Excellent apartment in a residential neighborhood, moderate walking distance from city center.

We were on the top floor, with slanted ceilings. Bumped our heads a couple of times. But the skylights could open, and provided cross-flow ventilation that was perfect for sleeping. The room was also smaller than we expected, but we really liked its modern style, the balcony, and the bathroom and shower. Modest continental breakfast provided in the apartment for the first day only. But that was helpful. Keys were in a lockbox by the front door, for which we received an email passcode to open the day prior to arrival. Very efficient. We never met our host Marina, but she proved to be responsive and very flexible with our schedule when we had to leave for two nights and then return.

Great accommodation - Great aesthetics!

We went to Ljubljana on vacation and this apartment was a great bonus. It is located in a very beautiful and quite neighborhood, 20-30 mins from the city centre, which was no problem for us since walking was nice. Communication was excellent and everything went smoothly. We really liked the design and attention to details, had a nice balcony to chill and also a variety of treats to eat and drink. The apartment was very clean and all of our needs were met. I would definitely book again.

Lovely place

It’s clean, cozy, really well equipped, you will find all you need to have a lovely staying. I just loved the coffee capsules, milk, orange juice, really good shampoos, Netflix, clean towels, and the balcony view is just gorgeous. I definitely will return back in a future trip, thank you very much! The gift chocolates was really tasty :)

Great trip, recommended to all

Modern rooms, well equipped and very quiet. Especially the time spent on the warm and comfortable veranda, the excellent beds to sleep well, the relaxing sofas, the easy-to-use kitchen and the clean bathrooms. The children were delighted that it was the best room they had ever had and on the last day I complained that I wanted to stay longer.

You can't have it all, but there is a 20-minute walk to the town center. This is not a negative, given the quiet environment and free parking. I should add that I only mention this because something needs to be stated.

Loved the small studio decoration , spotless clean nice for a short stay if you have a car.

Nicely decorated studio with small balcony with everything you need for your stay has been thought off. The fridge on arrival was stocked with milk, bread, juice, water, butter, cheese which showed that the host was really taking care of its visitors.

The villa is situated in a collage/ universities/ dorms district with nothing much around it and you need a car to reach the center. A tent on the small balcony will also be a good idea to save you from the rain as the small balcony is not covered.

Gorgeous apartment

Communication was excellent prior to our stay with all the information needed for self check in. Parking was easy and we had a parking space behind the house. We stayed in the studio apartment at the top of the house which had a balcony and mountain view. The apartment itself is absolutely lovely and finished to a high standard. The furniture and fittings are all great quality and the bed was very comfortable. The fridge was full of food for breakfast and everything was clean. It’s about a 25 minute stroll into the centre of town passing lots of bars and restaurants. We had a lovely stay and would highly recommend this lovely apartment

Best stay during our trip through Slovenia

The appartement was just perfect: beautiful decoration, best bed we had during our trip through Slovenia, quite neighbourhood (the walk to the city center was nice, not too far). We would like to thank the host for the bottle of sparkling wine and the easy check-in procedure.

The host was so kind and had bought some groceries for the breakfast the first day, as we arrived late. Coffee and welcome wine, was also there.

Comfortable, clean and nice place in a quite area, close enough to the center to make it by walking

The host put an additional effort on preparing an exceptional welcome: in the fridge we found a bottle of wine, butter and jam, sausages, ... also there was a box full of different flavours of coffees and teas.

We just missed a kitchen hood in the cook area, but that was not a big issue

Definitely recommending this place to anyone planning a trip to Ljubljana!

Excellent property, excellent location, excellent host. The parking is limited and on a first-come basis, but everything is good enough to forgive this!

Beautiful apartment

The property is located a small walk from the city centre (approx.20min) and 5 min walk for the local supermarket. We had an apartment 1, in the ground floor, with a great big terrace. The parking is just behind the house, off the main street. The apartment itself was beautifully prepared, everything was neat and tidy with a great attention to the detail. Kids appreciated Netflix and WiFi, we loved the coffee machine and the air conditioning 😀. The host has even prepared some complimentary food and drinks in a fridge for us as well as bottle of wine. That was really nice touch! We would definitely recommend LaVilla to everyone, it is just perfect! Thank you, if we are ever back in Ljubljana we will be staying in LaVilla again!

Super nice hosts with complimentary fresh food and toys for the kids. Good location to get into the city center (15min walk). Nice design, great terrace. Easy check-in and -out. Parking behind the house.

Very new, comfortable and hygeniec appartement. We booked the room with the queensize bed, but we get the upgrade to kingsize bed for free! Modern furniture and nice equipment. Free use of laundry wasmachine and the dishwasher. We did not meet the owner, but contact through Whatsapp and email was good!

The only thing we can say here was the distance to the center (30 minutes walk), but we already knew that. Nothing negative about the apartment itself.

Just one thing: change the TV language with the people coming for stay in the apartment. Add more services in the Booking.com page for helping the clients to understand better what you have inside the apartment (towels, any kind of liquid for bathroom, hair dryer etc)
