Camere essenziali, pulite e con tutto il necessario per un breve soggiorno (phon, frigo, prodotti da bagno). Colazione basica ma per noi è stata sufficiente oltre che gradita! Lo consigliamo!

Struttura poco isolata, si sentivano i rumori dalla strada trafficata a fianco e dalle altre stanze. Locale colazione con pochi tavolini rispetto al numero di ospiti.

Clean, great location, friendly

Great location, clean, manager was friendly.

Allocated parking space was occupied by someone else. Manager managed to let us park in a safe spot though close to the lobby.

Just very basic if you need to stay few night don’t expect anything

Location closed to Zion National park

Breakfast is not a breakfast Juice was Out of service for the 3 days we were there. It’s only toasts and peanut butter. The walls are very thin and we could hear all night people walking and stumping Not the best stay but does the job

Nice place, comfy beds, fine swimming pool. Tasty breakfast.

Maybe option to have breakfast earlier. Once we got back second day, there was a grass in swimming pool - I think someone was cutting grass and forgot to clean the pool

Convenient

Safe, quiet and Convenient location with a nice view of the mountains on the backside. Refrigerator, microwave and coffee pot in the room. Comfortable pillows. The hosts were very polite and tried their best to make the guests comfortable. Only a minute walk from Rooster Run Cafe for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Other eateries are also around. Big parking lot, but fills up very fast.

Just a suggestion for the breakfast that the boiled eggs should be replaced with something hot. Hotel is only 2 floors, but would be nice to have an elevator when carrying luggage. Room needs brighter lights.

Was a surprisingly great visit for an excellent price!

Room was freshly painted and clean! New property managers took over in the recent past and they are working hard to clean up & renovate this older motel. Staff could not have been nicer. Breakfast room was frequently monitored & kept clean.

Nice stay

Breakfast was included, but not that big of a choice. There are a lot of parking spaces for cars and the location was good: nearby gas station and a lot of restaurant (fastfood). The wifi was great!

Location and price

The room is humid and felt like it might have mold myself and my family member. We’re both sick in the middle of the night. The floor / carpet felt a bit damp.

It was a poor experience at best.

The location next to a good restaraunt as well as being in the center of town was the best part.

The staff were never available unless you picked up a phone at the front desk and called them. The wait after calling them was sometimes long. It made things more cumbersome than the should have been. Jacking the price up for the event that week was also disappointing for the cleanliness, condition, and poor staff service. We receive some swag from the event we attended and when they cleaned the room they removed the stickers and flags from our room. When I inquired about them I was told they were probably thrown in the trash. They should only throw away what the customers have put in the trash cans in the room and leave things that are on the table or credenza alone.
