Exceptional

Great, clean and big apartment. Well working AC. Has well stocked kitchen. Just 5 min walk to a nice beach. The host is very friendly and helpfull. We loved it there!!

Very good

It was clean and close to the beach,- around 10 min walk.

We needed some knife and some other stuff in the kitchen and a safety box. But if I asked the host I’m sure she would had found out about something.

BEAUTIFUL SEA VERY NICE HOST

THE PLACE WAS IN A RESIDENTIAL AREA THE STREET WAS NICE THE HOUSE QUITE AND WELL KEPT LOCATION ONCE YOU GET USED TO THE PLACE IS MORE THAN ADEQUATE

BUT UNFORTUNATELY THE AREA OF MONDELLO LEAVES TO DESIRE WHEN IT COMES TO RUBBISH COLLECTION. THEY LEAVE RUBBISH FOR DAYS WITHOUT COLLECTING IT. A REAL PITY. THE ROAD ARE FULL OF HOLES AND NOBODY SEEM TO CARE. DRIVE YOUR OWN CAR IS A HAZARD PEOPLE DO NOT RESPECT ANY RULES REAL HOOLIGANS AT THE WHEELS

Great weekend getaway.

I was an effortless stay, good location, a good area, and few tourists.

Maybe just the weather at the time, it's better to go more toward May or in the summer.

Exceptional

Only a 10 minute walk, to the beach. The accommodation, was well equipped all through every room in the apartment, and air con in the lounge and bedroom. Very clean and modern, and very quiet, except for the occasional barking of dogs.

The outside areas are a little enclosed with no views. The steps inside are a little precarious as they need careful negotiation in the dark but there are night lights.

A lovely stay in a spacious, comfortable flat with very helpful hosts.

We thoroughly enjoyed our 9-day stay at SeiUndici holiday home. The flat is exactly as described, spacious and clean with a well-equipped kitchen, a large lounge and very comfortable beds. We loved the front terrace and the peace and quiet of the area, even at night and during the weekend. The property is a short walk (10-12 mins) from the beach and has easy access to the (regular) bus service into Palermo. The owners are friendly, helpful and accommodating. We got some great tips for local beaches and places to visit. It was the perfect accommodation for our stay in Mondello. We would definitely recommend it!

Excellent location for beach holiday with easy access to Palermo and all it has to offer.

The apartment was exceptionally clean and well appointed. The location is ideal for trips to the beach and the hosts were very attentive during our stay, helping with tips and practicalities.

The apartment is quite dark,which might be a relief during hot summer weather but not ideal during spring stays.

Pleasant

It was a lovely space, with plenty of room to spread out. Nicely decorated, and the AC worked well.

We stayed a week. Had we stayed just two or three days, much of this wouldn't have mattered. First, the host is stingy about towels and toilet paper. Such small things, but I don't see why I should pay €10 for fresh towels several days into my stay, or have to buy my own toilet paper at the store after the supplied two rolls are gone. Second, there was no cleaning all week, and there wasn't as much as a broom to do the cleaning myself. This is a beach town, and sand gets everywhere. The kitchen was not well appointed. Pots and pans, but no lids. A couple steak knives and a pairing knife, but nothing you could really chop with. Really awkward cork screws. No beach towels or blankets, at a beach house. The bed is aggressively firm, and the pillows are just a wisp of fluff, not enough to provide support. Side sleeping is right out. There are stairs between the bedroom and the bathroom (though there's no need for them, as it's all one floor) and navigating them at night in the dark is annoying.

Superb

We had a great time in Mondello and Stella was an excellent host. The property was clean, stylish and 10' walk from the sandy beach of Mondello. The house had all we needed and everything as advertised. Stella was helpful and friendly. We were very sad to had to leave!

Mondello e Splendida

The location of the house is perfect , it is in a quite area of Mondello at 300 mt. of the beach. All the amenities (restaurant , bars , supermarket etc.) are at more or less the same distance of the beach. The host are really nice persons and welcoming.

I cannot complain about anything during my stay.

Peaceful quiet resudential location. Perfect for couples or families

Immaculately clean. Very quiet peaceful location 10 minutes walk to mondello beach and restaurants! Loved the rocking chair on the verandah: )

It was a perfect rest.

The hosts are very positive & helpful people, easy to keep in touch. SeiUndici is a very quiet place. We liked comfortable beds & pillows, good towels, a nice terrace to sit in a rocking chair with a book, a spacious well-equipped kitchen, good wi-fi. It is great the apartment provides an opportunity to spend time together in a large sitting room but also there are places to be alone. Dear Stella & Giampiero! Thank you very much. We have lots of wonderful memories. Would definitely come again.
