Could have been better

In itself it is a cozy place

They charged me twice for the hotel room, I explained to the person at the front desk that I had already paid for it, but they charged me again. I am still waiting for my money back. It's been a month now.

Too short of a trip but well stayed

Honestly excited our expectations. I expected a bed with 4 walls and a tv but no this place had everything i would need for extended stays. The guy up front, i forget his name, was very helpful with suggestions and explaining where everything is.

Gut wenn günstig

Einfach, aber sehr sauber, leise, gute Lage, wir haben sehr gut geschlafen

Wir haben den doppelten Normalpreis gezahlt, das ist dann schon grenzwertig. Ansonsten passt das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis.

Good value near Zion National Park

Excellent free coffee in lobby. Convenient location, with restaurants, national and state parks, local hiking, and other services nearby. Pleasant staff. Quiet. Full-size fridge.

Bedding was hot. No housekeeping, trash removal, or replenishment of coffee, washcloths.

Mouse problem?

Good location. Nice size room.

There were multiple mouse traps in our room. I've stayed in tons of hotel rooms and this was a definite 1st. At least there wasn't a mouse in them over our 2 night stay.

Gute Lage zum Zion NP

Grosses sauberes Zimmer, Kaffeemaschine

Kein Roomservice, grosse Küche kein Geschirr oder irgendwas. Kaffee Pappbecher Tücher werden nicht nachgefüllt, man bekommt auf Nachfrage aber alles

Die Lage zum Zion Das grosse Zimmer Waschmöglichkeiten Einkaufsmöglichkeiten Bequeme Betten Eigene Küche - Töpfe etc. Können an der Rezeption ausgeliehen werden. Riesen Kühlschrank

Das Hotel ist Pet-Friendly. Was ja eigentlich völlig in Ordnung ist. Jedoch sollte man dann drauf achten, dass die Waschmaschinen nicht voller Tierhaare sind. Ansonsten eine glatte 10.

Prima hotel, personeel negeert je bijna gewoon.

Een keuken zonder enig keukengerei. Niet eens borden. Die kon je bij de receptie kopen. Personeel daar gunde je niet eens een blik. De smartphone was belangrijker.

Sehr schönes und preiswertes Motel!

Sehr schönes Motel mit tollem Pool! Zimmer waren sehr schön und sauber! Kein Frühstück aber kostenloser Kaffee in der Lobby. Lage sehr gut, Restaurants etc. in direkter Umgebung.

Klimaanlage hat etwas gemüffelt...

Aceptan perros, así que si te molesta el olor mejor pides que te pongan en el piso donde no reciben perros.

Good Hotel near the Zion National Park

There was a kitchen in our room with a big fridge. The bathroom was also good, and the room was big.

There was nothing in the kitchen, like pans, plates or cutlery.

Don’t book if you are thinking you’ll cook at the kitchen! There’s NOTHING!

Location was great!

There’s no kitchen tool at all… they ate trying to sell the pan at the lobby for $20. So stupid.

very last minute booking ...1h before arriving.. very friendly and attentive staff, room very clean and larger as expected. basic accomodation, but the value for money is excellent.

My Place was not our place for a nice stay

The Pool

On arrival the first room was in the entrance area dirty and a look in the refrigerator was showing that it was dirty too. We got easily a new room which was cleaner but looking more in detail it was dusty on nearly all surfaces. We had to clean it by our self. On the check out we received a bill which was showing in total 20$ more than the confirmed booking.com price. The lady did just comment this with a „oh… I’ll refund the 20$ back tobyour credit card.“ Let’s hope this will happen.

Zwischenstopp nach Zion NP

Ruhige Lage. Nettes Personal. Großes Zimmer. Pool ganz für uns alleine. Parkplatz direkt vor der Tür. Haben den Aufenthalt mit dem Zion Nationalpark verbunden. Möglichkeiten zum Einkaufen in der Nähe.

Excellent staty.

The hotel was clean and the staff was very professional. The only concern we had was that there was no way for us to charge or electronic devices. Both USB outlets did not work in our room. Otherwise the hotel was perfect.

Good place for a night

The room is renovated and clean. The beds were comfortable. Close to the supermarket and some fast food restaurants. 30 minutes from Zion NP

There is a full kitchen but it is not equipped at all - no dishes, cutlery , pots or pans or even glasses

Ok place if you want to get away from Springdale crowd and need a big fridge to restock and keep cold.

The price really, and full size fridge and sink w coffee maker. it was roomy. Bathroom was good sized as well.

staff had zero personalities. felt cold and impersonal.

Best place to stay

We enjoyed our stay at My Place in Hurricane, Utah. It was clean, comfortable, and affordable. We appreciated the little kitchen where we could make our own breakfast. Of all the hotels we stayed at on our trip, My Place was definitely the nicest. We will definitely look for My Place hotels in the future.

Nice hotel, full kitchen but no plates, pots, glasses or flatware supplied.

They advertise that there is a full kitchen, which there was. Problem is there were no dishes, glasses, flatware or pots and pans so the kitchen was useless for a short stay clientele. They really should put that in the room description.

Exceptional

The location was great — I came to Hurricane for the mountain biking and it was easy to get to the surrounding mesas, St. George and even Zion. My room was the perfect size and I loved that it had a kitchen.

I have no complaints about my stay.
