Geweldige locatie

Geweldige locatie met vanaf je balkon het mooiste uitzicht van Nong Khiaw. Eid is een lieve en behulpzame gastvrouw.

Jammer dat er geen ontbijt wordt geserveerd.

Het prachtige uitzicht! Vanaf het balkon en door de grote schuifpui optimaal zicht!

De douche is echt koud en toen wij er waren was het buiten ook koud, dat hielp niet.

Prima schoon hotel op toplocatie

Locatie was perfect met mooi uitzicht en een groot balcon (wij hadden de luxe kamer in het blauwe gebouw). Goed ontbijt en zeer aardige en behulpzame eigenaresse, die iedere ochtend vroeg of de kamer schoongemaakt moest worden.

Amazing views, clean and comfy room.

Lovely room, very clean. Basic bathroom but fine for us. The views over the river were amazing, we didn't close our curtains at night and got to wake upto some amazing sunrises. Friendly family that run the place.

Super emplacement et gentillesse de la gérante !

La proximité de l'embarcadère, la vue sublime sur la Nam Ou depuis le bacon la gentillesse de la gérante !! Je recommande

Great location and an amazing view!! Such a beautiful spot to sit down and read a book.

It would have been nice if they put some tea and/or water in the rooms, and if they could routinely clean and refresh amenities (e.g. handsoap) for guests staying multiple nights.

Pas d’espace de douche séparé du reste de la salle de bain ce qui provoque une inondation systématique de la salle de bain. Robinetterie un peu rudimentaire.

Very good

The bed was large and very comfortable, the WiFi worked well enough and the AirCon was strong - there was also a fan on the roof which helped keep the room pleasant. Large balcony with an incredible view, surely the best view in Nong Khiaw. Staff are very friendly and welcoming. Great location, close to everything.

Lots of ants and mosquitoes due to gaps in door allowing them to get in.

Spectacular views of Nong Khiaw

Spectacular views from the balcony and patio doors. Short walking distance to restaurants and shops. The staff were very friendly.

Our door did not seal properly and we had a few mosquitos in the night as a result.

This Hotel is Great

Excellent place to stay. Very clean and tidy and beautiful views to river and hills. Would stay here again for sure. Great location and plenty of restaurants very close by. Very helpful booking mini van tickets etc

Very nice stay!

The riverview is breathtaking. Book a room with riverview, it's worth it! The room is clean, staff is really nice. AC worked very well. Close to nice restaurants etc.

I had some bugs in the room, but that makes sense, next to a river:) They offered to clean the room when I told them, but they can't help it ofcourse.

Very basic room with a great view.

Balcony with an amazing view, nicely priced, tall ceiling, the rooms remain fairly cool. Surprisingly good wifi.

The bathroom doesn't have a separate area for the shower, both the shower and the sink just spill water on the floor, and the toilet is in the middle of it instead of being against a wall, so the floor is constantly wet, so everytime you enter the bathroom you get your feet wet. The walls are very thin so you can hear your neighbors, the bed is very hard. No fridge, no tv.

the view was beautiful. I sat out on my deck for a few hours reading one day. Very peaceful. it’s on the side of the bridge with the locals, not the tourist side with all the restaurants. I liked that (quieter) but you might not.

no hot water. I tried everything to get that device on the wall to give hot water. the pressure can be dangerously strong so pay attention to the difference in knobs.

New and very comfortable! Wifi worked great and locations is amazing with beyond gorgeous views.

bathroom sink leaked and no showers were barely warm water. Building is very new and still working out kinks.

The accomodation looked exactly as in the photos on Booking.com. The view over the river and mountains was stunning and the balcony spacious enough for both of us to sit comfortably and watch the world and life on the river go by. Eid and the other staff were so welcoming and helpful sorting out our laundry and our ticket back to Luang Prabang. Our breakfast choice was good and we loved the fruit, yogurt and muesli to start our day. There were eating places and food stores within a minutes walk, and walk a few minutes further over the bridge to the busier side of the village to many other options. It was also close to the Nong Khiaw viewpoint and the departure point for boat trips down the river. Loved our stay here!
