We would like to welcome and extend an invitation to all first time travelers and those who can't stay away, to enjoy your next visit to Ixtapa, Zihuatanejo in our beautiful vacation home! recently just remodel and add a jacuzzi an under water cistern so you will never run out of water , a beatyful bathroom so you can relax With a one-night minimum stay, our place has a lot to offer as it is located in a gated community name Morrocoy just outside the heart of Ixtapa, 3 kilometers or 1.5 miles away. Here, you will find EVERYTHING you need: Beaches, Local Markets, Restaurants, Bars/Clubs (Nightlife), Pharmacies, Banks, Transportation, etc.
The Airport and the central inner city of Zihuatanejo can be accessed in 15 minutes (8.1 km or 5 miles) by personal or local transportation.

ABOUT THE SPACE:
This townhome has been renovated and furnished to meet the needs of approximately 6- 8people comfortably. During your stay at our place, you will have access to:
4 bedrooms, 3 ½ bathrooms, living room, dining room, kitchen, backyard pool, and a small upstairs patio connected to the master bedroom. Additional amenities include:Jacuzzi ,underground water cistern so you will always have water, gas for hot water showers , full kitchen with electric stovetop if you like to stay and cook.
Cable, WIFI, Window Unit AC’s in each room, . Bedding, Towels, with a beautiful view.

As shown in the pictures, the main level consists of the living room, dining room, kitchen and half bathroom. In the kitchen you will find your standard refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, blender, electric stovetop and dish sink. The kitchen is also equipped with most of the china, silverware, and utensils you may need. Right next to the kitchen, will see the dining room which consists of a dinner table that seats six to eight people plus 3 bar stools around the kitchen. The main level also has an sliding door which gives you access to the pool in the backyard. Lastly, you will find the living room which is perfectly set up for a movie night after a long day in the sun! The L-shaped couch along with additional pull-out seating underneath the coffee table allows you to seat 6-8 comfortably!

The upper level consists of four bedrooms and three full bathrooms.

Bedroom #1 has 2 Full Size beds with 3 night stands and plenty of space to move around, closet, smart T.V. with cable & WiFi. This room shares a Full Bathroom and an has an amazing Jacuzzi!!

Bedroom #2 has a 1 Full Size Bed, Dresser with a mirror, 2 night stands and a closet. This room shares a Full size bathroom with Jacuzzi with Bedroom #1

The master bedroom #3 Consists of 2 single beds that can be use together as a King size bed or independently based on your needs. It has a closet and 2 nightstands. It also has its own private Full Bathroom and access to a nice patio that overlooks the beautiful backyard pool garden.

Bedroom #4 has 1 Queen size bed, smart T.V. with Cable and WiFi, 2 night stands, closet and also it has its own access to the patio that overlooks the pool. This bedroom has its own Full size Bathroom in the hallway.

Tony was a great host and went out of his way to help us. Every request we had was taken care of immediately. The outdoor area with the pool is lovely and very well maintained. Gardeners are there every day. The little village of La Puerta is just a short walk away and you can get whatever you need there. Public transportation is right at the gate and works very well.

4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms upper level, 1 toilet and sink on main floor. Washer & dryer was a nice addition. The swimming pool was only 20 feet (6meters) away from the beautifully cared for garden area. It is in a gated community with guards at the gate. We felt very safe. Tony was easily accessible and easy to work with. The kitchen has new (safe) bottle water dispenser, ice cube trays, steak knives, rubber maid locking storage containers, dish rack, and more. Tony also has 2 new lounge chairs on the upstairs patio.(we took them to the pool area every day) HAHA. Overall this is an extremely nice place.

This property was great - Tony was very fast at responding to any issues The pool area was amazing, quiet and very well maintained Met very nice neighbours which we will now keep in touch with Transportation is very accessible to anywhere in the surrounding areas The bicycles were an adding feature which we used to enjoy the trails to Playa Linda and Ixtapa Overall experience was great

My husband and I stayed at Tony’s condo for the month of January 2020. Over the month my 2 daughters and their husbands and baby joined us for a week. There was lots of space for everyone. The pool is immaculately maintained, the condo clean and there are excellent road bikes provided for use on the convenient bike path. A large supermarket, Bodega is located in La Peurta the small town 10 min walk away. The convenience store and tortilla shop right in the complex are very handy. My husband even got his hair cut in the hair salon there. 50 pesos! You do need to take a taxi or small bus to Ixtapa or Zihuatanejo or the many beaches. We found the bus inexpensive and convenient. Any issues we had with the condo were handled quickly and professionally by Tony. We loved our stay and would definitely rent this condo again. Exceptional value for the money

This was the second time we have stayed at a Vrbo home. Up until now we have not been disappointed with the stays. The house was very gorgeous although a bit tricky to find. The home is in a gated community not on the beach but very close by to the beach and center of Ixtapa. Having the pool right outside the door was awesome as we had some family members stay with us. Having a kitchen and laundry made our stay even easier. Every bedroom had its own working AC system and a fan. It helped keep the area nice and cool. One downside to our stay was the jacuzzi tub not working and a little dirty. Oh well other than that our stay was great and Tony was one amazing host on call as needed. Will be staying here again next year as this is has become one of our yearly vacations!

Excelente ubicación de la casa, las recámaras y baños tienen muy buen espacio, la cocina está totalmente equipada. Saliendo de la sala tienes alberca y los jardines, muy limpios y cuidados. La casa está cerca de la playa y de tiendas para comprar todo lo que necesites. Sin duda regresaremos!!!

We loved the house, the pool, the TV and the Airconditioner. Water was a problem at times (and we were only two people in the house). We had planned to go shopping in the local markets and preparing our meals at home, but the cook-top did let us down - so we ate a lot of salads at home, and ate at the cheap local food places nearby. The location is a bit off from the Ixtapa Town Centre and the beach as the entry gate is on the opposite side from the beach. You need to take the bus to get to Ixtapa or Zihuatanejo (it's only 12 Pesos per person...). John (the owner) and Mr. Simon (the house-manager) took care immediately of any problems that we had during our stay.If you like to live the Mexican way (instead of hiding in a resort) - this the way to go. We recommend it.
