Endroit calme et reposant

Calme de la résidence, emplacement proche des plages, facilité d’accès, places de parking à proximité, personnel accueillant et sympathique, chambre spacieuse avec balcon, buffet varié et très bon

Manque de respect de certains résidents étrangers (gaspillage, laisse tout traîner partout, les serviettes de bain déjà installées sur les bains de soleil avant l’ouverture de la piscine, la piscine doit fermer à 19h mais à 18h40 la corde commence à être mise même si on est assis encore au bord, une secouriste ne respecte pas et vous passe dessus avec sans rien dire, manque d’équipements dans les chambres (bouilloire, sur la terrasse manque d’un étendoir cela sèche difficile avec le climat, manque d’une chaise sur la terrasse nous étions trois seulement deux chaises), manque d’équipement dans la salle de bain : verre pour brossage des dents, tapis plus grand pour la douche car on inondé à chaque fois, manque d’isolation de la porte d’entrée, on voit le jour tout le tour de la porte, manque d’animation adultes.

Experiência a não repetir

A localização

Limpeza é péssima, vergonhoso mesmo. No dia em que chegamos tinha cabelos em vários sítios da casa de banho e até elásticos dos aparelhos dos dentes, que no dia seguinte continuava lá. O lavatório estava tão sujo que podem ver a foto da toalha que passei quando o tentei limpar. A cama ainda tem colchas antigas que pelo cheiro duvido que sejam trocadas entre clientes e os cobertores disponíveis nos armários são do século passado e péssimos para quem tem alergias. Instalações muito degradadas. E na última noite quando chegamos ao quarto ninguém tinha feito limpeza nem trocado as toalhas e não foi por falta de tempo porque saímos às 10h e regressamos às 22h. O pequeno almoço tem variadade mas maioria das coisas são muito artificiais. O jantar é exatamente a mesma coisa, só comi lá duas vezes porque não conseguia olhar sempre para o mesmo tipo de comida. A animação é péssima. Podia ser uma excelente opção pela localização se fosse limpo e cuidado mas infelizmente não recomendo a ninguém.

la configuration du batiment, vue sur la piscine pour tt le monde de l'autre cote vue sur la cala belle piscine restauration correcte mais repetitive personnel agréable

forte proportion d'allemand du coup peu d'interêt pour les francophones beaucoup d'enfants en bas ages pas d'eau plate en libre service au repas du soir pour les demi pension les serveurs debarassent trop rapidement les tables, au point parfois d'enlever des assiettes non terminées si on se lève pour aller chercher quelque chose

Cheap and cheerful

Location for us was too far out of Cala D’or - food was r too bad - too many Germans who hogged all the sun beds and umbrellas- staff were excellent

Not enough umbrellas and the sun beds were uncomfortable- hotel looks very tired - cracked glass in reception area - entertainment was awful

Good value for money - hotel staff were excellent !

Food was good - excellent facilities for families with children

More umbrellas by pool - notices should be put up to stop people reserving sun beds and then going out ! Paper cups for drinks in bar or paying deposit of 1Euro for plastic cup. Hotel needs good refurbishment. Long wait for taxis.

Reasonable hotel for reasonable money

Plenty of food that exceeded our expectations. Fish, meat and even sushi :-) Very nice and friendly stuff in restaurant. Hotel located not so far away from Cala Egos Beach , though we used it only twice because of jellyfish . On the other hands Cala mondrago is only 8 minutes to drive and the bus is driving there every 15-30 minutes. Shops and restaurant is very close to the hotel. Swimming pool for adults and the small one for the children. Parking places all around the hotel and there were no problem to find the free place.

There are some small things: 1 Most of the guests is the family with small children and some of the days there were really loud music during the day time when a lot of babys areused to sleep .Probably to put some isolation hence or something would be a solution. Or maybe try to put the guest with small children to blocks behind the stage. 2 Animation program (Mini disco) for children leaves much to be desired and not only 5 songs. 3 My mother has fallen down in restaurant because the floor was slide from the water. Unfortunately no-one helped her to stand up even some workers saw the accident.

Easy parking, and easy to find. Taxis are near and won't cost much to the centre of Cala d'Or. Most of the staff was friendly and pool area was nice. Great breakfast.

Rooms needs some updating, walls are also really thin. You will wake up for every noise.

Very good option with dinners!

Very nice hotel area, beautiful pools and surrounding. Rooms were clean and cozy. Food was delicious! Huge variety of food on breakfast and dinner (at dinner meals with fresh seafood)

There could be some entertainment program for guests.

It is an amazing place but..

The size of the whole place is stagering. Fancy bar and restaurant, plus there is a "games" room with pool and arcades which was real fun. The pool looks amazing and they have a separated waterpark.

Few staff members should improve their attitude based on the fact that it was their decission working in the hospitality business and it's not that difficult being friendly especially if I try to be friendly too.

No soundproof rooms, you can hear everything, woke up some days with next door guests taking showers, it feels like it’s in your room Old facilities, the room on the ground floor doesn’t have a proper window locker. The buffet food was not very good

Hotel reception management very rude and dismissive

Hotel reception manager very rude when I addressed an issue I had. Totally dismissed me and walked away from me as I was talking to him at the hotel reception, he ignored me and went on to serve another guest. I had to bring this to the hotel directors attention via numerous emails. I did receive an apology but after I requested a response form my emails..not from the said member of staff. Be wary if you need to speak to management. Perhaps have someone with you for support.

Pool area dirty. Nothing washed down, sunbeds were filthy. Showers didn’t work. Only saw actual pool cleaned out once during the entire stay. Floor area disgusting. Sun bed manager rude. Threw personal belongings on the floor, my ear pods were lost because of this. Food too repetitive. EVERY NIGHT it was either pork or lamb. Children entertainment ok but evening was repetitive and despite the staff doing an amazing job with what was a small budget it was very animator.

Loved the pools, especially the splash pool for kids. Beds and pillows super comfy. Good choice of food. Friendly staff. Great location. We loved our stay.

Only complaint was the kids got small cuts on their feet in the pool - maybe some broken tiles?
