Although the breakfast was just OK, it sure was convenient to be able to grab something on the way out and not have to stop somewhere else for breakfast. The staff was helpful, and the vending machines are a fair price. For the rate I paid, I felt it was a good value for a one-night stop over.
The upholstered chair and the carpet were very dirty, and not very appealing to use. They could use a professional cleaning.

Es stehen 24/7 Kaffee, Tee und Wasser zum Auffüllen zur Verfügung und nachmittags gibt es frische Cookies für jeden Gast. Preis-Leistungsverhältnis okay und für 1 Nacht okay.Kostenlose Parkplätze direkt an der Unterkunft.

Property is easy to find and convenient to I-95. Good parking. Beds were comfortable. Internet reception was good. Good shower with good water pressure.
We were given a room on the gas station side so not as quiet as if we were occupying a room on the other side of the hallway. Small TV. No office chair to adjust for height of work desk. Pictures (wall hangings) were missing from the room. Room needs painting or touching up in those areas. There were no eggs (just biscuits and gravy) offered for breakfast; and also no fruit (bananas would have been nice).

The beds are clean and overall, we only stayed one night. The breakfast in the morning was nice. It had a great selection of options, which was great for those like mw with a restrictive diet. The staff faced some challenges that night, some within their control and some outside of their control. Overall, they handled these challenges with kindness and grace. One of the guests (somewhere on the second floor in the hotel) was smoking weed. There were several complaints about it, including one family with a small child, and the front desk did their best to relocate all affected guests and manage the situation.
I was a little disappointed in the quality of the room. We love staying at Country Inn and Suites hotels and had expectations that this location would be on par with other hotels within the brand/company. The room, while clean, needed some updates. The walls were scuffed and the carpet was in need of being replaced. All of this is simply cosmetic, but the biggest con we had was this. We were placed on the second floor after there were complaints about the stench of weed on the second floor. The smell of weed was so strong that it hit you as soon as the elevator doors opened. We were placed in a room on the second floor near the elevator. While we were presumably far away from the source of the smell, we could still smell it in the bathroom and in the front entry of the room. Everyone in our party has asthma, with my son having the most severe case of it, and when my husband asked to be relocated, we could not be accommodated. Again, the staff was doing anything and everything within their power to control the situation, it seemed as if a majority of the second floor was affected, so I understand that the booking capacity for the night, paired with the amount of impacted rooms could have contributed to us being unable to be relocated. I feel bad even putting this in the cons section of the review, as the hotel staff cannot always control the actions of their guests and the staff truly was doing their best. Overall, the weed smell did go away and could no longer be smelled by morning. Ultimately, we're not sure if we will specifically seek out this hotel in the future, but it is a clean place to rest for a night.

Cozy building. Room was very spacious with a separate living room and bedroom. Nice, as you could close your bedroom door and sleep was very quiet.
Room was a little dated. Many bathroom tiles were cracked...needs some upgrading.

We were initially allocated a room that had not been cleaned and the bed had not been remade. However, the staff were good and quickly allocated another room. Very limited choice of eating establishments in the area, if you want anything other than fast food.

Even though we were on the fourth floor we could still hear the noise from the cars on the road blow. The breakfast choices were very limited. No hot food except for the waffle maker.

Il s'occupait des autres clients. À un moment donné j'ai cru que je n'aurais pas de chambre. Le mobilier ( fauteuil ) a besoin d'un nettoyage.

It's clean, it's reachable from the interstate, and Julius at the front desk couldn't be more helpful. This is my second day as I have family in the north so when I drive up there, this is where I will stop from now on! Breakfast was excellent!

I have a seven pound service dog that sits in my arms. I went to the buffet with my dog who is hypoallergenic and does not shead, he was wrapped in a blanket except for the paw he alerts me with. He was in my left hand facing away rom the buffet and I was using my right hand to toast an english muffin. I never touched any of the "Common" or hot food. The desk clerk gave me a really hard time. Tried to argue the law with me, told me that if I had a large service dog I could not even go in the dining room. I got news! Your wrong and I will never stay at any of your hotels ever again and have reported you to the ADA.

Check in was easy.
The room was rundown. The furnishings didn’t feel clean in the sitting area. There was a mouse or rat trap near the coffee area. The breakfast was unappealing. The pool and hot tub weren’t working. The whole place felt tired.
