No breakfast

Checking out time is 11am,and my flight is 9pm.No where to keep my boxes or stay till in the evening. I normally use that day to complete my shopping but unfortunately I couldn’t because I have 3 boxes,it’s not Eazy to be carrying the boxes to the stores

Perfect location and great value for money.

Easy communication with the host, property is easy to find. Clean and silent neighborhood, although central located.

Mediocre facilities, mouldy bathroom, dirty floor. But still good value for money.

Great location but dirty

This place is all about location right next to madison square garden and pen station and only 5 mins from subway

Is was a little annoying checking in had to hang around for the guy to let me in to give me a key I room was a good size and bed was comfortable the cooker and microwave where disgusting god knows when they were cleaned last had toilet in the hall way never had paper inside I did not expect mush but I liked to to be at least clean

The location and price is fantastic for those looking to explore the city.

The accomoadtion is as described and quite reasonable priced in a great location of the city, if like us you aren't planning on spending time in the room except to sleep this is a great place to jump off and explore the city

We found the room to be quite hot at times without the ability to change the temperature due to the nature of the heating, this while bearable made the stay less enjoyable.

Posizione vicina a Madison Square Garden e Hudson Yards. Mi è stata inviata la fattura aziendale su mia richiesta.

Ho chiesto una phön e una coperta in più ma purtroppo non sono arrivati. Pulizia media, in inverno molti spifferi freddi dalla finestra. Finestre non molto insonorizzate

There was no breakfast included.

Neighbours in the building were quite noisy! Shortage of toilet paper.

Great location and functional accommodation

The location was excellent, I booked a suit, so it included a private bathroom. I was happy with the price I paid. I meet some locals in the building who were very nice and welcoming.

Some of the fittings and bedding were very old. They told me there would be some plates and glasses, but none were provided. I did not bother asking as I ate out anyway.

Basic but clean, comfortable and safe. The location is perfect just 2 minutes from Penn Station and Madison Square Gardens, would stay again.

Unbeatable stay for the price

I could not ask for anything more at this price point. The room was spacious and clean, and the kitchen amenities were perfect for my needs. Bathroom and shower were also spotless. The location is great and the noise was minimal. The staff were were quick to respond to any of my inquiries and checking in was a breeze. I will definitely be staying here again in the future!

Very well located, met my expectations of what was available in my room, comfy bed.

Bathroom had bugs, lack of regular bin takeout lead to flies in my room, noisy air conditioning which is fine as long as you have ear plugs.

Worst Experience as Property is not safe and clean and worst customer experience

This property is not safe as main door lock is broken and common toilet washroom was too dirty also room was small without any ventilation and owner doesn't provide any hand cleaning soap or hygienic items during the stay and when i decide to move out from the property by paying 1 day amount owner refused that and said he will not refund any booking amount and he said i am free to put my feedback over here.. so that's why i am writing here and i felt like people can use this as a trap to steal money from people by putting any property on rent and provide any services and just refused for any settlement

It was good.

Room was massive. It was a great location.

Could have used a bigger bathroom, kind of awkward pooping. Could have used a better check-in process, perhaps a lockbox system.

Basic but clean room in a great location

It was in a great location and overall it was clean. It might not seem it but it is a very good price for New York. The location is perfect!

The building smelt of weed, which is legal, I just don’t like. The room got cold in the night due to gaps around the window and the bed didn’t have a duvet to help with this.

Pleasant, quiet stay near the Highline

Nice, quiet room, good communication with the owner, private, own washbasin

From the description, I expected an equipped kitchen, but there was just a microwave and a fridge, the shower curtains were in need of replacement and/or a wash

i was feeling safe and it was comfortable.

it was much better than I expected, great location, very comfy bed and very easygoing staff.

The restroom can be bigger :)
