Pleasant

We booked two hotel rooms for a group of five people and overall had a decent experience during our stay. The rooms were relatively clean, although we did notice some dirty spots on the walls in certain areas. The hotel staff was friendly and accommodating, which made our check-in and stay more pleasant. They were helpful with any inquiries we had and provided good service throughout our time there. One of the highlights was that the air conditioning in both rooms worked perfectly, keeping us cool and comfortable during our stay, which was especially important during the warmer days. Overall, the experience was satisfactory. The hotel provided the essential amenities and services we needed for our short stay, and the friendly staff made us feel welcomed. However, improvements in maintaining consistent cleanliness throughout the rooms would definitely enhance the overall quality of the accommodation. Nevertheless, we were content with our stay, and it served its purpose for our group's trip.

It wasn't a major issue, but it would have been nicer if the cleanliness was more consistent throughout the rooms.

Pleasant

The room was always clean, the staff were nice and polite, and we were close to the bus station. The showers were also pretty good.

There were no curtains, so there was always light in the morning when we would have still slept normally. Also, the walls are pretty thin and we could hear noise from the other rooms.

Friendly staff - I asked them to move me to another room as the first one had only a small window and was very dark; it wasn't possible to do it immediately but they changed my room on the following day. With the bus it's a 20 minute trip to Piazzale Roma. You have a fridge in the room.

Breakfast was really basic but hotel staff made that clear in advance.

Good location for Venice

Hitel staff very friendly always had a smile. Very helpful with instructions on how to get into Venice. Location good as a short bus ride directly into the bus station.

Hotel was a bit difficult to find due to one way road system. No lift. Room basic but clean. Only €4 for breakfast but was very limited.

Very good

The position was great. In a few minutes you are at the bus station for Central Venice and on the return from Venice the bus stops directly in front of the hotel itself. The staff is kindest and available for anything. Breakfast is really basic but the price is absolutely fair.

The shower could have been a bit more equipped and there was too much light because of curtains did not cover totally. Pillows a bit flat. But for the rest all fine.

Good location to reach queekly Venice by bus

Very nice staff giving good recommendations: we could leave our car in the street in front of the hotel for free and go to Venice by bus instead of paying an expensive parking at the station.

It was 2 single beds.

good location , super clean bathroom , but with a bad ventilation . we booked only two nights, nevertheless after 1st night was cleaning ( I was pleasantly surprised ). from the room we could hear our neighbours from the hotel. I think it was a bit expensives. The staff was super friendly they gave us advices abut restaurants , transport . we ordered glovo delivery ( food) to the hotel , it was delicious and not so expensive. Lidl supermarket is 5 min walking from AB Hotel ( check it opening time , it closes at 20/21:00)

it was close to a bus station that gets to Venice and 15 min walk from the Mestre train station. It was clean, the towels were changed every day if you put them on the floor.

the furniture is a little bit old, but good value for money

Nice choice to stay in Venice and not to spend all year budget

very pleasant staff . everytime helped us in everything very clean , big room , cosy pillows and bed . very white towels . super clean bathroom . Felt some smell like somedays somebody was smoking in the room , or like some additional smell from ac - but it wasn’t critical . really 50 meters to the bus stop to Venice or to the railway station . some “problems” with buying tickets , but it is not concerned with the hotel - just advice for the next guests - to buy 2-3 more tickets when you meet Tabacco shop

only the moment we chose this hotel only for one night . if we could see it earlier , we would book for 4 days , as we planned before

I wish I could say you get what you paid for but no bed should have bed bugs.

The size of the room was decent. The location is very convenient, about a 13 minute walk to the train station.

The bed was infested with bed bugs and the quilt was stained with dried blood. There were squashed bugs all over the walls. I felt very unclean and unsafe sleeping in the bed.

Sleeping near Venezia

The hotel is clean and the rooms are of fair size. The hotel is close (walking distance) to a direct bus into Venezia. There's free parking in front of the hotel and it's also 5' drive from a mall in the city. The staff was very welcoming and helped us get up and running in out Venezia trip.

The bathroom in one room (out of 2 we had) was very cramped.

Convenient location, Fair price, Not super comfortable, Should be cleaner

I really liked that they offered three twin beds! And the location is great - lovely cafes nearby and a short walk to the tram that brings you into Venice. I also really liked that there was a mini fridge in the room!

This lodging is COMPACT - the stairs, hallways, room, bathroom - just enough space to get in and out, not really comfortable, but for the price and location worth it if you are just there to sleep. There were ants and a weird smell in the bathroom. BEWARE- you cannot get out of the room without a key if it is locked (I left for the grocery store while my brother was in the bathroom and took the keys with me, locking the door on my way out, and he was trapped inside until I returned)
