Es un hotel muy bonito y con una azotea muy bonita desde donde se ve prácticamente toda la isla.
Ha sido la experiencia más lamentable que he sufrido en un hotel en toda mi vida viajando. El hotel está muy alejando del centro (cosa que se sabe cuando se reserva) lo que uno desconoce es que los caminos son de tierra y que estaban absolutamente bloqueados para acceder al centro (bici, andando o taxi) esto hace que los trayectos se multiplicarán por 2 o 3. Mi mujer está embarazada y ante esta situación pedimos de forma excepcional que revisaran nuestros caso que nos quedaríamos dos noches y que nos ayudarán con las otras 2, pues no podíamos salir del hotel, la respuesta del hotel fue absolutamente indiferente, no nos ayudaron en nada, ni una solución ni una propuesta ni un detalle. Llevamos viajando más de 15 años y nunca hemos tenido un problema en ningún hotel. La caridad humana de esta gente y como afrontar un problema adverso brilla por su ausencia.
Adicionalmente, nuestra habitación tenía una piscina partículas que no pudimos usar al estar sucia por no funcionar la depuradora (lo avisamos veces en recepción). La puerta de nuestra habitación no se cerraba (avisamos varias veces en reacción ) no vinieron a arreglarla. Las toallas de la ducha no nos las cambiaron hasta el 3 días y porque lo pedimos.
El desayuno incluido es escaso y ojo si pides más mantequilla o leche ( te cobran un extra).
En definitiva, el trato al cliente es de lo peor que me he encontrado nunca, en holbox hay 1.000 hoteles mejor para poder alojarse y que disfrutarás de una isla maravillosa.

Alles, es war die schönste Unterkunft auf unserer zweiwöchigen Rundreise der Yucatan-Halbinsel. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hat bei allen Anliegen super unterstützt. Das Hotel wartet mit allerlei Komfort auf, das Bett ist unglaublich gemütlich und es gibt so viel Platz auf dem Gelände: am Pool, in einer der zahlreichen Hängematten, auf der Dachterrasse. Die hochqualitative Ausstattung hatte alle anderen Hotels unserer Reise in der Schatten gestellt. Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt.
Gerne wäre ich länger geblieben ;)

Bien que l’établissement soit bien située (à 5 minutes de la bioluminescence) c’est un peu éloigné du centre. Ce n’était pas dérangeant mais si votre objectif est de faire la fête au centre chaque soir, préparez vous à marcher 30 à 40 min dans la nuit noir.

The place is so beautiful and well taken care off. The location is quiet and the bedroom is comfortable and cosy. We really liked the outside and staff is very friendly!
We missed a couple of things in our bedroom (brush to clean the toilet, hairdryer, shower soap). We were forgotten twice with our food (one breakfast and dinner). That was unpleasant for the price and we had no gesture to compensate that. (I expect this with a 3/4 stars hotel). The location is nice but with the storm earlier in February it wasn’t very accessible

L’hôtel est magnifique. Au niveau des prestations, piscine, bar, décoration, salle de jeux tout est niquel.
Le calme, aucun bruit extérieur de quad.
Pour un séjour détente c’est l’endroit rêver.
Le petit déjeuné n’est pas assez copieux. C’est décevant pour un hôtel comme celui-ci.
À noter également qu’il est à 30min à pied du centre de Holbox, la journée il est facile de s’y rendre à pied. Le soir malheureusement il faut rentrer en taxi compter 12/14€ pour un aller….
Dommage également que l’hôtel ne propose pas le service ferry / hôtel pour aller et le retour.

Localisation excentrée hors de la ville, proche de Punta Coco. Idéal pour être au calme.
Le mini frigo dans la chambre était un peu bruyant. De même que le moteur du ventilateur si vous souhaitez le faire tourner la nuit.

Nous n avons pas profité de l établissement car il y a eu une tempête énorme avec des marées montantes. Nous avions de l eau aux genoux dans l hotel. Nous n avons vu aucune plage , nous étions bloqués à l hôtel et aucun taxi ne pouvais venir.comme la personne n avait pas de solution, j ai ddmandé au serveur s il avait des amis et une brouette pour mettre les bagages et nous avons marchés 30 mn avec les bagages dans la brouette

Gorgeous rooms - clean, spacious, big bed! Nice touches to the room. I also think they did a good job with keeping out mosquitos as the area around the hotel was really bad for them.

In holbox when it rains the roads become very flooded and it’s difficult to get around/walk anywhere without wading through deep puddles. I don’t blame the hotel for this at all however when we were walking around we did notice some other hotels had put out rocks/sandbags so people could pass through without going into the puddles - this would have been nice for casa hx to do also as there were some huge ones near the entrance and lots of mosquitoes around the edges! Recommend getting a golf buggy taxi or walking via the beach to try and avoid this as much as possible.

Esta en una zona en medio de la naturaleza, perfecta para desconectar y sin un ruido. Está cerca de la playa, a 8 min caminando. El alojamiento es muy bonito, diferentes estancias, dos piscinas y una azotea. El restaurante del hotel tiene muchas opciones y estaba todo muy bueno. Se necesita taxi para llegar al alojamiento porque debido a los charcos que se forman es imposible ir andando o en bici. El taxi son aprox 250$.
El desayuno es escaso, tuvimos que pedir de las opciones de la carta y no son económicas.

