The hotel served its' purpose, but we will choose another hotel. Overpriced and poor service.

The room and cleanliness were good, but not worth the price.

There was no communication after I requested an airport shuttle from the moment I booked. I tried to message a number of times with no response. We came in on a late flight, waited 45 minutes and there was no shuttle. We ended up paying for a taxi and got to the hotel to find a sign that shuttles run every 20 minutes. We were tired, had an early flight and the desk staff blew it off because they share a shuttle with neighboring hotels. They could have made it right in their overpriced hotel, but didn't. Next time we will choose another hotel.

Book somewhere else.

All I can say is the staff was nice enough and the bed was comfortable. Everything else about this place sucks.

Called aloft to book a room after my flight was cancelled late. Was told there were zero rooms available. Went onto booking.... Booked a room. So, clearly there were rooms available. Waited on the shuttle bus for an hour, though in all fairness that was the airports fault for having no traffic directors and utter chaos. Went I arrived, I asked for a toothbrush, as my bag had been checked at the airport. They're out of toothbrushes. Plugged my phone into the only "charge port" in the room with my USB cable. After a whole night of charging my phone makes it to 40% charge. So that thing is total garbage. Had housekeeping knocking on my door waking me up at 7am.

Very convenient for airport travels.

Great Location from the airport. Really nice spot to stay if you have an early flight.

The room entry doors have an automatic shut mechanism. Anytime someone leaves their room or enters sounds like someone slamming the door very hard.

Perfect place for us!

Love the location and pet friendly aspect and no extra charge for our dog ! Your hotel is unique for this service and we appreciate it! Staff are friendly and efficient. On our last two visits, staff was very helpful in accommodating our request for a specific room which makes our stay even better !

We stay here regularly when we visit Philly. Only one time our room was not as clean as normal but it seemed to be a fluke.

Would definitely stay here again as rooms and beds were large and comfortable. Perfect after a long flight. Easy access

All in all, a nice enough place to stay for one night

The staff was very friendly and the room was very spacious

I didn't get to use the pool... Tried to access it about 7 p.m and it was locked. Also there was no cooked food on the property so we had to order in our dinner 😔

I liked the location. It is very nearby to airport. The schedule of shuttle bus is also pretty convenient. Last but not the least the check in and check out is super easy and simple.

It would have been better, if there was a complementary breakfast.

Great quick stay and best sleep!

Coming in we were greeted by the receptionist. Was very quick and efficient. Everything was in order and clean. Came to the room and was in great shape. Staff was very polite we have greeted them if they were around and they greeted us back. There was always someone at the front desk to answer questions for me. The little convivence store is great because we didn't have to leave the hotel to grab snacks. Overall great place and definitely will book again when we are in Philly. This was the quietest sleep my partner and I got in a hotel since we have been going to Philly often. So kudos on that!

The ONLYYYYY thing was the lobby seemed pretty hot. Other than that, nothing whatsoever.

Convenient and pleasant enough. Served the purpose of my unexpected layover.

Room amenities were good especially the coffee,tea,and water station. Very close to airport. Shuttle driver from hotel to airport, early in the morning was fantastic. Very personable.

Staff was less than welcoming, both at check-in and checkout. Had to wait 45 minutes for airport shuttle to the hotel.

It was ok.

The day shift staff were exceptional. The overnight staff was nasty and slept all through the shift. I lost my gate pass and needed to go out for food, and he was asleep and not at all helpful. I had to go over to the next hotel to get a pass to get out. I felt stranded and entrapped.

Having the bar open so that patrons didn’t have to go over to the next hotel for drinks. On a Friday night. And the nasty overnight staff.

A restaurant would be nice. We had our flight cancelled and we only stayed here because it was an easy option with a shuttle from the airport and availability. Arriving at a hotel with no restaurant and a bar that is closed is not that welcoming for grumpy travelers.

Location and on site parking lot were good. Room was comfortable. Cleaning staff and grounds staff were very friendly.

The front desk staff weren’t very helpful, and it seemed as if maybe they had their children in the lobby with them at work. The bar hours were supposedly 5-10, but it was open at seemingly random times and there were times we were directed to visit a different hotel bar across the street. I’ve stayed at aloft hotels in many states, and this was the only time it wasn’t exceptional.
