Dar El Idrisdi Review

Comfortable, nice communal area. Good value the price we paid, basic accomodation for a 3 day stay.

Communal area which located outside my room could be noisy late at night but was taken care of by the host the next day 👍 Shower was not the best. Surprised it came up amongst hotel listings, it was several rooms with shared facilities.

Very good

As first day in Morocco, the accomodation and location was even better than expected . It is right in the vibrant heart of Medina, with plenty of shops right outside. Kind and helpful host. Good value for money.

Would suggest an upgrade to bathrooms.

Amazing stay.

I spent the best stay in this hotel. The price is reasonable compared to the place. My room was clean and smelled nice which I liked the most. Though the bathrooms are shared, they were incredibly clean. The staff working there is nice and kind, they actually helped me with everything and gave me advices and some facts about the city. Without forgetting the very strategic location of this hotel. Overall, this hotel is a great one and I don’t regret staying there also I would definitely come back if I ever had the chance to. I highly recommend this hotel for those who are looking for a cheap clean place.

Amazing

I liked everything about this hotel. It is clean and beautiful. The staff that worked there was nice and helpful. The hotel is situated in a very strategic area, everything is near. I enjoyed my stay and I highly recommend it for those who are looking for a nice, cheap and good quality hotel.

Fine. Very poorly maintained. Good location.

Good location on the edge of the medina, near a tram stop, and lots of places to eat.

Toilet paper wasn't restocked. The rooms were very noisy. No windows. The roof was covered in a tarp that made an ungodly noise in the wind I stayed in two rooms the single and the double. The single was very uncomfortable with tissues stuffed in the door handle which had not handle. The pillow was like a rock. The double room was more comfortable.

In the middle of Medina

The staff is not respectful and rough. They are yelling at customers and require them to observe unclear rule without further explanation as for example only to take a shower early in the morning. At the check-in time a British lady was complaining to me about how the staff is unreachable. They should also be clear about the check-out time , once saying 12pm and once 11am, making it unclear. The staff should know they don't have any right to yell at customers for whatever reason. As a customer paying for a service we don't expect someone to yell at us. I won't come back to this place and don't advice anyone if you want a pleasant stay.

the sheets and the pillow were smelly , bad lighting , no connection in the room , yet they mentioned that there is a wifi

Exceptional

Nice riad, easy to find, only 4 minutes walk from the central market and 12 minutes walk from Rabat Ville train station, the staff was so friendly and helpful , I recommend it!

Good for one night

Good location, the host was good, it has privacy.

Cleanliness was not great, the bathroom was very humid and about to break. Hard to explain unless you see it. The room lack a bit of cleanliness as well, you could see hairs and other things in the floor, also it just felt not clean thoroughly.

Comfy but little smelly

The location is great right in the middle of the souk of the old medina. There was hot water in the bathroom. I could sleep well. The room has a window looking into the roof hall.

The building needs some renovation. Although the bed looks clean and the room has a window, it is smelly. The bathroom is shared

the sign was very high up so it took me thirty minutes to find the property on both google and apple maps