Lovely interiors and rooms were large with balcony. Staff were overall friendly and breakfast included was great value for money and delicious.
What very few reviews recognise is the location of property and how far this is from the centre. We arrived on the 19th of January snd the island was completely flooded. The hotel didn’t offer any shuttle to and from the town so each evening we’d have to wade through swamp like dirty water to reach a shop or restaurant or pay up to £17 one way via golf buggy taxi’s. Considering this isn’t even rainy season we were surprised to see the extent of the flooding and how little the hotel did to alleviate the problem.

Simplemente espectacular, lo recomiendo al 100% es únicamente para adultos lo cual es una maravilla, el servicio es excelente y la comida impresionante. Quiero resaltar el restaurante Pantera, es realmente fuera de serie. 10/10

Beautiful hotel, we were upgraded on arrival to a suite which was lovely. Staff were friendly and helpful. The room itself was great, bed was comfortable
The location is far from town. Unfortunately, it had recently rained, I believe earlier on the day we arrived, and that meant walking from the hotel to town involved walking through roads blocked by water or an extremely round about way. Given the weather and how difficult it was to get to town on our own, we left a day early.

Le personnel est aux petits soins. La chambre est spacieuse et jolie. La déco de l’hôtel est incroyable ainsi que le restaurant de l’hôtel. Nous avons d’ailleurs extrêmement bien mangé. C’était vraiment notre meilleur expérience au Yucatan.

Die Hotelanlage ist schön, unsere Suite gross, gut ausgestattet und die private Terrasse gemütlich. Es wurde jeden Tag gereinigt und zwei volle Wasserflaschen bereitgestellt. Das Bett war sehr bequem und die Nachtvorhänge super, so dass wir das Zimmer total abzudunkeln konnten. Ausserdem ist es sehr ruhig in der Nacht. Auf unserer Reise hatten wir keine bessere Dusche als hier, die war wirklich perfekt. Man sieht, dass alles ziemlich neu und gut gebaut ist und dass auf Details geachtet wird. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.
Das Hotel ist etwas weit vom Zentrum entfernt, im dunkeln oder bei schlechtem Wetter muss man ein Taxi nehmen – dafür ist man schnell am Playa Punta Cocos. Das inkludierte Frühstück ist zwar lecker, aber klein und man hat keine Auswahl, ausser man bezahlt für etwas aus der Menükarte.

L'accueil, le personnel, la décoration de l'hôtel, les chambres, les petits-déjeuners, les piscines, la proximité avec une magnifique plage loin des touristes.
L'hôtel est un peu éloigné du centre-ville avec tous les restaurants et bars mais au final on oublie vite car il dispose de son propre restaurant, loin du bruit et de la foule.

Al haber tanto mosquito en la isla, estaría bien que pusieran un insecticida en la habitación e incluso, repente.
El acceso al hotel, debido a la lluvia del día anterior, era muy complicado, con zonas inundadas, y los taxis no querían llegar hasta el lugar o cobraban un precio desorbitado, lo que hizo que fuéramos andando, pero el el personal del hotel se ofrecieron a llamar ellos mismos a un taxista para que no recogiera durante el camino.

Gemütliches Ambiente durch viele Bäume und ruhige Musik. Nettes Personal, das englisch spricht und auf alle Fragen eingehen kann. Das Deluxe Zimmer ist sehr schön, nur etwas klein.
Es gibt 2 Pools mit Liegen umgeben von Palmen.
Der Rooftop war aufgrund des Regens über unseren gesamten Aufenthalt (3 Tage) geschlossen.
Zum Meer kommt man, wenn es geregnet hat, nur durch knietiefe "Pfützen". Diese sind ca 10 Meter lang und sie sind voll von Moskitos.

We loved our stay here. We had the plunge pool room and it was absolutely beautiful. We were welcomed with a refreshing drink upon arrival, the man behind the reception was so incredibly helpful, and the food at the restaurant was delicious.
The only thing was our plunge pool was very cloudy compared to the one next to us which was extremely clear.

The breakfast was delicious, the staff was quite pleasant and the hotel grounds were beautiful.
Unfortunately, the location of the hotel is in the mangrove therefore the mosquitoes were horrid. there were no measures in place to control nor repel them. I was stung in the face as well as in my hair. I was supposed to be at this hotel for 7 nights, we checked out after only 2 days and have not received a refund for the other 5 nights.

Setting within hotel is nice.
We were given a room on the ground floor. The building is built of wood with apparently paper-thin walls and floor. We could hear every footstep, every door movement, every toilet flush. And to make this worse, the room design has the bed headboard against the wall where the wood stairwell is located making any movement on the stairs even more loud. We asked to be moved, and I'm almost certain there were other available rooms, but we were told for our type of room, none was available.
Obviously, customer enjoyment is not their priority.
We had a departure time of 4 am, the front desk knew this very well, yet they called us in the middle of the night to tell us there was an outstanding restaurant bill; which BTW, the service was terrible, the food lackluster--go elsewhere. For some reason, the night desk clerk cannot take this payment. This clerk said it was possible.
Also, there was no bag breakfast prepared for our early departure; however, when we booked an earlier tour with them--where the hotel makes money for the referral--there was a bag lunch.
The location is far from the center of town. Any desire to go into town will almost certainly require a taxi service, or bike rental, both of which are relatively expensive for Mexico in general.
