Лучшее соотношение цены и качества.

Отель приятно удивляет, т.к. для 2 звёзд он слишком хорош. Обеды и ужины не плохие: всегда есть мясо, рыба, свежие фрукты, мороженое. Есть анимация: каждый вечер какие-то развлекательные мероприятия. 3 бассейна. Приветливый персонал, который говорит на нескольких языках. До Пальмы примерно час на автобусе.

Завтраки скудные. Отсутствие пляжа. К морю можно спуститься по очень крутой лестнице (но купаться там сложно), либо ехать на обычном городском автобусе около получаса.

La vue magnifique sur la mer, les repas très bien cuisinés, surtout le choix des aliments il y en a pour tout les goûts.

La vétusté des salles de bains, avec un petit ballon d'eau chaude pour 2 chambres

Schön gelegen, sauber, Bungalows in gutem Zustand. Der Sonnenuntergang...

Beim Essen, wäre weniger Angebot, aber etwas mehr Qualität sicher möglich, aber für Preis und Leistung alles in Ordnung.

Un resort anclado en los 2000, no recomendable para parejas

El resort, en general, no está mal. Se ha quedado anclado en los 2000 y deberían actualizarlo/mejorarlo un poco. Las instalaciones están bien, hay espacio de sobra y las vistas son preciosas. La comida no está mal, mejores las cenas que las comidas. El que sean apartamentos está bien, pues tienes intimidad y espacio de sobra. La animación nos gustó. Nos pusieron la pulsera nada más llegar, antes del horario del check in, eso nos gustó.

Lo que decía, todo está bastante anticuado y un poco dejado. Las habitaciones no están limpias del todo, las camas parecen más de albergue que de un hotel y los baños bastante básicos, no tienen jabón ni champú y en la ducha no teníamos mampara. No limpiaron la habitación en los tres días que estuvimos. El baño estaba tupido y tuvimos que ir tres veces a recepción para que lo arreglaran. Pensamos que por ser fuera de temporada, habría menos niños pero no fue así. Es un lugar más enfocado pra familia, no tanto para una escapada romántica.

Las piscinas.Estaban bien.A pesar que había mucho guiri y son muy ruidosos y sucios

La cama...se hundía;incomodisima.La comida es de colegio lo entiendo siendo un todo incluido pero un poco de dieta mediterránea.No nos cambiaron las toallas ni hacían la cama hasta que nos quejamos

Hotel dwugwiazdkowy, nie można oczekiwać cudów!!!cudny widok ze studia!!!odnowiona łazienka,wygodne łóżka.

Brak dostępu do plaży, szpitalne jedzenie, bardzo zimna woda na basenie, świerszcze śródziemnomorskie w pokojach bardzo podobne do karaluchów, i mikromrówki, słabe zamiatanie piachu w pokojach, na posiłki przewidziany czas ok 1,5 h -ciężko się wbić :), Niemożność zabierania naczyń ze stołówki do pokoju, tylko 1 snackbar :( czynny do 18.30

Wymarzony pobyt wypoczynkowy

Super widok, bardzo dobre drinki - bez oszczędności. Pokój mieliśmy bardzo czysty, przestronny oraz dobrze wyposażony. Dużo miejsc parkingowych. Bardzo smaczne jedzenie, którego jest spory wybór. Nie jest prawdą, jak niektórzy pisali, że trzeba przyjść na początku wydawania posiłków, bo inaczej nie będzie co zjeść, jest wręcz przeciwnie - kuchnia i kelnerzy dbają, by niczego nie brakowało. Obsługa hotelu jest bardzo uprzejma. Świetny pomysł z kubkami - podczas odbierania klucza do pokoju należy nabyć plastikowe kubki za 1 Euro, które później się ze sobą zabiera, by móc korzystać z dobroci All-Inclusive ;) Rozwiązanie bardzo dobre, bo nie używa się kubków jednorazowych, zatem brak użycia dużej ilości plastiku oraz generowania śmieci, a kubki są spore i mogą posłużyć jako pamiątka z wakacji. Na plus również animacje wieczorem, a także sklepik w kompleksie hotelowym, w którym można kupić wszystko, czego potrzeba na wakacje, a ceny były przy tym rozsądne.

Przy tym wszystkim zabrakło zorganizowania imprezy - chociaż jednej w tygodniu, wszyscy byliby z pewnością zadowoleni.

