“Family Friendly Fun.” Pack up your family or bring some friends for rest & relaxation in Delavan, WI. This large and spacious 2 bedroom/2 full bath condo suite has all the comforts of home! Unit 314 includes a king size bed in the master bedroom, two queen size beds in the second bedroom, and the open living area also features vaulted ceilings and a pull-out sofa bed to comfortably accommodate your whole family. The kitchenette includes all the amenities you will need for an easy meal or quick snack. Enjoy an evening on the balcony (parking lot facing) or take in the panoramic Lake Views from the inviting front lobby or outdoor spaces. Relax at the resort, swim in either our indoor or outdoor pools, play in the game room or cozy up to the fireplace in your suite. If you are looking for more action, go out and explore all the recreation the Geneva Lake area has to offer. Perfect for your family’s weekend retreat or an exciting, romantic getaway.

There is limited public parking in front of the resort, on our side of the street. Please be aware, this is public parking and not under our control and the terrain is irregular. The Town of Delavan requires anyone who chooses to park on the roadside to have all four tires on the grass or the town has the right to tow and ticket your vehicle or trailer.

Location was beautiful. Condo needs work. Carpet in living room was very soiled (needs a deep cleaning), several lights burned out, several slats in blinds missing making it very light in the bedrooms and living room too bright before wake up time!

Here for a family wedding in Delevan. We all had a great time and enjoyed the pool on our downtime. Only issue was parking. Not enough spots on a Saturday night.

The room needs some updating. The couch is horrible. We stuffed pillows under the cushions to make part of it useable. They need to replace the couch. We would sit on it and not be able to get up from it

The condo was clean and quiet. The beds were very comfortable though the sofa bed was not comfortable. We enjoyed the the pool and it was just a few minutes from lake lawn resort where we rented paddle boards. The only negative was lack of parking, which is in the grass when the parking lot is full.

Great place for a weekend getaway. Our family of four plus our daughter's friend had a blast. The resort was great. Check-in and check-out were fast and easy. Indoor and outdoor pool were awesome as well as the hot tub. Lake front area was great to watch the sunset. Close enough to Lake Geneva to visit each day. Unit was clean and was the perfect size for our group.
