One of 7 North Ridge Escapes properties, this home was furnished and designed with comfort, luxury, peace, and adventure in mind. Our goal is that you feel at home and cared for, while staying in a prime location to explore all that Chattanooga has to offer. We love our city and know that you will too!

Located only 0.4 miles away from Coolidge Park, this is perfect launching point for all your Chattanooga adventures! Within an easy 10 minute walk, you will discover many downtown and Northshore restaurants, bars, coffeehouses, local artisan retail, salons, day spas, galleries, grocery stores, boutiques, museums, recreational activities, and entertainment attractions. The hardest thing will be deciding what to enjoy first! Want to explore a little farther? Jump on one of our 4 adult bicycles and see miles of downtown Chattanooga or the TN Riverwalk.

When you are ready to relax, come back home to enjoy the many amenities we provide. The back covered patio is a favorite spot, with comfortable furniture, a gas fireplace, TV, gas grill, and wet bar with an ice maker. Our master bath offers a luxurious free-standing soaking tub and separate shower. There are 50”- 65” smart TVs in every bedroom and common area with endless entertainment options through Netflix and Hulu Live. We’ve got you covered in “The Gig City” with the country’s first gigabit per second internet speed.

The main living area is an open layout. Enjoy the newly remodeled fully stocked kitchen with high-end finishes, a comfortable seating area with a 65” TV, and a dining table seating six that was locally crafted from 100-year-old barn wood. There is a second living room towards the back of the house with two twin sleeper sofas and a TV. The wrap around front porch provides additional spots to relax and read a good book while sipping your morning coffee.

You and your guests can enjoy three bedrooms. We have a king bed and en suite bathroom in the master, and two queen bedrooms with a full bathroom between them. All bedrooms have large closets, ceiling fans, plush new rugs, and down comforters with clean duvet covers. We believe your sleep is important and chose high-end mattresses and luxurious sheets to provide maximum comfort. All towels and linens are provided, as well as shampoo, conditioner, and body wash.

In the kitchen you will find a beverage station with a Keurig coffee maker stocked with k-cups, sugar, cream, and various teas with honey. We provide cooking essentials such as oil, salt, pepper, a spice rack, and a few basic condiments. A complimentary snack basket and a treat from our favorite local bakery is waiting for you to enjoy!

There is a pack ’n play and high chair seat available for our precious little guests. The detached garage with an extra full refrigerator is available to use, along with the 4 hybrid bicycles that are stored inside. We will provide an electronic waiver form to sign before using the bikes. The driveway provides ample flat parking, which is rare in this area of town. We have a laundry room and pantry closet available, just off the kitchen. The property is monitored by Vivint.SmartHome security. The back door is accessible with a keypad for self check-in, without having to climb any stairs.

We enjoyed our stay immensely. The home looked as good as the pictures we saw online and offered all the amenities you could ask for or need. The location was very quiet with minimal street traffic. The rear covered porch was an absolute winner. Our host was both pleasant and responsive. If you’re looking for a family friendly (there were six of us including a 1 year old and a nearly 3 year old), beautifully decorated, well equipped home conveniently located for Chattanooga’s many attractions, this is it.

This property was the nicest I've stayed in any vacation rental. A lot of attention to detail with the way it was setup for out arrival. Incredibly clean house and beautiful decor. Its obvious the host cares about your experience. Location to downtown was ideal, especially with the rental bikes. Host was very quick to respond. All positives, and would highly recommend!

What a wonderful house. Clean. Beautifully decorated. Great location. So many thoughtful touches. Yummy breakfast breads from a local bakery. A bottle of water by the bedside. The kitchen is very well equipped. Beth is a great host. She provided a great informational booklet on the house and the area that was so helpful. We truly had a fabulous time. We hope to return.

Exactly how it was described. There were 4 of us and one more comfortable chair in the living would've been better. Everything else was stellar. Communication with the owner was excellent, the home had everything you could need. Complementary snacks/coffee/toiletries. Clear instructions, and information. I have stayed in alot of VRBOs and this was by far the most well stocked and hospitable stay. From the fresh bakery bread, kitchen snacks, kitchen cookware and serving ware, bedding, bathroom supplies and extra household supplies. Having it all on one level was ideal for us. It accompanied 5 easily and we enjoyed the front porch rockers wtih coffee in the morning and the back porch for community gathering and relaxed fun. The porch ice maker served our group well. It was absolutely so thoughtfully prepared. In addition, the host was more than accommodating when we needed to reschedule at last minute recently. I would give this a 10 star if possible.

This house was perfect for our family of four. Wonderful location and extremely clean and well appointed. We enjoyed the first week of college football games on the back porch TV and had a short drive to the marina for a day on the lake. Would definitely return!

I can’t say enough about this wonderful home. It was clean and beautifully decorated. The bed in the master was the most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept in and I took advantage of the huge bath tub. The owner had everything you needed from toiletries, waters by the bed, and treats from a local bakery. The house is a short walk to the Walnut pedestrian bridge, shops, and restaurants. My friends also surprised me by contacting the host and she worked with them and had birthday decorations and a cake waiting on me when we showed up. She went above and beyond and I would stay here again in a heartbeat. Thank you for the best 40th birthday vacation I could have dreamed of!

Loved the house! Very nicely decorated… even had a Christmas Tree which we loved. Comfy beds, roomy kitchen/living room area. Great outdoor space… we used the heater, fireplace and TV outside. Large garage was great to park our extra vehicle. Great location. Host was very prompt with all communication. Would highly recommend!

Beautiful home in the perfect location for all the adventures while visiting Chattanooga. Super clean, appealing decor, comfy beds and everything you could possibly need was available. The complimentary snacks and fresh baked breads from a local bakery welcoming us when we checked in was a nice surprise. If planning a Chattanooga get away this is the place to stay!

I must say that this was a really comfortable stay for me and my family. The interior photos well represented the property. It's walkable to the pedestrian bridge and other shops and eateries nearby. My only small complaint was that the yard needed a mow when we arrived (as it's apparently only cut every two weeks). But, overall a very pleasant stay with very accommodating host. I'd definitely recommend and definitely stay there again.
