up for the deck as well. The super cool game room is where we spent a lot of the time, warm by one of the house's two fireplaces, playing pool and card games! As for the location, you can’t beat it- nearby lakes and trails! Our most favorite thing about this place, was our host made it feel like home. There have been times where certain rentals make you feel like your walking around on eggshells, but not here. We genuinely felt that our host took that extra mile to make sure we could make the best memories possible. Thank you so much. It was everything we could have hoped for.

We had a great stay in this house! Very spacious. The kitchen was very well equipped which was fantastic because we love cooking!!! The children enjoyed so much the ping-pong. All was great!!! Thank you for everything!
