This house has everything you need from modern, kitchen with bar open to living and dining rooms, deck on every level, including a private one off the master bedroom and laundry for those that prefer to pack light.

RENTAL RULES
1. Smoking is NOT allowed.
2. People other than those in the Guest rental party set forth above may not stay overnight in the property. Any other person in the property is the sole responsibility of Guest.
3. The owners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities. The Homeowners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests, rental party and any others they invite are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises and its amenities.
4. Keep the property and all furnishings in good order.
5. Only use appliances for their intended uses.
6. NO PETS are permitted, if it is determined a Guest has brought a pet with them, guest could be charged damages up to $300.00.
7. Parking: Parking is limited to 4 vehicle(s). Vehicles are to be parked in designated parking areas only. Parking is permitted in driveway and along road. Any illegally parked cars are subject to towing; applicable fines/towing fees are the sole responsibility of the vehicle owner.
8. Housekeeping: There is no daily housekeeping service. While linens and bath towels are included in the unit, daily maid service is not included in the rental rate. We do not permit towels or linens to be taken from the units.
9. DO NOT FLUSH anything other than toilet paper. No feminine products should be flushed at anytime.
10. The Guests shall dispose of all waste material generated during the rental period in a lawful manner and put the trash in the bins located outside at curb. Guest is cautioned not to leave trash outside of bins for long periods of time because it attracts animals. Trash pickup occurs every Tuesday morning. Recycling is picked up bi-weekly on Wednesdays.
11. The Guest shall pay for any damage done to the premises over and above normal wear and tear.
12. Guests agree to pay all reasonable costs, attorney's fees and expenses that shall be made or incurred by Homeowner enforcing this agreement.
13. There shall be no refunds of rents due to shortened stays or ruined expectations because of weather conditions.
14. There shall be no refunds of rents because of shortened stays or ruined expectations due to work and family emergencies or other commitments.
15. The property has a fire extinguisher installed near the kitchen area. The fire extinguisher was fully charged at last inspection. It is the duty of the tenant to inform management immediately should the fire extinguisher become less than fully charged. Tenant agrees to use the fire extinguisher only for true emergencies.
16. The property has smoke/CO alarms installed and they are believed to function properly at the time of rental. Guest will notify management without delay if a fire alarm “chirps” or has a low battery condition.
17. Guest shall see to their own security while in the property by locking doors, windows, garage doors, gates etc. when it’s prudent to do so.
18. Valuable items left behind by tenant will be held for the guest and every reasonable effort will be made to contact the guest for return. If items are not claimed for longer than 1 month they shall become the property of the Homeowner. The Homeowner shall not be held liable for condition of said items.
19. High speed wireless internet is provided as a convenience only and is not integral to the agreement. No refund of rents shall be given for outages, content, lack of content, speed, access problems, lack of knowledge of use, or personal preferences with regard to internet service.

We enjoyed being close to the old downtown stores, restaurants, park with carousel, and the walking bridge to the Aquarium. Publix was right around the corner. The main living area's deck needs some upgrades with furniture and grill, but we didn't use them anyway, so it didn't matter to us. Some sort of sheet for the large sliding glass doors in the living area would also be helpful. Since the TV was there, the sunshine affected the picture at certain times of day. We weren't there very much, though, so that wasn't a terribly big deal to us. It was great to have a place for our family together for the long holiday weekend.

We loved the convenience of this home! It was a very short stroll to shopping areas, Coolidge Park, the Walnut Street Bridge, and other downtown attractions. The home was beautiful and well stocked. We plan to stay here again!

The house was spacious and comfortable for our group of 6 adults. The kitchen was well equipped, although we did not cook meals while there. The location was convenient and quiet and a special treat was watching a family of hawks each morning and evening from the balconies.

Between the sun deck and the expansive front room, we were able to enjoy daily social gatherings with friends from the Chattanooga area.
The kitchen was amply appointed so we could cook in. It is two blocks to the closest restaurant, so we ad choices for lunch and dinner. In all, an excellent experience.

Great place for family from Virginia and Iowa to gather and vacation together. The house was within walking distance of so many things--restaurants, aquarium, pedestrian bridge, riverfront park, grocery store, etc. . The house was clean and had all of the amenities we needed to make our stay comfortable. We loved the outdoors decks including the one on the roof! The hill down to the main street was steep but was only a challenge for one of our family members. We were able to work around that. The hosts responded quickly the few times we reached out to them. Highly recommend this house and location!

Place was in great condition. Couple of recommendations would be bars of soap in showers & some kind of contrast from bottom step coming from upstairs bedrooms to kitchen. Two of our guests fell from the last two steps. Last step blended into the floor. Hard to see the separation from the two. Specially for older adults.

We had a wonderful stay and loved the house. Very clean, modern and had all amenities we needed. We had a little problem with the upstairs AC upon arrival but Aaron was very prompt in taking care of it so there it was no issue for us. Very convenient to everything we wanted to see and walk ability was great. We stayed for 5 nights and I highly recommend this property for all to see in Chattanooga!!

The house was large and very comfortable. There are lots of steps, so that can be an issue for some. There is a steep hill down to town, but doable. Chattanooga is an amazing city… We will definitely be back.

We were in town for our daughter’s graduation from UTC. The house was perfect! It was clean, spacious, and had everything we needed. We were able to have the graduation breakfast with all of our family there with plenty of room. The owner was wonderful & communicated quickly with us. We loved it & we will be back!

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. The house was perfect for the six of us. We were surprised that we were able to walk across the River with a four and 2.5 year old, so it worked out even better than expected.

This is an amazing rental! So much space for all 6 in my family. Location is perfect for walking everywhere in Northshore and crossing the walking bridge to Downtown. The house was spotless and so pretty inside. We have two more upcoming events in Chattanooga and will 100% rent here again!

The location of this property would be tough to beat. It’s located about 2 blocks from the walking bridge and Coolidge Park, under 15 mins from nearly every attraction, and right by Publix for groceries and Milk & Honey for great breakfast. The house itself is very spacious, everything is smart enabled so you can use voice commands, and you can comfortably fit a group with 5 beds across 4 bedrooms. Would 100% stay here again.

This house is fabulous and the biggest surprise was exploring the north side of the river. Quant shops, coffee shops, etc. The pedestrian bridge across the river was just a couple of blocks away.

We loved the location of the house in the North Shore neighborhood. And we got a good workout walking up the hills in the area.
The house was perfect for our larger group. So nice to have 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms for everyone. The house is nicely decorated and comfortable and the hosts were very helpful with local eating and drinking recommendations.
