Für kurz Trip okay

Die FW war soweit ganz in Ordnung. Für ein zwei Nächte okay aber länger eher nicht. Die Betten waren bequem. Alles vorhanden was man braucht. Schlüsselübergabe war problemlos

Das es wie angegeben keine Zwei Schlafzimmer gab. Sondern nur eins und ein Wohnzimmer mit Betten und offener Küche. Der Fußboden sollte mal neu gemacht werden ebenso die Türen haben ihre besten Zeiten hinter sich. Wären zu fünft gewesen aber eine Person konnte nicht den in der FW gab es nur 4 Betten. Die Fünfte Person hätte auf dem Sofa schlafen müssen. Es war kein Schlafsofa. Wie geschrieben für Ein Zwei Nächte okay aber länger würde ich dort nicht bleiben.

Würde gerne wieder buchen, habe bereits ein weiteres Mal dort gebucht.

Der Gastgeber war sehr nett und zuvorkommend!

Zwischen Top und Flop

Insgesamt ist die Wohnung sehr geräumig und strömt Luxus aus. Optisch ein Hingucker, besonders die vielen LEDs. Das was mir gefallen hat, war aber teilweise nicht funktionstüchtig.

Beispielsweise waren in jedem der drei Schlafzimmer Fernseher. Es funktionierte jedoch nur einer. Im Wohnzimmer war hingegen kein TV. In der Dusche waren weder Halter noch Ablagen vorhanden. Der Backofen zeigte alles in niederländisch an und die Parksituation vor dem Haus war für mich als Landei eine Katastrophe. Beim Betreten der Wohnung lagen noch benutzte Taschentücher und Kinderstrampler vom Vormieter auf dem Boden. Insgesamt befindet sich die Wohnung noch im Bau und wird in Zukunft sicherlich etwas Besonderes sein. Für einen kurzen Aufenthalt in Essen reicht es aber aktuell aus.

Sauberkeit

Die Betten waren sehr weich und komfortabel. Die Renovierung der Wohnung war auch gut.

Die Wohnung war nicht sauber, als man angekommen ist. Außerdem befanden sich die kleinen Fliegen im Badezimmer. Die Fussbodenheizung funktionierte nicht immer oder gar nicht.

Sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt, gemütliche Einrichtung, alles sehr sauber.

Eine schöne ruhige Lage in einer Seitenstraße. Fußläufig sind Supermärkte, Bäckereien und andere Geschäfte.

Die Dusche war mir persönlich ein wenig zu kühl. Aber das war nicht so schlimm.

The apartment was very spacious, easy access to check in and out, WiFi connectivity was good, apartment was relatively clean

It was on the last floor without lift, we had to carry all of our stuff, one of the TV was not working, it could have been cleaner (too much dust and black spots on the wall)

Excellent stop over if visiting Essen . Need a car though. Great Greek steakhouse within walking distance

Bad and not convenience.

I have book the 2 apartment-room but there is a problem, room is not available, at the end owner squeeze 10 people to one room with one restroom, was terrible night and didn’t get money back also for reduced to one room. so bad experience.

property is very spacious and got set up perfectly. located very well. we would definitely stay there again.

- there is just one bathroom -neighbours complained about being to close to their property and we had to park 7 meters away from his property allegedly. the neighbor was very rude and said he will call the police and cursed me out, also stating that we just had to leave. so whenever you arrive without a german license plate, be aware that this can happen.

Clean, quiet area, about 20 min drive to Essen centre.

Apartment was clean and the hosts were helpful.

The area is apparently not great, taxi drivers kept warning us that we shouldn't really be staying in that area as there was crime. I had a walk around the area and it didn't seem as bad as they were making out.

Was ok but not again.

Location, price and rooms size.

The owner live on ground floor of same building, and he kept on bugging us for keeping absolute silent, he even called our mobile 10:00 am to ask to keep kids silent.. for gods sake it was an easter holiday. On the other hand his own kids kept on slamming the doors all the time. Another annoying thing is people living in building are extremely loud, slamming doors even at 2:00 am. Normally i do not rate a short stay but calling us on mobile and bugging us every time owner saw us was very bad manners.
