Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis für ein Wochenende absolut in Ordnung

Schneller und freundlicher Kontakt mit der Unterkunft, unkomplizierte Schlüsselübergabe per Code. Ausstattung übers WE für 2 Personen völlig ausreichend, sehr modernes Bad und Supermarkt (Netto) direkt nebenan. Parken auch entlang der Straße kostenlos möglich. Wir würden trotz einiger weniger negativer Aspekte sicher nochmal für einen kurzen Aufenthalt buchen.

Zur Check Out-Zeit wurde direkt vor der offenen Hintertür geraucht, Rauch zog ins gesamte Gebäude. Betten sind sehr weich (Geschmackssache, ob man das mag). Teils etwas laut, abhängig vom Verkehr (Betten befinden sich im Zimmer Richtung Straße) und den anderen Gästen im Haus.

Schlüssel erhielten wir schon vor unserer Ankunftszeit. Die SMS die wir erhalten sollten kam leider nicht, es kam eine E- Mail, ein paar Tage später.

Das eine Zimmer hatte keine Tür, keine Privatsphäre. Man wurde schon vor 08:00 Uhr mit Bohrgeräusche ( Bauarbeiten im Haus) wach gemacht. Nachts wenn die Autos/ LKW vorbeifahren vibrieren die Fenster und man denkt das Auto/ LKW fährt genau neben ein.

Modernes Bad , bequeme Betten

TV im ersten Zimmer konnte nicht genutzt werden weil der Anschluss nur über das Internet verfügbar war Spülmaschine war benutzt zurück gelassen worden, es war noch schmutziges Geschirr vom vorherigen Bewohner in der Maschine Kaffeemaschine : falscher Einsatz für die Pads daher nicht zu gebrauchen - schade

Tolle Unterkunft

Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit der Unterkunft. Gute Ausstattung und sehr sauber. Der Vermieter war wirklich sehr freundlich, und immer verfügbar wenn man Informationen benötigt hat! Kann ich nur weiterempfehlen.

La ubicación, todo estaba limpio,el supermercado facilita mucho,transporte cerca, tranquilo para descansar.

No había papel higiénico, falta más utensilios en la cocina, las camas son muy blandas y se hunden.

Alles sehr sauber und gut saniert. Sehr gutes Bad. Top Lage, wenn man zur Zeche Zollverein möchte. Kostenfreier Parkplatz direkt neben dem Haus. Vermieter sofort über Handy erreichbar. Sehr nett.

Ziemlich laut an der Straße trotz Jalousie.

Grosszügiges Apartment, Parkplatz vor der Tür, Zollverein Gelände direkt in der Umgebung, Museum in Laufnähe, Einfache Schlüsselübergabe mit Safe vor der Apartment Tür, bis auf die Kaffeemaschine alles sehr sauber, sichere Umgebung

Zwei Schlafzimmer vorhanden jedoch nur ein Zimmer mit Bettwäsche versorgt. Nachttisch Lampen nicht vorhanden, Kaffeemaschine nicht gereinigt, kein extra Wohnzimmer vorhanden,

the flat was well equipped and we had almost everything we needed.

unfortunately the sheets, blankets and pillow covers which means almost everything related to sleeping were smelling terrible. my wife couldn't sleep on the bed and slept on the couch using her scarf as pillow and her jacket like a blanket. it was quite sad to see her sleeping like that.

Convenient location, free parking. Modern appartment, big for 5 persons.

Communication with owner quick, easy and effective. Keys were in keybox. Big free parking lot just next to the building (shared with Supermarket Netto, very convenient). Apprt has dishwasher. Eating table in the kitchen (high bar chairs) Very convenient location just next to Ruhrgebiet Museum (highly recommendable).

No washmachine. No living room with eating table.

Excellent apartment, great value for money!

Lovely apartment with parking, the rooms were very well equipped and extremely clean. The staff were also very friendly and responsive. Would recommend.

Only thing that we didn't like was that there was that it smelt like someone had been smoking, I don't know if someone had been smoking in the apartment, or just in the block.

it was very clean and comfortable. The location was perfect: easy to get to and grocery store around the corner. Public transportation right in front of the house.

It was a little small for 2 adults and 1 child, the appartement had only one room with 2 beds and a couch.

Never ever again! I rather sleep in a tent in a parking lot.

The apartment wasn‘t ready when I got there. They had forgotten to clean it. The bed wasnt made. The towles in the bathroom were the ones from the guests before. The bed was bloody. They wanted my to wait 90minutes, becasue they first needet to find someone. The way they started to clean the flat was disgusting. They didnt use any polish. It is very loud, because the windows are directly to the street.
