“Maritime-Nautical 2 Level Retreat.” Unwind and enjoy a fun getaway in this nautically themed 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo suite in Delavan, WI. This recently re-decorated suite is a charming 2 story unit on the top floor of the hotel that features partial/side lake views from the private balcony. The master bedroom and bathroom are located on the main level with a queen size bed. The second bedroom (queen size bed) and guest bath are located on the second story of this unit. The cozy living area also features a pull-out sofa bed to comfortably accommodate additional guests. The kitchenette includes all the amenities you will need for an easy meal or quick snack. You and your guests are cordially invited to enjoy everything that our resort property has to offer, including the indoor and outdoor pools, the panoramic Lake Views from the spacious front lobby and outdoor areas, and our game room and fitness center, making it perfect for your family’s weekend retreat or an exciting, romantic getaway.
The kitchenette includes a full size refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, dishes & utensils, and coffee maker with complimentary coffee. (Please note, there is no stove top or oven.)

Then come inside to watch cable TV. Free Wi-Fi. Enjoy a cozy evening in front of the modern gas fireplace curled up with your favorite book.

Please note, parking at this property is limited. When the hotel is full, we will issue one parking permit per unit. Please plan accordingly as we are not able to guarantee any additional parking Please display your permit on your dashboard. Trailer parking is not permitted. Violators may be towed at vehicle owner's expense. For any questions or concerns, please call the front desk.
There is limited public parking in front of the resort, on our side of the street. Please be aware, this is public parking and not under our control and the terrain is irregular. The Town of Delavan requires anyone who chooses to park on the roadside to have all four tires on the grass or the town has the right to tow and ticket your vehicle or trailer.

The procedure was never explained that we needed to do to check in was like a hotel, go to the counter and I would receive my keys. When I went to check in the clerk was on the phone for 10 minutes ignoring me and I finally interrupted and said I would like to check in. The main area of the space itself is quite small and there were no blankets for the sofa sleeper and it was unclear if the sheets on it were clean. I would suggest keeping all the bedding for the sofa sleeper separate .

We truly enjoyed our stay at the Lake Lawn Resort condo. It looks exactly as pictured; the rooms were very clean and fresh. Beds and pillows were very comfortable! It was great to have 2 separate bedrooms and bathrooms. The gas fireplace added a very nice touch - but please keep in mind that the glass does get very hot and can be dangerous to have young kids around if the fireplace is on. Check in process was very quick and efficient. We used the resort pool but the water was a bit too cold for our liking (especially during the winter months). Would love to visit in the summer to enjoy the outdoor pool! Don't hesitate and book this property!

This updated property was perfect for our family getaway. The front desk staff members were friendly, check-in was easy, and the location is great. The unit itself was super well-appointed and the kitchen was well-stocked with dishes and utensils. Our only disappointment was the loud talking from the smokers on the balcony next to our bedroom window late at night. Despite that, we would recommend!

New floors and plush carpet in bed rooms were very nice. Clean. Beds were very good. Sofa bed was new. Very Good a/c. Kid friendly pool. BYOB at the pool with no bar or restaurant which we knew and were fine with. Good value.

Staff was terrific, especially the Manager, Todd. He went WAY out of his way, to provide us with answers to questions about the property and help us enjoy it. He is amazing. Our two bedroom unit with room up and down stairs was recently upgraded. Lots of parties going on in other units Friday night, and we heard them in hallway but not in our rooms, so slept well. View was decent from our balcony. The balconies need rust removal and painting. Good value, with outdoor pool as well as indoor pool and hot tub. Owners of other units staying there were super nice. Good views of Lake Delavan. We will rent again here sometime.

reservation lost

When we arrived at the property to check in, we were told they did not have a reservation for in my name. The property that we had reserved was rented to someone else. I had confirmation of our reservation with us and the staff immediately went to work trying to find us suitable accommodations. We had reserved a two bedroom suite. They were unable to provide us with this, but did offer two one bedroom suites that were next to each other. While this was okay, it was disconcerting to say the least to travel to our destination and find out that we had no reservation on record.
