Beautiful ski-in condo at Gondola Square! The location is ideal any time of year for your Steamboat vacation! Air conditioning added in the fall of 2023 to make the summer months more comfortable. In the winter and spring, ski right up to the building at the end of the day and securely leave your equipment in the locked ski storage and in the morning be on the Gondola within 2 minutes. In the summer and fall, it is a great location for accessing mountain biking, hiking, viewing the fall foliage, and exploring all that Steamboat offers. The property has recently been updated with granite countertops, new sinks and faucets, new flooring, updated window coverings, ceiling fans in all main rooms, sleeper sofa with memory foam mattress, and updated furnishings and decor. We are consistently updating with new features every year. New gas fireplace insert installed in November 2020 for cozy evenings by the fire and ceiling fans were installed in September of 2021 in the Living Room, Dining Room and both bedrooms. 2022 updates include new furniture and flooring in primary bedroom, radiant electric cooktop, updated 65" smart TV in living room and updated wi-fi to allow for faster streaming. In 2023 we completed the final reflooring project in the second bedroom and added air conditioning. New washer/dryer and new recliners in summer of 2024. Shops, restaurants, the gondola and the new ice rink are just outside your door. In the summer, the ice rink is transformed into a family entertainment area with yard games and an amphitheater for concerts and outdoor movies. The unit is on the first floor with easy access to the hot tubs, fire pit, and grills. The free city shuttle stops just yards from the front door every 15- 30 minutes, depending on the season and time of day or use the complimentary shuttle service. Enjoy all of the comforts of home with an in-unit washer and dryer, a well-equipped kitchen, and Dish TV. As owners, we are committed to creating the best possible experience for our guests. Ski. season fills up fast, so don't miss out on booking one of the most convenient locations on the mountain!

My husband and I stayed here 5 nights in August. The property is perfectly located for accessing the gondola and Steamboat Square, as well as nearby restaurants and a great neighborhood store. The unit itself is thoughtfully appointed, with attention to every detail. The kitchen is fully supplied and equipped for most anything you would want to prepare. We were comfortable throughout our stay with the climate control in the unit. I enjoyed coffee in the mornings and wine in the evenings on the patio, watching the world go by! Melissa is warm, responsive, and helpful with any and all questions. We extended our stay this visit, and wound not hesitate to stay here again!

Our original reservation (at a different place) was canceled 2 days before our arrival and Melissa was awesome working with us last minute. The place was very clean, quiet, great size/layout and the AC worked perfectly (it was a hot July weekend when we visited). The location was perfect to walk to base mountain restaurants/activities and the free shuttle is very close. Great stay and great hosts. All communications were very clear. We will be back!

What a beautiful place to stay in steamboat. The location was perfect right next to the gondola and close to shops. Super clean place filled with amenities. The communication with the owner was superb and always prompt in responding. Will certainly be staying here again.

Condo was fantastic. We have three children (7,9,12) and the second bedroom with the bunk and separate bed was perfect. It is a two minute walk to the base. Condo is right in the middle of everything you would need for the week. I highly recommend.

We loved the location of the condo being just steps from the gondola, ski village and restaurants. Condo is very comfortable, clean and very well equipped. Ski locker and hot tub were nice amenities, and super close bus station to town and little market were also convenient. The owner was super responsive and helpful with all our needs. Would definitely recommend and come back again.

We had Mimi and kids. It was a super convenient location for those of us that skied steps to the gondola and lifts. Also near the shuttle buses for convenient trips to restaurants and shops downtown.

Our recent stay was excellent. The accommodations were comfy and very well located - just a short walk to the Gondola and main square. The unit was well supplied, and everything worked as expected. The Vacasa shuttle service was amazing, saving us time & money vs. UBER or bus or taxi. The owner was responsive and helpful from the moment we booked the unit. We would definitively book it again!

This property has an excellent location next to the gondola and everything in Gondola Square. The owner was very prompt at answering any question we had and handling any small concerns. Having a washer/dryer in the unit makes it even better!

This is a great property. It's in a great location conveniently located to the lifts as well as everything the village has to offer. The furnishings and beds are very comfortable and teh kitchen is well stocked. The best thing though is that the owners are very accomodating and friendly. I will definitely stay here again.

We really enjoyed our stay at Melissa's property over the New Year's holiday. The condo was perfectly located - a short walk to the gondola. We were able to return to the condo for lunch each day, which we especially enjoyed as we were able to avoid dining in the lodges during covid. The condo itself is large and bright. We enjoyed the natural light that the large windows afforded. As others have mentioned, the kitchen was well stocked. This was wonderful and helpful as we were there during the busiest time of year and the shelves at the local market were fairly bare when we arrived (though were restocked within a day). Melissa was a marvelous host and helped us through a transportation issue we had (of our own making). She really went above and beyond the call of duty. Can't say enough positive things about this condo. It's a real gem. Thank you for sharing it with us for a week. We hope to return someday!

This condo is in the perfect location - maybe a 100 yard walk to the Gondola. Condo is very cozy and the kitchen is the best equipped unit that we have ever stayed in. Water pressure in showers is also very good. The two built-in hot tubs are very large and conveniently located a short walk from the front door and are awesome after a day of skiing. Overall, highly recommend this condo.

Great location and convenience to Everything? Look no further than Dulany at the Gondola. Great value and cannot beat the walkability to everything located at the base ski area. My family and I would not hesitate to stay here again!
