Es ist halt ein Restaurant mit Zimmern

Lage okay, andere Restaurants, Kneipen, Bäcker für Frühstück, S-Bahn Anschluss sehr nah, Innenstadt 15 Minuten .Schlüsselloser Checkin und Eingang zu Hotel.- und Zimmer. Für Karneval und zum Schlafen hat es gereicht

Nur Einzelbetten welche leicht verrutschen. Keine Doppelbetten! Flurgarderobe ohne Ablagefächer und ohne Kleiderbügel als Schrank. Abluftgebläse im Bad total verstaubt, das saugt nichts mehr ab. Duschkabinen und Toiletten haben ihre beste Zeit schon hinter sich.

In einem Hotel erwarte ich Service. Einmal und nie wieder

Die Unterkunft Hotel zu nennen ist schon dreist. Ich war allein auf weiter Flur ohne Hilfe vor Ort. Türe nicht abschließbar, kein Kaffee, TV nur Bezahlprogramme kein normales Fernsehen. Restaurant hatte Ruhetag.

Comfortable and relaxing place to stay.

The hotel is situated away from the city center and well connected with a train station that is only 5 minutes walk away. It connects with all the major stations. The service and the food is of outstanding quality. The owner is always friendly and prepared to assist you as much as he can. We will definitely stay there again.

No dislikes.

Ruhige und gemütliche Unterkunft

Das gute Frühstück + die ruhige dennoch zentrale Lage + kostenlose kalte Getränke aber erst auf Nachfrage + Freundlichkeit des Personals + Matratzen + schöner Gartenblick + Parkplatzmöglichkeiten direkt vor der Tür

- keine Klimaanlage (Zimmer im DG viel zu warm trotz Ventilator) - keine Minibar (abgeschalter Kühler) - störender Gestank durch Abfluss aus Toilette - stark vergilbte Duschkabine - mäßige Sauberkeit im Bad & klebriger Treppenaufgang - Keine Programme im TV einstellbar (alles verpixelt) - Insgesamt sehr kleines und gemütliches Zimmerchen aber nur zum Schlafen geeignet. Vor ein paar Jahren noch hätte man das Zimmer für 60 Euro / Nacht bekommen. Die 156 Euro, die wir bezahlt haben sind kaum noch eine Reise wert bei den heutigen überzogenen Preisen. Und hier liegen wir noch im heutzutage unteren Preissegment. Dennoch finde ich keine Worte für die Unangemessenheit der heutigen Preise. Das macht einen Sauer! - Die Möglichkeit kalte Getränke bei 32 Grad mittels einer Strichliste bei späterer Ankunft mit aufs Zimmer zu nehmen wie man es ein paar Kilometer weiter in der Eifel kennt wurde uns leider nicht angeboten.

the staff was very nice. I had breakfast included, but had to leave early so didn't have time for it, and they suggested on taking some of it with me, which was very nice of them and I didn't starve.

An ancient old house, floors, wooden stairs creak at every step, ancient carpets and the house smells of old age.

Im grateful for the space this hotel provides me each time i stay

I enjoy the staff and the owner.they are friendly and helpful. The owner is the person who prepares my breakfast and he remembers each time i visit

that i cant stay longer. It is comfortable and would enjoy a longer visit. the hotel is close to city and yet out of the hustle and bustle...three great bakeries within walking distance for even the most feeble...

The staff were really friendly and wanted to help me but they speak almost no English and I don't speak any German or Italian so that was difficult.
