About this apartment rental

Aprés on Yampa is a pet friendly (one dog under 80 pounds), ADA accessible, downtown condo located at the quiet end of Yampa Street. Enjoy this modern 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo sleeping 6, with new furnishings, views of the Yampa River, and literally 25 steps from the Yampa River Core Trail. With a 1 car attached garage, this property is in a prime location winter or summer! The primary suite has a king bed and the ensuite master bathroom has a separate shower and jacuzzi tub. The second bedroom includes a queen size bed with the second bathroom just outside the room.. A queen sofa sleeper in the living room completes the sleeping options. Spacious, clean, modern finishes for all your Steamboat Springs adventures. Come aprés ski or aprés bike on Yampa!

There is a per night pet fee associated with bringing a dog to this property, which is non-negotiable. One dog under 80 pounds is allowed. We love our canine family members, but this policy comes from the Homeowner's Association and does not include any exceptions. Two small dogs do not equal one larger dog, sorry!

The attached, one car garage is suitable for most modern cars and smaller trucks, however it will not fit a full size pick-up truck (Ford F150, etc). Aprés on Yampa includes a parking pass for one of the first come, first served outdoor parking spaces for the entire complex if your vehicle is too big for the garage.

Four Seasons Steamboat manages this vacation rental home in Steamboat on behalf of the owners. Four Seasons Steamboat is a locally owned and operated property management company. We are here in Steamboat Springs to solve any issue that might arise or answer questions you might have. We follow all local rules and state laws regarding taxes, occupancy and any other nightly rental restrictions.

Each of our vacation rental homes is stocked with what you need to enjoy your Steamboat Springs vacation; towels, linens, bathroom products, trash bags, dish and dishwasher soap, tissues, etc…

You will be required to electronically sign our booking contract to finalize your reservation. Your reservation total includes all applicable state and local taxes, Accidental Property Damage Protection and a cleaning fee.

Cancellation Policy:
Non-holiday reservations: Reservations cancelled at least 30 days before arrival day will be refunded 100%. Reservations cancelled 29 or fewer days before arrival date will be refunded whatever amount we can re-book with a new guest. If unable to re-book with a new guest, the entire reservation will be forfeited.

Holiday reservations (the week of Christmas and the week after Christmas): Reservations cancelled at least 45 days before the start of your stay will be refunded 100%. Reservations cancelled 44 or fewer days before arrival date will be refunded whatever amount we can re-book with a new guest. If unable to re-book with a new guest, the entire reservation will be forfeited.

Is there a cancellation fee? You can cancel any reservation for free up to 48 hours after booking. After 48 hours we charge a $100 administrative fee for cancelling a reservation more than 30 days from arrival date (45 for holiday reservations).

We encourage you to buy our Cancel For Any Reason (CFAR) insurance to ensure you won't lose any money due to circumstances out of your control.

Apres on Yampa is perfect for families and groups. We realize you will be on vacation but this home is located in a neighborhood with year round residents. Summer time means open windows in Steamboat at night, and sound carries. Loud parties, music or outside gatherings on the decks after quiet hours are not tolerated. We ask you please be respectful of the neighbors and the character of this neighborhood. We greatly enjoyed our stay and loved being able to walk to local stores and restaurants as well as along the river and to the playground. We couldn't find more kitchen trashbags, just FYI!

This was our second time staying here on Yampa - perfect location for enjoying downtown and lots of trips to the river to fish, let our dog take a soak and watch tubers. Kids love riding their bikes across the street to the park - which has a huge new climbing addition. As a previous resident of Steamboat, this is the perfect downtown location for adults/kids!
