This is the perfect property for large families to get together but also provides separate accommodation from the large house. Hillside has a lovely homely feel to it, with its open fireplace in the living room and comfy seating, the well equipped kitchen is perfect for preparing family meals to be enjoyed around the large dining table or al fresco. A separate snug area is ideal for relaxing with a book or glass of wine. The Barn has a ground floor bedroom, open plan kitchen/dining area and wet room with pretty tiled floor. The living area is upstairs and has bi-fold doors opening onto a patio area with views across farmland and the garden at Hillside.

Rooms: Hillside: First floor: Bedroom 1 with King and en suite shower room with basin and WC. Bedroom 2 with King and en suite shower room with basin and WC. Bedroom 3 with Twin zip 'n' link option to Superking on request. Bedroom 4 with 3'single with high quality pull out 3'single bed. Family bathroom with slipper bath, mixer handset over bath, separate shower cubicle, basin and WC. Ground Floor: Bedroom 5 with Superking zip 'n' link option to Twin on request. Living room, kitchen/dining room, snug room, vestibule, hall, rear terrace, also front terrace.
The Barn: Ground floor, Superking zip 'n' link option to twin on request, additional day bed available. Wet room, Kitchen/dining area. First Floor: living room with bi-fold doors onto patio.
Kitchen & Utilities: electric hob and cooker, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer (in Hillside only)
Entertainment: TV with Freeview and DVD, Wi-fi broadband, Nespresso coffee machine
For Families: Cot and Highchair available
Outdoors: Terrace, lawns, patio furniture, barbecue
Parking: private parking for 3 or 4 cars
General: Electric central heating, wood burning stove, underfloor heating in The Barn. Bed linen, towels, complimentary basket of logs, travel cot, highchair, games, telephone for emergency calls
Security deposit: A security deposit of £200 may be required, in which case we will contact you for payment 8 weeks before your holiday is due to start.
Notes: Care should be taken on the terraces in the garden with young children, and also on the road when going between properties.
You may need to pay an Accidental Damage Deposit or Accidental Damage Deposit Waiver for this property. Where applicable we will contact you in good time before your holiday with further details and to take payment.
Pets information:
Pets are allowed at this property by prior arrangement only. Extra charge may be payable (up to £30 per pet per week). Please contact the holiday cottage agency directly after booking to arrange.
