The check-in was extremely easy and the access to the property was done through a personalized access code which was great. The shared facilities were good and there was a washer/dryer which we were able to use. The toilet and shower were in separate little rooms which was quite useful.
The shared facilities were used constantly throughout the stay by the same group of people, which meant we weren't really able to make the best of them.

Boa localização, não precisei do carro para me deslocar dentro da cidade para nada, tinha tudo ao perto, desde mercado, restaurantes supermercados, lojas, museus, teatro, marina e os edifícios municipais.
Só tive necessidade de utilizar o carro para fazer as visitas fora da cidade.
Ter feito uma melhor organização dos locais a visitar, perdi um pouco de tempo a me organizar de forma a gerir melhor o meu tempo.

We had a very pleasant stay in the beautiful and very clean, peaceful house at Ao Mercado. Eduardo was super helpful and responded always very quickly. The house has a beautiful garden and a nice structured kitchen. We loved our stay!

Sehr gepflegt und geschmackvoll, wunderschöner ruhiger Innenhof. Top Kommunikation. Lage ist sehr zentral (evtl. nichts für lärmempfindliche Personen, da direkt an der Straße und gegenüber der Markthalle), alles fussläufig erreichbar. Preis-Leistung ist super, sehr empfehlenswert!
Nichts (Straßenlärm durch zentrale Lage an der Straße und gegenüber der Markthalle bei den Zimmern nach vorne, aber uns hat es nicht gestört).

Eduardo war sehr hilfsbereit und hat uns sogar bei unseren Flugtickets geholfen. Das Zimmer ist groß und trotz sehr naher Lage zur Altstadt/Innenstadt sehr ruhig gelegen. Es gibt 2 Gemeinschaftsräume mit einer Kaffeemaschine. Ein Wasserkocher ist auf dem Zimmer. Im Kühlschrank hat jedes Zimmer ein eigenes Fach. Das WLAN ist sehr gut. Sobald die Geschäfte gegen 18 Uhr geschlossen sind, erhält man esnah gratis Parkplätze um die Ecke.
Eigentlich gibt es nicht viel Negatives. Es gibt keinen deutschen Fernsehsender und es könnte mehr Ablagemöglichkeiten oder Haken im Bad geben. Ansonsten war alles sehr gut.

Muito bem localizado mesmo em frente ao mercado e muito perto da marina, com bons restaurantes e bares por perto. Prédio com historia mas todo renovado, o quarto é amplo e confortável. Há um parque publico gratuito mesmo ao lado do hotel e alguns parques pagos nas redondezas.

Centrally located. Close to fruit market. Walking distance to super market, many cafés and restaurants. Our hostess was very warm and accomodating, with many great suggestions to enhance our stay. We'll be back when visiting Ponta Delgada again.

Nos encantó alojarnos aquí, es una casa súper grande en la cual tienes un salón grande y acogedor y cocina para utilizar, también tiene un patio enorme. Puedes usar lavadora. María es un amor, nos trató genial y nos hizo sentir como en casa. Buena limpieza, buena ubicación, todo perfecto. Justo en frente del mercado y hay al lado dos parques de estacionamiento, así que no tuvimos problemas en aparcar. Te dejan toallas para las termas.

Einziges Manko ist die Hellhörigkeit.
Es ist ein altes sehr charmantes Haus mit knarrenden Holzböden und dünnen Wänden.
Aber mit Ohrstöpsel kommt man damit klar.

Super czysto, łóżka bardzo wygodne, dostaliśmy pokój idealnie pasujący dla naszej grupy (3 pełnowymiarowe łóżka :-))
Ręczniki plażowe w ofercie - bardzo nas ucieszyły! :-)
Kuchnia w pełni wyposażona, piękny, klimatyczny ogród, gdzie można zjeść śniadanie.
Świetny pomysł dotyczący podziału półek we wspólnej lodówce na numery pokoi :-) W ten sposób nie mieszały się produkty moje z produktami lokatorów innych pokoi.
Duży salon do dyspozycji gości, z wygodnymi kanapami.
Pani Maria właścicielka troszczyła się o nas, służyła radami, co zwiedzić, jak dojechać, dbała o naszą wygodę w apartamencie i zadowolenie! Super Gospodyni!

Tolle Lage vis a vis vom Markt (Käsegeschäft 😉). Wunderschön renoviertes altes Haus mit tollem Gemeinschaftsraum, praktischer Küche und großem Garten samt Avocadobaum. Die freundliche Besitzerin hat uns viele Tipps gegeben und man merkt, dass ihr das Wohlergehen ihrer Gäste ein Herzensanliegen ist. Wir haben uns sehr willkommen und bestens betreut gefühlt.
WC und Bad ist etwas beengt.

Focus is needed on the cleanliness in kitchen, bathroom, and outdoors. Mold in the bathroom and some areas in the bedroom. Bathroom was far from the room, making it very inconvenient if you need to use the bathroom in the middle of the night. Beds and pillows were uncomfortable.

everything, the room, garden,location and especially Maria she was very kind and welcoming she suggested some amazing restaurants when we asked. we stayed in the island 4 days in total two in the guest house and two in a hotel and we regretted that we didn’t stay all 4 days in the guest house which was more comfortable and much cheaper.

Everything about this property is PERFECT! The rooms, the comfort, the cleanliness, the outdoor patio, the common areas for dining and/or relaxing, the kitchen….AND the host! Maria is lovely! She is always kind, helpful, and responsive. Please look no further…this is the place to stay! oh, it is quiet too AND the farmers market is across the street offering the most amazing produce and goods!
