location is up in the hill , if u driving then no problem , if not need to take the steps to center, nice view from there, can do light cooking , room was good , bed was good , near to amalfi town

Our stay at Cristinas apartment was wonderful, upon arriving she gave us advice and recommendations and helped us settle in. The apartment was very clean, cozy and homey it also had air conditioning in both rooms which was very nice during such a hot season. She also left fruit, water, spreads and bread for us in the kitchen when we arrived. Her granddaughter Alessia helped us with all our requests such as leaving more towels when needed, laundry detergent and kept our suitcases safe when we had to checkout in the morning for the day. The hosts are very friendly and very communicative. And of course last but not least the views from our private terrace were outstanding as we can look out on to Minori and Ravello while being surrounded by a nice garden as there are sunflowers and plants surrounding the terrace and view is exactly as showed in picture below. The location is of course very high up but is wonderful as it is in a very peaceful area close to the centre by taking around 300 stairs although there is also a shuttle bus that can pick you up only 1 min walk away from the apartment that takes you to the centre every hour for 1 euro which is great if you don’t like walking very much. The value for money is absolutely amazing and I would definitely come here again.

Everything about this property is amazing - the view, of course, is the highlight. The kitchen is well-stocked and super spacious. The bedroom is comfy, the bathroom is clean, and Cristina and her daughter were so helpful and kind to us. Unbeatable price, too. We would stay here again in a heartbeat.
As others have noted, there are hundreds of stairs to get to the center of Ravello, which can be very difficult if you have bad knees or aren’t so fit. Not too big of a deal, but something to seriously consider.

The house itself is huge for 2 people and well-equipped with cookware and washing machine. The view is fantastic whether it is daytime or nighttime. The host family is really nice, even got our washing off the line when it started raining while we were out.
The stairs down to the town were a challenge at times but worth it for the view.

The location and views are phenomenal. Easy to get to town center (expect stairs!!). The house itself is lovely and they had a lovely fruit basket and snacks for us. Parking was easy (10 Euro per day) and it was secure.

Everything! It is a beautiful, comfortable apartment in a stunning location. Cristina and Alessia are very friendly and helpful. Alessia was always ready to answer questions and help us sort out getting around by bus. There were many small details to make us welcome including fresh fruit and cold drinks, tea and coffee. We arrived by bus, and Alessia arranged for someone with a car to meet us for the 5 minute journey up to the apartment which was so helpful because the little local minibus was not scheduled then and it is 250 steps up from the Amalfi bus stop which you don't want to be doing with suitcases! The rest of the time the walk up to the apartment from the centre of Ravello takes about 20 minutes, steadily uphill but not all steps and we managed that fine with a few stops to admire the view. We just loved it here.
The apartment is perfect. We were here in early March and we were unlucky with the weather part of the time - the fabulous views were covered in thick clouds and fog! But this is obviously not the fault of the owners and it was interesting to see village life when it is not like a tourist photograph! When we went down by bus to the coastline on foggy days you could see further. Fortunately we had some good weather too and loved sitting out on the terrace.

GORGEOUS location; very high up in the mountains. Unbelievably stunning view from the very cute terrace - took my breath away. We loved having coffee & watching the sunset on the terrace. Alessia coordinated our stay; helped us get a ride to/from Napoli, answered questions about transportation & eateries, & got us extra towels. The accommodation was clean, organized, warm, & had kitchen essentials that allowed us to cook!
The coffee maker was broken but Ms. Cristina (I think) came later that day to fix it, which was appreciated. They also had a lovely garden with fresh vegetables. Very calm & quiet town. Close to Villa Rufolo, which was so beautiful - absolutely a must-visit.
I will always remember La Luna di Cristina & I would 100% come back to visit. All the positive aspects of my stay outweigh negative aspects described below.
Communication with Alessia prior to our stay was a bit difficult; she only responded ~1X a day, which was frustrating when trying to plan our trip. The day before our flight, she also seemed to recommend that we don't come, which we thought was very weird, but that might have just been the language barrier. We also weren't warned about how FAR the accommodation was - it was quite hard to get there. On the listing, it says free airport shuttle. When we asked about this, Rosella (the 1st person we communicated with) told us that we read wrong. We even sent a screenshot. It was a bit frustrating because the free airport shuttle was a factor that influenced our booking. We also weren't prepared for how difficult it was to get around town - many, MANY steep stairs - do not recommend for those with knee problems (unless you plan to take a taxi everywhere).
Also be aware - if you come here during the winter, there aren't many eateries open & everything closes early. Probably much better in the summer.

Parking fee wasn't mentioned when we asked for parking so we weren't prepared for this as we were told the night before checking out. By this time we had run out of cash but the family provided a card machine luckily.

The apartment is on the hill and we can have the panorama view of the town. The garden made us refresh every morning with the beautiful flowers and we can use the vegetable from the garden to cook. We enjoy the beautiful view all around us. The paid parking is in front of the house, very convenience.
We are happy that there is washing machine as this is good to clean the clothes after traveling for 2 weeks.

In general everything was great. Just to note Ravello has no free parking , so we paid extra 10 euros per day for the parking this hotel provided. Also there is a tourist tax for 3 euros per person per day . Just an FYI for the next ones

The view was fantastic! a large covered outdoor area really made this property. When we had a few queries the host was able to answer quickly. Would recommend.
There were so many steps up to this place (hence the view so terrific) but you would need a certain level of fitness. Unless of course you have transport or taxi.

The view from terrace was amazing! Really enjoyed the space , because apartment was very big! There were all kitchen utensils we would ever need!
There was trouble with the hot water in the shower, we needed to wait somewhere about 10 minutes for the hot water and still while showering sometimes it disappeared. Also there was an issue with the city tax payment - they charged us more! Luckily booking support covered that money!

The view and patio overlooking the mediterranean was great. The house was very clean and the staff was amazing! It is about a 20 minute beautiful downhill walk into Ravello. Recommend preparing to take a taxi back up if stairs aren’t your thing. The ac did not work upon arrival but was fixed immediately. It had a large refrigerator and the ability to have groceries delivered. Recommend this property for the quite and quaint location.

Breathtaking view. Our favorite place in Italy! The daughter took care of everything for us. She even went grocery shopping with our requests when we arrived. Beautiful interior and garden.
Pay attention if traveling on foot. You need to catch the bus from Amalfi to Ravello (Largo Boccacio is where bus drops you off in town). Then catch the shuttle van from there to Monte Brusara only 1 euro. The van has Comune di Ravello on the side, it comes once an hour. The Monte Brusara bus stop is just 30 m up the hill from the La Luna di Cristina. Otherwise, if you follow Googlemaps you will have to climb 400 stairs with your luggage. Not for the faint of heart.
