Petit séjour

Le personnel très gentil, la douche au top, la literie très confortable, bien équipée pour cuisiner, proche de Punta coco où voir des flamands roses au coucher de soleil. On a adoré. Un peu loin du centre (20min à pied) mais pas dérangeant si vous aimez marcher et que vous recherchez un peu de calme loin de l'agitation.

Bon séjour

Le studio était top, bien équipé. Propre.

L'isolation, on entendait la famille qui vivait à côté dès le matin très tôt. L'emplacement du centre, un peu éloigné 30 min à pieds.Compliqué d'y accéder lorsque l'île est inondé d'eau.

Bueno Calidad precio

El lugar es muy limpio y espacioso, esta cerca de la bioluminiscencia, sean aventureros y lleguen por su cuenta en la noche en el punto que indica el maps.

Deben tomar el taxi con un costo de 200 pesos para llegar al hotel, de lo contrario caminar por aprox 25 minutos.

Logement passable, bien pour une ou deux grand maximum. Equipement vraiment médiocre.

Le lit était super confortable !

Eau froide pour la douche. Isolation sonore vraiment désagréable, on entend tout ce qui ce passe dans l’établissement.

Excellent rapport qualité prix

Très bon accueil, très belle décoration simple mais typique. Grande chambre très propre avec un grand lit super confortable ! L’hôtel est situé à l’écart de la ville compter 25min à pied en passant par la plage ce qui est très agréable

Tout était parfait, le seul point d’amélioration pourrait être de laisser une fontaine à eau disponible à tout moment et non seulement qu’à l’arrivée

DO NOT STAY HERE - spend your money somewhere else much closer to town

incredibly rude staff, make you feel guilty & stare you down every time you use the drinking water, no water pressure, dirty sheets, rooms smell of mold, it costs $40USD additional for your stay as you must go back & forth with a taxi due to the massive puddles of water you cannot walk into town. Stay at Bhoga, cozy rooms or any other place!!!!

Assez loin du centre, 20 euros de taxi à chaque fois que nous devions aller en ville (compliqué de se déplacer à pieds à cause de l'état des routes)

Un lugar para relajarse

El lugar está muy limpio, buenas instalaciones. Y su personal es muy amable y siempre atentos a las necesidades. Es un lugar seguro si viajas en solitario.

Está retirado del centro de la isla, y no hay tiendas cercanas.

Peaceful and Comfortable

The room was spotlessly clean and extremely comfortable. It was an easy, short walk to the beach and was incredibly quiet and peaceful. The AC worked well, as did the hot water. The WiFi worked perfectly until the thunderstorm, at which stage it was off for more than 24 hours (to be expected on an island). It was excellent value for money.

These things weren't a problem for me but might be for other guests: the linen was perfectly clean but was worn and stained. There was no coffee machine, just a kettle that didn't work. The biggest problem I had was that the stairs are very badly designed and, in the massive thunderstorm, they became a literal waterfall. Despite my greatest care, I slipped and fell down the stairs because they were so flooded with water.

Clean and simple.

limited towels, limited blankets, and limited wifi. No cleaning. I strongly believe that if this place put more effort into customer service and improving staff and clean towels and sheets, it can be a great value for the money.

Terrible

Spacious room

Owners decided to hire a construction crew to work 10 hours daily above me on the roof! The energy of this hotel was negative and offered nothing to compensate for ruining my ability to relax!

amazing sunset!

New building, close to the beautifull beach, clean, space appartment - 2 levels, 2 toilets. huge kitchen!

In booking com info was the information about everyday cleaning-... finnaly no cleaning during our 3 days stay :-(

Not a great experience

For the price you pay the room was okay as Isla Holbox is pretty expensive. But in hindsight we wish we had paid a bit more for a better place.

When we arrived they told us our room wasn't ready. Instead they put us in their sister hotel down the road... That was still being build. It was a noisy building site with no curtains in the room so the builders could see in. I complained and they put us back in the original hotel? So quite what the issue was I'm not sure. If I hadn't had said anything they would have left us in a poor room with no compensation. The main hotel had no power for most of our stay (common on the island). But what is not common on the island is the hotel had no generator as back up so we had no air con, lights or power for over 24 hours.

Clean and modern

Clean modern room in quiet place, really big bed, very nice spanish speaking staff.

Small details matters: mirror was small and so high that without at least 165cm you will not see yourself. Rented bikes were in worse condition than average in town, but the price was the same. It was not possible to lock your room while being inside (however it was really safe, I did not get that I can not do it for quite a long time).

Perfect for a relaxing stay

Big and clean rooms, nice area (calmer than in the main places) with easy and quick acess to the beach. No problems with mosquitos and easy to get there by just walking over the beach from the little village. The people who run it are very friendly and we were happy with everything. Muchas gracias!

Lovely apartment close to Punta Cocos and 20 mins walk from ferry

Great location if you want to go to punta cocos to see the bioluminescence or sunbathe. Also far from the busy town and great cooking space etc with all utensils and modern design Great size and value for price

Sofa was quite worn but the rest all new/refurbished There was a soft noise during the night, thankfully I brought earplugs The lady wasn't overly friendly but polite and helpful

Loved it. Recommended.

Really comfortable bed! Mosquito protection in the windows. Free water. Really nice room on a lovely island. It's on a bit more quiet place on the island, not in the centre. But you have some really nice restaurants and bars here too! Recommended. One of the best in this price ranges I think.

Stay at sweet Marianas

These studios deserve a better rating. The rooms are spacious, new, so clean, no mosquitoes in the room and the bed so comfortable. We had a tv and Netflix, a fridge, microwave and a kettle. Mariana was the sweetest girl ever and the staff lovely. You had drinkable water and we could leave the bags after we checked out. Great recommendation.

Its a good 18 minute walk and the way is not good in Holbox. Its better to walk through the coastline. But you can rent with them bikes or golfcard.

Minimalist and quiet. We would book there again!

Very quiet area. The room facilities are minimalist but with everything you need. Air conditioning, fan, microwave, dishes, TV, wifi, shower, toilet, large windows, so it is bright in the room, but with curtains to darken. Good size of the room.

The room door, which is also the large window, is located in the rooms on the ground floor directly on the hallway, so that everyone walks past it and can look into the room.

Beautiful hotel but zone under water

The room was big and exactly as in the pictures Bed was big and comfortable The room has some dishes, microwave and fridge if needed

To get to the hotel was terrible Nobody rlls us that half if the insel was unseen water... we though we could walk to the hotel but we has to pass through "under water" zones ... was the same to go to the beach

it was super fresh and the staff was very friendly. the beds were very nice and the showers were hot!!

the placement isn’t the best. by walking it takes about 20-30 minutes and by taxi it cost about 200 pesos

Exceptional

The best accommodation and reasonable price. Very good and trustable staff. If you want a day or two close to Punta Coco this place is the best. Very clean and really really comfortable. Here is the place to stay relax.

Simple comfortable big rooms with everything you need and near the beach!

Very modern, clean and big Room. We thought we were having a Kitchen because of the photos, but it turned out only the suites have a kitchen. But the staff was very kind and let us cook during our 2-days stay in their kitchen!! Kin Studios is located like 10min walk away from Punta Coco. You can walk there along the beach, which takes like 20min, but its well worth it! It was very quiet during the night, not like Playa Holbox were they music all night long. Really recommend this place!!!
