Staff member penny was rude when I tried to follow the directions on the brochure to call to check out after 10 said I couldn’t because 4 others were checking out late. checked me in late because the room wasn’t done on time, didn’t know of deposit or pet charges until I checked in

convenient location, friendly staff, clean

the sofa bed was very hard. I could feel each and every spring in the mattress

the beds in the rooms need to be upgraded. For such a big room, they can easily add 2 twins or king beds

The staff was very friendly and helpful. It was quiet for being downtown on a holiday weekend. It felt safe.

The hotel was clean, but so old and it seemed not well cared for. Almost like they tried to renovate but only repainted and installed granite countertops. The couches looked like they were original from the 70's. The elevator was questionable. The room was supposed to have 2 queens and a sofa bed. Instead, there was 1 queen and 2 sofa beds.

Exceptional

Staff was kind and informative. They had great senses of humor while also maintaining great professionalism. Kylie, Clint, amd Tiffany especially stood out for great service!

the A/C directly in the room where there was a closet was loud and made terrible noises when turning on and off!! the furniture in the room was old and dirty(the couch).

Good

It was just an overnight trip and we all fit good. The kitchenette comes in handy when your feeding kids on a budget. The pool was nice and game room as well.

I reserved the 1 bed suite with 2 queens and sofa sleeper and ended up getting 1 queen bed and 2 sofa sleepers. I still paid the same price for the extra uncomfortable sofa bed.

very disappointed, most likely won’t be staying there again

The parking was horrible, both parking garages clearance was very low and parking spaces were very small. The mattress on the sofa sleeper was so worn down and thin that you can feel every spring. There were no linens or pillows for the sofa sleeper and no hand soap for the bathroom

Location was great. Staff were friendly.

The rooms are outdated. Bathroom and kitchen areas could probably do with an upgrade. The walls are paper thin, so you can hear conversation in the hallways and the next room over.

The internet is great

No smoking anywhere on the property or you lose 250 dollars. The elevator was out of service for 4 hours at checkout time

The location is in the middle of everything!!

We enjoyed our stay.

It was very nice to have a kitchenette. The staff was very friendly. The internet was very good. Facility was very clean.

Furnishings were a little worn. Could hear movement in the floor above.

the bedding to one of the beds was stained with what seems to be blood . no extra bedding for the sofa bed and when we asked for extra bedding we where told there wasn’t any available .

Never again - poor maintenance

The location and parking were perfect. The kitchen facilities were a bonus. The balcony, though not used, is nice.

The room smelled like cigarette smoke. The ceiling started dripping water and the popcorn stuff started to bulge around 4a.m. The next room had a cockroach so trash went on balcony. The covering over the door on the walkway was dripping profusely, and bulging too. I was concerned the concrete would collapse, or I would step out onto an ice rink in the morning.

Clean and comfortable room, but inflexible staff and strange check in regulations which are not communicated well.

Clean and comfortable room, good location.

My friend couldn’t check in without me, although she presented the booking number and my details. The receptionist told her we had to register prior to arrival to let her check in, this was not communicated to me when I booked the room. My friend had to wait for me although she was tired and jetlagged, they would not make an exception.

Comfortable, well located, offered everything we needed.

Comfortable bed, well appointed room. Liked the small kitchen, very useful. Good location to center of town. Staff very helpful when we needed something.

The exterior of hotel still needs updating, and cleaning.

Good

Modest but clean facility. Great location, just a 5 min walk to downtown. Great pricing, much cheaper than the downtown hotels. Would stay here again.

Very limited parking.
