Confortable mais petit déjeuner à revoir

La chambre, l'espace et l'agencement. La proposition du personnel de nous faire choisir l'emplacement de notre chambre. Personnel serviable et souriant. Hôtel en face d'un centre commercial.

Le petit déjeuner : nous n'avions pas l'impression qu'il s'agissait de vrais oeufs... Très insipides. Tout le reste sous emballage et du plastique et du polystyrène à foison !

Nice comfortable hotel

Fireplace on the patio, new comfortable hotel, spacious rooms.

The showerhead had poor water pressure.

Disappointing...

Room was very clean and the elevators arrive quickly.

Jet engine noise from planes taking off from Reno Tahoe International begins at 6:00am, making sleeping in pretty much impossible and the breakfast was very disappointing.

Excellent hotel and room !!!

Room was awesome !!!

We requested the room to be cleaned and new towels to be put in and we had to call the front desk to make it happen.

Pleasant. Other than the shower the room and location were great.

Design is on point. Felt like a Marriott. Check in and out was smooth. Amenities were generous.

Property was fine, room had terrible shower. Water pressure was horrible and we were given an accessibility room and had to learn how to operate the knob functions.

Tous étaient parfaits au niveau de la chambre. Magnifique chambre!!!

Le petit déjeuner chaud. Un peu fade, j'ai trouvé que les 3 bombonnes de nourriture chaude ne se mariait pas trop ensemble. Exemple: mini saucisse, saucisse pomme de terre et bacon. Beaucoup de viande... Jus d'orange pas top. Bref, ameliorer le dejeuner et c'est parfait!!!

Stayed one night . Needed to be close to airport. Everything went well.

Location was good. Close to the airport. Breakfast was good. Room was very nice.

Walls were a little thin. Could hear neighbors. It would have been nice to have a small refrigerator in the room.

I will stay NO WHERE other than Marriot locations in the future. I will recommend to ALL my Veteran

Isabella was INCREDIBLE, her knowledge of sites to see, activities and local events was KEY to our enjoyment of the facility. She should be selected for the Management Program ahead of her peers. Promote!!!

I am a US Army combat Veteran, I have stayed in hotels/motels all over the world. This, by FAR, was my best hotel experience EVER!!! Breakfast was STELLAR!!!

Electric Car, great, otherwise, Avoid!

We liked the EV Charging availability and used it to charge our car. There were many places nearby that were convenient for buying things that were used.

The room was terriblly layed out, the refrigerator was small and did not offer enough settings, The air Conditioner was difficult to work with, The Shower Head was too high and did not offer enough settings. They said that they had no hand soap available. And, the staff did not seem to be overly friendly. The $8 parking fee really infuriated us on top of the already super high price for what we found in our stay. Keep charging for parking and not making hand soap available, on top of all these other anoying dissapointments and Marriott can count us out!

Nice updated rooms and quiet even though right off freeway. Parking is NOT free.

Rooms have been nicely updated and they are spacious. Very quiet from outside noise. Housekeeping staff were awesome - friendly and professional! However, the Front Desk staff during my stay might have well been zombies!! I used to work Front Desk during college so I get it, but the desk was never super busy. These ladies were half dead when interacting with them. NOT a great first impression for the hotel. Again, housekeeping staff were fantastic!

Front Desk ladies - not great for Front Desk duties. Parking charge of $24 for 3 nights - no mention from Front Desk during checkin of where this Free parking was located. There was a Steak & Shake and a gas station next door and a mall across the street - but again no mention of where I was should park if I did not want to pay.

reasonable option for a quick stop over when passing through

Property was very clean. if you are staying in the south side of Reno this is probably one of the better options.

Hotel room was very clean and comfortable. Also in a convenient are near shopping and food.

Had issues with the key card opening the room. It took several times scanning the card to open the door.

Everything was clean, comfortable, and in a good location. The staff were all friendly.

I stayed three nights. The breakfast was good but the same thing every day. At both check in and check out, I had to wait over 10 minutes for someone to come to the front desk since I needed printed receipts.

It was very nice and clean. Close to everything.

There were fire alarms going off all night early morning on Saturday. It was very annoying. My kids were not very happy about this and were very scared

Nice, clean newer hotel with some issues.

Hotel is clean and modern. Rooms are spacious and very clean. Love the modern decor.

For a newer hotel, the walls and ceiling seemed VERY thin. We were in one of the rooms at the far end of the third floor and could hear everything from above and to the side of us. Many families with kids running all over the place. The water takes FOREVER to get hot. We had to turn the bathroom sink on hot in order to get the shower to get hot enough. Literally would take 2-3 minutes or more to get hot enough to shower. ALSO - the fire alarm went off not once, not twice but THREE times in the middle of the night (4am - ish) waking us both up out of a dead sleep. Not a fun thing to wake up to. it’s also ridiculous that Marriott charges for parking … especially in a shared lot with other businesses.

Exceptional

Very good breakfast! The best breakfast from all the hotels, in that range, that we’ve been at. Staffs are friendly and approachable as well.

Airconditioning is difficult to adjust to our liking. Thermostat was already set at 75 but the A/C still blew very cold air. But nonetheless, they’ve got comfortable blankets, so it turned out OK.