Una estancia agradable y cumplió nuestras expectativas

Hotel muy grande y con instalaciones muy acogedoras. La vista al mar es hermosa, las habitaciones cómodas y limpias. Con la comida nos fue bien, gran variedad de opciones y todo muy rico. Lo único que mejoraría es la cobertura de wifi pues la cobertura móvil no es buena, entonces quedamos algo incomunicados.

Inicialmente no funcionaba el aire acondicionado, después de unos días fue solucionado. Por otro lado, del baño se salía el agua al bañarse porque la cortina era corta, tuvimos que usar las toallas de cuerpo para que no se siguiera inundando

Necesita mantenimiento urgente. Las areas de deporte y habitaciones muy abandonadas. La comida pesima

La ubicacion es genial, frente al mar y las habitaciones estan bien de tamaño. Pero es lo unico a rescatar

Primero que la comida es terrible, aunque sea de bajo presupuesto, podrian hacerla mejor con menos dinero, Tuvimos que comer en otro lado. te cobran el wifi, cosa que no esta bien ya que estan en un lugar donde no llega la señal. Aunque lo cobren NO FUNCIONA. Lo pagamos y no pudimos usarlo. Me queje de ello y no hubo devolucion. Las camas se te clavan resortes, se nos corto el agua caliente y no mandaron a nadie a arreglarlo hasta el dia siguiente (nos tuvimos que bañar con agua fria). Y podria seguir.

Immer wieder gerne würde ich hier her kommen.

Wirklich tolle Anlage und super nettes Personal. Die Zimmer sind ausreichend, und haben bequeme Matratzen. Meerblick am Pool ist der Hammer! Gute Musik am Pool - sehr sehr cool und rund um wunderbar. Beim Abendessen gibt es auch so Special Abende mit Begrüßung durch Cocktails und Cava und Serano Schicken ❤️

Leider war es im Zimmer nicht ganz sooo perfekt sauber. Ich hatte das Bett und Schreibtisch umgestellt und da waren dann einige Dinge drunter. Aber beim Reinigen wurde dann alles behoben. Und…nur ein Problem für Spinnenphobiker - ja es waren dicke Spinnen da 🤣 lag wohl an vielen Grün zwischen den Häusern und dem seltsamen Wetter dieses Jahr auf Mallorca.

Very good

Food was good, also the beach was great and very beautiful. Boungallos were also nice. Staff is friendly. Its perfect for family vacation. Cocktails are medium, but acceptable. They also have other sport attractions and that is also good. Definitely recommend.

There is no WIFI in the rooms, only in reception. We had sim cards but signals are not good there and we could not even use it. We bought their WIFI, but it was not good either. But if you want to have vacation without Internet, its perfect!

Excellent place but there should be a snack bar available for later in the evening

All inclusive should mean being able to find snacks after 9pm .. these were not available , I have been on many all inclusive and as my family don’t eat until later we were disappointed

Fabulous sea views, not overcrowded, good choice of pools and bars, very friendly and helpful staff. Plenty of salad and vegetables for lunch and dinner

Disappointing

The location is nice but old and not maintained properly.

The food was all frozen and horrible, we end up buying food from the market because the restaurant was very bad. The room wasn't the cleanest and the entertainment was nonexistent. We saw some entertainers at the show but they were minding their own business and chatting with each other. Very disappointing.

Some people were making parties in the middle of the night by the pool or at a bar. We couldnt sleep as we lived near. It is impossible to swim in the see near hotel.

Good for a short stay

Impressed for a 2 star. I visited with low expectations but for a short stay it was not bad. Beautiful views. Amazing sunsets!! Choice of 3 pools. Self serve fizzy drinks. 3 bars so never far to walk for the next drink. Plenty of choice for food and drink. Snacks not so great though.

Room was very basic but clean. Visited mid May and not alot going on for entertainment. Away from everything. But S'Arenal only €15/10 mins in a taxi or €3/40 mins via bus, with a beautiful beach and lots of shops and pubs.

Very poor

the fact it was all inclusive but the bar closed at 11 and the food was pretty poor all week

the fact our room was broken into and the staff members we spoke to told us he didn’t work there as I got a photo when we tracked the stolen headphones and got then back only to walk past him working a few days later. also made us wait 9 hours to get a new room. the rooms were also a mess broken bed and not cleaned properly.
