APPARTAMENTO FANTASTICO LO CONSIGLIO AI MIEI AMICI

L'appartamento si trova in un ottima posizione al centro di Mestre , luminoso accogliente e molto grande , l'albergo Venezia che ne è il proprietario, ci ha seguito in tutte le nostre richieste con la massima professionalità e cortesia. Di fronte la struttura c'è un grande centro commerciale, con all'interno un supermercato, per raggiungere Venezia c'è l'autobus a 5 minuti di strada (il 4L), lo consiglio alle famiglie numerose perchè ha quattro stanze da letto, due bagni e un bel salone, è stato un soggiorno impeccabile.

Superb

The apartment is very spacious, with four bedrooms, two bathrooms, living room and kitchen, recently and tastefully renovated. The keys are picked up from the reception of the Venezia hotel, next to the accommodation, located at no. 5. The location is central, there are shops and the tram and bus station located nearby (T1 and 4L for going to Venice). The bed mattresses are new and comfortable. The kitchen is equipped with everything necessary for food preparation. Probably taken in a warmer season, the accommodation can be perfect.

The windows were not replaced during the renovation, they do not insulate at all, therefore it is very cold in most of the rooms, especially in the rooms with doors to the balcony. Shame, it could have been perfect; an unjustified economy for owners... The shower cabins are extremely small.

The apartment is very large, clean and perfectly located in the center of the city, 2 minutes from public transport that takes you to Venice in 10 minutes. You can find shops and restaurants right next to the location. I recommend and will come back.

We couldn’t have found a better property to fit our needs, it worked out so much better than a hotel would have done.

Great size, good facilities, and perfect location

Ideal for staying with groups of couples. the near by amenities are great, so easy to travel to Venice from there, but also Piazza Ferretto is a stone’s through with great shops, bars & restaurants, and a lovely vibe.

Perfect place when visiting Venice.

Perfect apartment for a larger group of people. Close to the grocery stores, restaurants, public transportation and Venice itself. The apartment was clean and specious. Highly recommended.

Great place for a family stay.

I liked the size of the apartment and the fact that the hotel reception next door was open 24hrs. There is a shopping centre just right in front of the building with everything you may need during the stay and it is very closed to city centre where various bar and restaurant are available.

The smell in the building and the toilette product range available (very low quality).

It is a good starting point visiting Venice

Very kind staff at the reception (Venezia Hotel, nearby), you can buy tickets there to visit Venice. The transport (bus/tram) to Venice is just a walking distance. The flat is just in the centre, you can reach everything very easy.

It is difficult to find the right way to the hotel (a lots of oneway streets) and quite challenging to park during the check-in/check-out at the hotel. The kitchen equipment is not perfect (it is not possible to cook with the available utensils) and the shower is very small.
