É um bom local para se hospedar.

O local é de fato como nas fotos. A localização é boa, rua silenciosa. Os anfitriões são gentis nas comunicações que tivemos por mensagem.

O sofá da sala está na hora de ser substituído ou ter uma limpeza profunda. No local chega táxi, mas entendi que carros de aplicativo não tem autorização para entrar na região, o que não é um problema, pois ficamos há duas quadras da acomodação.

Excellent central location, small apartment but great accommodation

The apartment is small but has great facilities and everything you need, including kitchenette, couch, TV with movie channels, and a good shower. Was very clean and central.

I would've liked another window as the only one faced onto street but was still fine.

I don't think I'll stay again.

Location was good and the room was clean.

They should put a picture of the building from outside, worst part is there was no window, a small one on the exit door but we didn't use it because everyone passing by the street could see inside.

Very good option for short stay, great location

Nice and clean space. The location is great, metro is close and it is within easy walking distance from both Bairro Alto and Rua Verde for your evening out. The surrounding area feels very safe. The amenities in the apartment were just fine and there's air conditioning throughout. The owners were very polite and very responsive. Would stay again.

Like almost everywhere in Lisbon, there's a fair amount of going uphill and downhill in the streets around the apartment. There's only one window (on the door), but it does provide good light.

We wrote the owner of the flat as well. We know that there have made a lot of effort with the apartment and we respect this. However, for the price we would not have hoped for these shortcomings.

Unfortunately, there are shortcomings in the apartment that make the stay unpleasant. Unfortunately, the bathroom has many places with mold, the fan is dirty, so it is damp and smells unpleasant. Due to the moisture, the wallpaper in the bedroom is also coming loose. In the kitchen we found dirty rags. We would have liked these to be replaced after use. So no guest has to ask how often it has been used. In the kitchen there is also a compartment which smells unpleasant when you open it. There are various foods that were left there by previous users. The dishes also smell unpleasant due to the moistures.

1. Good location as we were able to walk to most places 2. Very friendly, kind and communicative host 3. Easy self check in 4. Modern interiors and nice decorations

1. The walls were covered in mould which is a major health & safety hazard 2. Very humid and old base construction, felt like a cave 3. Very uncomfortable mattress 4. No insulation whatsoever so we barely slept bc of the noise

a really lovely stay, in a great location.

The style was top notch, great for a short weekend. we didn’t plan to cook but it looked like you had most things to self cater. good size bathroom, Aircon, nice quiet street so we didn’t worry about having the window open. we would highly recommend

for what we wanted, and how long we were there it was perfect.

The interior was really nice and it was something different. It was enough space for the two of us and the goods like spices or makeup remover that were provided were really helpful.

The only bad thing was that it doesn’t have windows except the one that was build into the front door. The location was OKAY but it’s not that central.

Excellent property

Great location, well stuffed kitchen, super comfy bed, very quiet street so having the window in the door open is totally fine. It takes only 40 mins from/to the airport and there’s a really nice area with views to have a drink round the corner, come out of the house and make a right, then another right and down the road. Communication with host was good too

Great experience

The owner was very helpful and kind and we could ask for a later time to check-in. He contacted us earlier to discuss the handover of the key and he even sent us information about the city, which places should we visit. The accommodation was really nice, clean and comfortable. We were within walking distance from the centre of the city. Thank you!

Exceptional

-Everything is new and clean -Location is excellent, but I will warn you, it's on a steep hill, so not suitable for people with wheelchairs etc. -Grocery store mini preco is close and has quite good selection for a small shop. Also many bakeries are close, I suggest heading out to a morning walk and picking up fresh bread and pastries on the way! - Again, location is very good, within 500 meters there are so many restaurants/cafes/Bars that only problem is choosing. - Kitchen has a dishwasher which is nice - Closest Metro is about 700m away and it's very Easy to Come from airport with that -Wifi was stable

-There was some humidity, which means nothing dries inside, but there is a drying rack outside the door. - Some storage Space for clothes, like hanger or a clothing rack would be nice

Absolutely everything. Perfect location, comfortable bed. The place was also spotless and had all the amenities you would want! Gonzalo was a true gent and recommended some cool places. Amazing city and amazing property. We will be back for sure.

Nitpicking but the WiFi was slow and the shower head was broken. These didn’t matter in the grand scheme of things though as it’s a 10/10 apartment
