Tolle Lage, geräumige Wohnung mit einigen Mängeln

Lage, Flair, viel Platz, sauber

Im Treppenhaus funktioniert das Licht nicht. Für das Gas braucht man ein Feuerzeug, war aber keins da, wir haben das selbst besorgen müssen. Viele Mücken, haben Mittel dagegen besorgen müssen.

Quite convenient and comfortable, near to supermarket

We stay for 2 nights, having a washing machine is a plus, as we got many days to go

We stay the highest floor, no lift, need to carry our luggage all the way up, is very challenging with big luggage

Really enjoyed our visit.

Great location, spacious and very warm

Shower needs to be fixed as the door seal has gone. Also would be good to have some dinner plates and a colander.

Location is just perfect. Spacious apartment, good use of kitchen, and fridge.

Shower is unpredictable. Boiler problem. Sometime we get super hot water and other times only cold, after runnning it for 10 mins. Needs some sort of fixing.

Good for exploring

The apartment is big, 2 bedrooms, situated in very quiet are of Venice. Lots of restaurants and bars nearby. The main attractions are 15-20 minutes walking distance. Nice view over the rooftops of Venice. Good for couples or group of friends.

Could be cleaner and need some more things, like an espresso machine, table ware, glasses.

Highly recommended apartment, good value for money, best quiet location, walking distance to centre.

The location in quiet but close to the city center street and the views from windows were great! It was very quiet and spacious. Perfect for family. Appartment was equipped with all you need to cook your own meals if needed. The host let us leave the luggage in the rooms early morning.

the only thing that could have been better was shower. The water presure was rather poor. The water temperature is also really difficult to control, but this did not spoil our stay.

Cosy acommodation. House is 700 years old. You can feel Venetian spirit. We were excited by rooms. Everything was OK. Rooms were equiped by everyrhing you could need. This was best acommodations in Venice Which I visited. Owner is very friendly. I asked him for some details and he helped us as much as possible

We lived in top floor, so 64 steps to rooms is not good for old people. But you must to calcute with it before ordering. Restaurant under hotel is expensively. You could find cheaper one and better around in Dorsoduro

Clearly refurbished to a high standard albeit a few years ago. Very spacious, especially by Venice’s normally low standards.

Very poor attention to maintenance. Gas wouldn’t light; staff member promised to bring a proper lighter but we never saw him again. Door to freezer compartment on fridge was missing and fridge was turned up, resulting in a ruined breakfast because what we bought in the evening was frozen by the time we were ready for breakfast the following morning. Shower had black mold around the joints at its base and the door sealing was hanging off. Had the impression maybe new ownership and/or management did not live up to good standards of when apartment was first refurbished. We are regular visitors to Dorsoduro and we won’t be coming to this one again, despite it’s being basically a nice apartment.

The location was good, not in the most hectic area.

There were some problems with the water heater... so only short and very cold showers...
