Worst Hotel Stay Ever

Very disappointed with this hotel. No towels, no working remote. Police called out multiple times, 3rd floor reeked the smell of marijuana, employees were rude. Fire alarm was pulled at 5am had to evacuate the hotel. I do not recommend this hotel.

The bed was comfortable but it was bugs crawling in the kitchen, bathroom and by the bed... they don't even have bug spray when I asked 😭

they stolen my money I never stay out there my reservation never was gives to me looks like they desapear my money

the black guy at the resection was very rude he doesn’t reserve to work there he probably need a McDonald’s job

Location was great.

Quality of the rooms were awful. Got moved to 3 different rooms. One wouldn't open, one had a TV that did not work and the 3rd room did not have working heat and the stove could not be used. Not to mention no pots, pans, dishes, or any common kitchen necessities expected when booking an extended stay. Needed to cook for a NYE party and could not as I was only provided two pots. No cooking utensils or any other necessities were given. I'm also used to extended stays having all kitchen necessities in the room, NOT you having to request items from the front desk...who then tells you they don't have what you need. Shower was disgusting the entire stay was awful. I am requesting a full refund.

Did not stay. Walked in felt uncomfortable checked out the room saw the bugs and left.

The room was roach infested. There was drug usage and activity going on there and I did not feel secure

Don’t waste your money or time, awful & disgusting.

Nothing. This is the worst extended stay I’ve ever been to. it’s awful I wouldn’t recommend anyone staying here

I did not like anything about this motel. It’s infested with roaches, there is strange people asking for money, the attendant put breakfast away at 8:24 after telling me she left it out late.
