I had a horrible experience with TabbyRentals due to a filthy apartment, misleading listing.

There was no breakfast. Location is in a bad neighborhood.

I had a terrible experience with TabbyRentals. The apartment was filthy, with gross bed sheets, bugs, stained couches, and a leaking bathroom pipe. The listing was misleading about the kitchen, and the management was unprofessional, sending a cleaning lady inside the apartment when I’m not home, without permission. Avoid this company at all costs.

Тут нема чому подобатися!

Це найбрудніше житло яке колись було знято по Букінгу.Працівники апартаментів довго не могли знайти мій демідж депозит і не давали код для входу, і тільки після другої проплати демідж депозита вони дали код для входу, і чомусь одразу знайшли перший. Повернули депозит на десять доларів менше. Це жахливі апартаменти і не рекомендую нікому там заселятись. І під час перебування в апартаментах до нас зайшли працівники які щось забули . (Скориставшись кодом самостійно, тобто самі відкрили собі вхідні двері).Дуже брудна білизна,сморід в апартаменті,протікаюча сантехніка,зламана мебель, напрацює обігрів.

Don't stay unless you like to itch for 3 days.

The kitchen was very nice with a stove. TV was big and user friendly. Big fridge as well. Roomy shared space. Downstairs is hardwood floors, but all upstairs carpet! Beware carpet!!

My wife immediately had bites to her legs after sitting on the sofa. We both developed itchy spots to our legs and arms. We booked two nights unfortunately. It was much worse the second night. We had to use lots of steroid creams to control the itch. Lasted for three days!! Do not go here unless you want an itchy visit. Went to 14 different places in 2 weeks and this was the only bad experience. Also suddenly could not get the key code info without paying an additional 150.00 deposit that was not mentioned in the initial booking. Was told would get back within 2 weeks. Real hassle when tired and already booked. Not a smooth check in. Host very difficult to understand.

That it wasn't a hotel, did not know it was a air bed n breakfast facility, so I did not complete the reservation

Very good

I space is quiet and calm. It is a well secured spaced. The kitchen is clean and well equipt for confort.

The quality of the mattress and bed can be improved. 2 set of towels were not enough for the week. The internet was unstable and didnt't work in the morning.

Overall besides the other guests, I did enjoy my stay here and would definitely book again.

The piano playing and noise during quiet hours, no toilet paper so I had to provide my own , other guests used the toilet paper I bought but they left poop on the seat and blood.

Clean, quite, warm, if you ask a question it was answered right away with no hesitation

The cover over the heat vent needs to be secured in the floor so that mishaps ie broken ankle or other injuries will happen if not taken care of...no law suits

The shared home is clean, comfortable, spacious, and well equipped, with a great terrace and kitchen

The plates were lovely and all the equipment in the kitchen was working well, and the entire place was clean. It might be good to add a few forks and spoons. Thank you

Poor management but property has potential

Location is excellent.

The stay would have been great if the air conditioning wasn't blowing hot air and refusing to turn off. The indoor temperature was in the mid 80s while it was low 70s at night. The management refused to give a discount, lied to booking.com about sending someone for repairs and only repaired 4 days into my trip.

Location. Space.

There was no hot water the entire time. It was not very clean. Appeared to be clean on the surface, however, move a sofa cushion or an appliance from it's original spot. Thifth.

We had no complaints. It was comfortable, quiet and roomy. Very close to PHL airport.

From the outside, you would think the rowhouse was too small for a family. It's not! Main floor and kitchen area were expansive and the bedrooms were good size and comfortable, plus there was a finished basement and laundry. Nice backyard patio. Family members could easily find a "quiet space" from the others. There is a "quiet curfew" from 7PM-10AM. We arrived after 3:30PM and never heard any noise our entire stay!

Floors in halls and bedrooms need to be vacuumed better. Downstairs, however, was extremely clean and neat. Mattress in larger bedroom was sunk in one part. Probably needs to be replaced at some point.

We were very disappointed and annoyed at this entire experience!

Breakfast? There was no breakfast. What did we like? The beds were ok for sleeping on. The shower had hot water. Bldg felt secure. TV options were plentiful.

Shower head was too short. No A/C in room, and seemed to be a surprise to mgmt. Towels are flimsy. Trash was stinky, outside of door. Washer and Dryer were in this unit. Were NOT advised that housekeeping was coming INSIDE of our rental during our stay! NOT OKAY! Landscaping and weeds in front were unkempt. Front door looked like it had been removed and not properly reset. Downstairs door and storm door do not function together. Quiet hours start at 7 pm. There was no breakfast served. You make the guest pay the credit card fees? That is VERY unprofessional!!! "Damage deposit" was not told to us until we were hours from arrival, but were working and could not process while working. Then, we were detained waiting for someone to process so we could get into our room, near midnight. Why wasn't this done at the time of the booking days before? Tried to cancel the 2nd night as NONE of our stay was equal to the cost of the rental, and was declined. The mgmt info lied and was withholding about this rental, and holds guests hostage to the rental fees when challenged. I BETTER NOT be charged a damage fee!

the place had broken furniture and was up to date on the lower level. the rules that were sent were not the same one posted inside of the home. parking was very confusing.

The location was close to the things we wanted to see. There was enough room for our family to spread out and have space to ourselves after a busy day. Neighborhood seemed safe, and neighbors were pleasant. Bathroom was clean.

The upstairs was dirty. The walls had hand prints and visible dirt on them. There was garbage under one of the beds and you could tell the floors had not been vacuumed. There were bags of wet (appeared to be dirty) linens stuffed in the linen closet in the hall to the point that the door was wedged open and wouldn't close. One of the beds was lacking linens, so it wasn't usable.

Overall very pleasant and quite the bang for your buck.

I liked the convenience of the location along with the serene peacefulness. The idea of a secure security code is a very good one.

Maybe add small television in each room.

The one bathroom was clean and in good shape kitchen was also nice apartment is a nice size and okay location close to stores about 15 minutes Drive from Sports Complex

Walls needed to be painted AC filters had to be cleaned and beds where hard carpets little dirty closet doors broken the TV was not hooked up

Quoted price different than actual charge by almost $100.

The chance to rest, briefly, for a 12 hour layover.

Being charged $160 when quoted $66. Everything else was great. No refund offered. Was only there for a few hours between 12 hour layover.

Piano ftw

Comfortable and quiet. You can see there is alot of effort put into making it a place for people to come and unwind. Had a nice hotel feel to it I enjoyed so it didn't feel too constricting yet it still let you know you were in an apartment and had to respected.
