Beautiful views and great staff!

The staff were fantastic and the rooms meticulously cleaned. The terrace and views were spectacular. The hotel has a pool which was lovely to cool off during the hot afternoons. Parking is also well facilitated.

We booked a junior suite, we caught site of some suites on our floor which looked luxurious ours was a nice double which was surprising for the price we paid. The hotel is in Sant’Angelo and although provides transfers into Sorrento isn’t that well connected. The transfers are not continuous and taxis into Sorrento are pretty expensive if you miss one. Unless you’re super fit..walking isn’t really an option as you’re on a steep hill. The views though are breathtaking. The hotel could promote Sant’Angelo more and offer transfers into town. There are some lovely restaurants along the coast.

Perfecto :)

Die Lage ist nicht im Zentrum, aber genau das ist wegen der lebhaften Situation in Sorrent-Zentrum ein großer Vorteil !! Weiterthin hat mein somit wegen der Höhe einen Traumhaften Blick vom Vesuv, über den Golf von Neapel bis nach Ischia. Da es in Sorrent ohnehin keine annehmbaren Sandstrände gibt, ist der traumhafte Pool (mit dem gleichen Blick) in jedem Fall die bessere Wahl. Da es einen kostenlosen Shuttle Service, in guter Frequenz, zum Stadtzentrum gibt, ist somit alles bestens vorhanden. Weiterhin ist das gesamte Personal herausragend freundlich, kompetent und hilfsbereit. Die Preise in Restaurant und der Lunch-Bar sind günstig und fair. Die Leistung ist def. höher als der Preis. Der kostenlos enthaltene Sonnenuntergang ist nur das i-Tüpfelchen ! PS. Es hat uns wirklich super gut gefallen und dies ist wirklich keine Fake-Beschreibung !!!

Der (kostenlose) Parkplatz ist klein. Aber das ist wirklich kein Problem da das Hotelpersonal zuverlässig die Fahrzeuge parkt und in kürzester Zeit (in wenigen Minuten) bei Bedarf wieder bereitstellt. Das Einzige, aber das ist vom Hotel nicht zu ändern, ist die enge Zufahrt von der Hauptstraße zum Hotel. Etwa 2km schätze ich. Das ist eine wirklich Herausforderung (aber machbar). Wegen des guten Shuttle-Service muss man dies aber nicht oft fahren. Aber dafür hat man eine ruhige Lage und einen traumhaften Blick.

Locrly choice on the hills of Sorrento

The view of the Bay of Naples is fantastic, especially if you can get a room with a terrace. Also, the staff is so pleasant and so eager to please.

Although the setting is beautiful, the ambiance of the hotel needs a refresh.

Comfortable

Very good breakfast, pleasantly surprised. Was a bit disappointed, because the last day we needed to leave really early in the morning and we asked for breakfast to be prepared earlier and it was not as expected, only sweets so we didn’t ate anything. Other than that really kind staff and clean facilities. Also the transfer from station to hotel was very well organised.

Amazing views, good service.

The location on the mountain is beautiful, it gives you stunning views. when you wake up you see the Vesuvius. The terrace and pool are amazing. The Shuttle into town is needed but a good service the hotel offers.

Breakfast could be better, I would recommend to offer more fresh and healthy (local) products. The orange juice they serve is no orange juice 😉

summing up - a disappointment, low value for money

1. Cat ran free in the dining room even though we asked at least dozen times during our stay to lock him somewhere for my severe allergy. Terrible, inefficient and rude approach by the staff. 2. upon arrival at the reception we got guidance on the place where breakfast was served and we were also offered help in making dinner reservations in Sorrento restaurants. NOBODY bothered to mention we were entitled to dine at the hotel. 3. A basic room and bathroom

There was a cat in the restaurant both at breakfast and dinner time. Me and my wife dont like cats so this was disrupting us so we had dinner downtown Sorrento.

Shuttle times can be a bit awkward but you just work around them. WLk down to Sorrento was a death trap.

A very disappointing stay. Don’t use this hotel

not much

we had to change rooms. the electricity shorted couldn’t use the room for 3 hours. The toilet flush broke, the staff ignored our request for repair for 24 hours. we were using a plastic bin in the room to flush the toilet. Overall not a good stay in Sorrento. Paradiso…far from it.

the food was awful, the rooms overpriced and not exactly what I expected. we paid a lot of money for a view with an obstacle of roof in way and when we tried to change the staff wasn’t kind about it. we should have been given room for the rate with balcony that we didn’t share with everyone. also, the bathroom amenities weren’t attended too or refilled for over 550.00 per night unacceptable .

The pool area and the view are worth the hassle with the shuttle. We also walked the hill several times and it was fine. The staff were super friendly, especially the shuttle driver. The receptionist also was very helpful when we had an issue with our car and helped us find a local mechanic (who refused to charge us!)

No tea or coffee facilities in rooms. Water was with a minibar charge although the tap water isn't drinkable. Several issues with the bathroom- the sink drains slowly, the water in the shower runs hot and cold. The breakfast is only adequate due to limited choice - why the industrial cheese slices when some of the finest cheese in the world comes from this region?

What a stunning hotel!! The view from the pool and balcony’s is unbeatable! Staff were very friendly and catering, shuttle bus ideal for going into the centre but also walkable. Don’t let the distance put you off as you won’t get better views of Sorrento and Vesuvius! Hotel was very clean and the balcony was great!

Our room was clean and comfortable with a beautiful sea view. The pool area is lovely and the staff were friendly and efficient.

The shuttle bus was great but we just wished it ran a little more frequently throughout the day.

Fantastic views and clean horel

Good sized rooms, cleaned daily and fantastic views from the room and all general areas. The shuttle bus was great and necessary to reach Sorrento.

Daily towel changes not really required and would have preferred more evening bus shuttles rather than the 6.10 and 8.30 options, although worked around that.

Very Relaxing stay

The hotel has a beautiful view of the city and the sea. Best sunset spot too.

The rooms are all designed by artists and the one we got isn’t really our type. The location was kind of far from the city but there is a shuttle bus every hour.
