Hosts have been locals for 60 years . Great stay

The facilities did not meet our expectations

The hosts were very pleasant and accommodating people and the facilities available to us were very clean and suitable for clients who were prepared to share the bathroom and eat and watch TV with the hosts in the main section of the house.

The room we were provided with was not the same room shown in the Booking.com website. We were provided with smaller room, a shared bathroom and no catering facilities e.g. glasses / coffee making facilities, TV etc. I did not pick up when doing the booking that the room offered to us did not have an en-suit bathroom and that all catering and drinking and entertainment facilities were only available in the main house.

Phil and Liz were great hosts, and made us feel very welcome.

The location was very quiet within easy reach of the Mount. Our room was comfortable with an enjoyable breakfast in the morning.

A warm welcome at welcome bay

The both hosts are really such lovely people. They did everything for their guest. Everything was absolutely clean. I had a beautiful view on my porch over the welcome bay. Breakfast was great. And Phil helped me with my heavy, heavy suitcase. Thanks for that.

A possibility of hot water to prepare tea or coffee during the daytime would be nice. And I missed a trash can on my room and a toilet brush in the bathroom. But I didn't ask for that. My fault.

Lovely place to stay, very comfortable, clean and wonderful breakfast.

Breakfast was great. Hosts were very friendly. Location was central and easy to find.

Lovely homestay.

Fabulous hosts, had the upstairs to myself, small touches very much appreciated (like a little chocolate on the bed), great location for my work.

I confused the rooms and thought I had my own external access. Was also very cold when I stayed and I wasnt able to control the heating.

Loved my stay with Phil and Liz.10 out of 10 for my first air bnb experience.

Yes breakfast was very lovely. The two dogs were very friendly. Phil and Liz were the perfect host very accommodating and was very very easy to get along with.Overall my first air bnb experience was "O" for awesome!!! 10 out of 10!!

No there was nothing to dislike but as I think about it maybe a television upstairs in the room would be a nice addition?????? But apart from that my stay was a lovely one!!

Perfect for a short stay when passing through the area

I only stayed for 1 night, arrived late afternoon and left mid morning so it served its purpose for my short stay and budget. The hosts were nice people and happy for me to use their toaster for my own gluten free bread, along with the rest of their lovely breakfast.

a wonderful home hosted by friendly and wonderful hosts. we really enjoyed staying with them, they made us so welcome. the upstairs and room was spotless and beautiful. robes, breakfast and great conversations. beautiful location.

we loved the dogs but their smell was overwhelming on entering the property. sorry.

Outstanding hosts, facilities, location, house, shower, bed, breakfast. Absolutely loved it.

Liz and Phil run and operate the perfect B and B in every respect. I could not fault it and would highly recommend it to anyone. The homemade marmalade is in my opinion, the best ever!

There is nothing not to like, it is absolutely brilliant and incredible value for money. Liz and Phil are fantastic hosts.
