Personale sempre gentile e disponibile. Struttura nuova, camera spaziosa e piscina. La parte più bella del soggiorno è sicuramente stata la colazione: con prodotti freschi e molta varietà serviti ogni mattina. Lo consiglieremo ad amici

Nulla. Era tutto perfetto. Per recarsi al centro di Sorrento senza auto basta fare una passeggiata di 20 minuti ma piacevole.

Very nice stay would recommend to travellers

Lovely place very clean the pool was very nice and staff were friendly - breakfast included was delicious

Nowhere to put hand held shower piece when you didn’t want to use the overhead shower (didn’t want to wet my hair so had to shower one handed to hold it up)

Clean and comfortable with wonderful staff

Spacious and well appointed rooms, clean and comfortable with a wonderful staff

No parking, and poor public transport (not the fault of the hotel), a long walk into Sorrento, not many options to dine locally. Hotel filled itself with coach parties which didn’t disturb us but did take over breakfast

Amazing staff and a nice hotel

The staff at this hotel couldn’t do enough for you, they were so lovely, we LOVED Antonino the bar man, he was so friendly and would bring you drinks round the pool all day and give you local information. The rooms were clean and comfy, quite basic with a small balcony, however the air con didn’t work that well. It was a great location, and a lovely hotel but it was pricy for what it was.

Air con didn’t work very well, and the fridge went off when you left the room so drinks didn’t stay cold.

Superb

Wonderful stay ! Lovely breakfasts, very kind staff and wonderful clean air conditioned room. Located 15-20min from the city centre, which was great for access to a less busy beach. A really enjoyable stay !

Beautiful stay in the quiet part of Sorrento.

Loved the breakfast!!! Was delicious and had so many options. Had an amazing view from our room as well. Lovely staff and very clean room.

Decent stay

The property is a four star with a swimming pool. The rooms were clean and had a balcony. We liked the breakfast as it had variety of options. The staff was friendly and helpful.

The location is a 10 minute walk from the station. We had a struggle with the AC as those were central controlled and one of the vent in our room wasn’t working. The swimming pool was only accessible 9:30-6pm which is generally the time a tourist would be away. So we could not access pool at all. I had better expectations from a four star property.

Fantastic charming hotel that puts service first!!!!!

Exceptional service and hospitality. Chef Giovanni was amazing as was Tanya the breakfast manager. The front desk team was so helpful. Everything about our stay was lovely. We highly recommend. A real find! 💕💕💕

Very good stay, recommend!

Amazing stay. The room was really comfortable and cleaning etc. was done properly. The room was air conditioned and almost everything was amazing. Breakfast was very good and room service for food was there too.

Nothing to dislike really but the location is a bit far from Sorrento city center. The walk is for almost 20 mins.

Exceptional

The hotel was very comfortable and clean. Staff was lovely and very accommodating. It is located a 15 minute walk from the main square and most other go-to spots which is great because getting Taxis in the area worked out to be more expensive than expected.

Right in the heart of a beautiful area of Sorrento, recently refurbished, Hotel Isabella is a find for those seeking rest and relaxation as well as an excellent room work space, expansive lobby and the most superb breakfast and poolside lunch I have experienced during my travels throughout Italy in the last four years. Staff were exceptional, efficient, warm and welcoming. Highly recommend whether you’re there for work, or travelling to experience the Sorrentine peninsula of this beautiful part of Italy‘s South. I will return again and again. High recommend. Grazie mille e tutti e la prossima

Wrong room assignment

Breakfast was excellent and great staff

My room, I requested a room with balcony and I got a room with patio instead. I requested to change it and they reciprocate give me a room w/a balcony. Meanwhile I made my reservation in March!!
