This house was small but exceptionally clean! This would be the perfect house for 2 couples or a couple with 2 kids! It is close to all the sights but far enough away to be nice and quiet at night. The backyard is private and great for morning coffee or an evening cocktail. I would stay there again in a heartbeat! Thank you John and Chris for your hospitality!

This house was not only adorable, it was also absolutely spotless! You really can’t beat the location either. The home owner made himself accessible for us if we needed anything. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

House is older, but clean. Neighborhood was quiet. Beds were comfortable. No complaints . We felt it was too far to walk to attractions, so we drove and parked. Very nice stay.

My husband stayed for a few days to celebrate our anniversary. We had a lovely time, the house was clean and relaxing. We loved sitting out on the back porch to eat. We were able to walk to the falls and See Sight Tours were able to pick us up right at our door for the tour because we were so close to the hotels. John was quick to answer any questions. I would recommend staying at this lovely home.

This was a nice little home we stayed in for a long weekend to visit Niagara Falls. Very clean and enough room for the 4 of us to stay and hang out. We loved the back yard as well. It's in a nice, quiet neighborhood very close to everything.

Four of us shared this house while attending a conference at the convention center. Lovely quiet neighborhood, responsive hosts, easy walk. Much more affordable and enjoyable than staying at any of the conference hotels

Great location, in a quiet neighbourhood, for visiting the Falls and area. A very comfortable house with everything we needed and was exactly as advertised. Owners very responsive to all questions pre visit. Highly recommended!

Lovely base for our short stay in Niagara. John was quick to respond to message and kindly supplied towels and pillows. Only downside was the bedroom created in the basement was not of the same standard as the rest of the beautiful home. We end up bringing a mattress upstairs into the living area.

walking distance to the Falls

Walking, yes, if you are young and in shape. Otherwise it is walking distance as long as you take the incline which costs $7 per person, per day. I would also have appreciated to know that the basement is not finished. There is a bedroom, but the rest is not finished. The 10 year old had to adjust because she felt it was creepy. Other than that, everything was good and the owners were very nice and helpful.

Best family vacation

The house was really nice. Walking distance to niagra falls but we drove (7 minute drive). My kids loved the house. They didn't like the room in the basement but there was enough room for them to share a room and still not feel on top of each other. Really appreciated the wifi code written down because once we crossed into Canada from the US I lost service. Overall a good home away from home. Didn't need the host during our stay but he let us know he was right next door if we needed him. Thanks again.

What a wonderful way to begin 2022. This little house has everything you could ever need. So clean and well stocked. We were two couples who had never shared space like this before. And because of Covid, we spent most of our time inside. We shared meals together and ordered pizza. The hosts had left a lovely bottle of sparkling wine and a thoughtful Christmas card which made us feel immediately welcome. If I had one wish, it would be for some door hooks to hang towels or clothes in the small bedroom. Otherwise, we all would highly recommend this getaway from which you can, indeed, walk to the falls. Thank you for a very enjoyable stay.

This cottage is perfectly locate for anything you want to do, it’s close to the falls shopping and dinning. It’s clean, comfortable and has everything you need. The host made it so easy to check in, I would definitely stay again.

Very nice and relaxing stay

The place is so nice and clean. My family and I enjoyed our stay there. The amenities are a big help and convenient. We were able relax and chill in the cottage. The only think that I could critique though is that it’s a 8 person size cottage but there is only 1 shower. We had to wait for cue for all of us to finished. Overall stay was good and we enjoyed our stay.

My friends and I had a great weekend getaway at this property. There were 5 of us and we all got our own comfortable bed to sleep in. The house was very clean upon arrival and fit our needs wonderfully. The location was great on a nice quiet street in very close proximity to the falls and Niagara on the Lake. We would definitely recommend.

This is one of the best places we've stayed for a week. It was moderately priced, the beds were very comfortable, there is a lovely back yard, bus stops were only a few blocks away, it was a quiet street and the house had everything we needed. We appreciated the air conditioner this past week. We had one small problem and the owner was there to rectify it right away with apologies. It is a lovely older cottage, and it was perfect for us.

Nice house which appears to fairly recently renovated with very good to excellent workmanship. Has all essential items for a pleasant stay. A little tight if you have 6 or more guests and have to stay indoors. Beautiful outdoor yard with large patio table and lean to roof for protection from sun all day. All appliances worked, adequate working space in kitchen.

The property is a nice place to stay with family, they have all the amenities you need. Beds are comfortable. The walking distance to the Falls is about 20 and approx. 30 mins to Clifton Hills . It was a nice walk. When we tried to check in, we had problems entering the property and called John the owner, and didn’t get a hold of him, no return call, nothing. Eventually we made it inside. The backyard is a very nice size for the children to play and there is a patio & a bbq, but my husband had to throughly scrub & clean bc it was very dirty upon arrival. We also had to open the gas line ourselves. Our children did enjoy the basketball hoop provided, but we were advised to take our own balls. Overall, it was a good experience.

Perfect Location

We could not have asked for a more comfortable and convenient stay in Niagara. The home is clean and the beds are comfortable. We walked with our children, ages 8 & 13 to The Falls multiple times a day without a problem. Thank you, we would definitely stay here again and recommend this property to others.

We stayed here for two nights. Location is great and just minutes to the falls. It is a small cottage but there was 7 of us and we got by fine. Only complaints from my party were lack of bathroom supplies like shampoo, conditioner, soap, etc and wifi was a bit spotty at times. Otherwise everything was great!
