Beautiful place to stay with a great breakfast.

Location was perfect. Beautiful place to stay. Breakfast was wonderful!

It was hard for my husband to take a bath, and the shower wasn’t too easy to use.

The bed was a full size not queen as advertised Dusty furniture and baseboards .

Un accueil très impersonnel. Petit déjeuner peu copieux avec une heure imposée Très bruyant: route principale sous les fenêtres et mauvaise insonorisation entre les chambres. Escalier raide et étroit pour accéder aux chambres du 1er étage. Prix élevé pour le faible niveau de prestations

Place was almost charming but underwhelming & overpriced.

Fun to be in historic house amidst apple trees.

Noisy room facing highway, handsome but uncomfortable bed, cramped bathroom, mediocre heavy breakfast, unripe apples they sold us, over-talkative, under-attentive host. I suspect they're tired of running a b & b and it shows.

Breakfast was nice. Bruce and Barb were great.

Doors in our room were very hard to close. Very steep stairway up. Bed was very hard. I slept on the futon. The tub was not for seniors.

We enjoyed our stay and would recommend this B&B to anyone.

The breakfast was delicious and we really enjoyed sitting out on the comfortable porch with all the beautiful flowers everywhere. Felt very homey and the owners are really friendly good people. Even purchased some homeade preserves from them.

Relaxing stay with wonderful gardens and friendly hosts.

Breakfast was very good. Portions were great. Could have done a bit better on the coffee and tea but the food was very good.

Breakfasts were very good; delicious & enjoyable. Bruce & Barb are hospitable hosts!

...the room fan squeaked when turning; a walk-in shower would be preferable; noisy traffic eases by 10:00 p.m., can be noisy, due to location near highway.

Very nice escape in Bayfield

Quiet and quaint. The owners were very nice and hospitable. Awesome giant towels!

Stairs were steep to the room.

Great location for a visit to the area.

Great location. Excellent homemade hot breakfast! Friendly, communicative proprietors. Superior room has large spa tub with shower head.

Bruce and Barb and Apollo were excellent hosts. Breakfast was amazing. We had a very good time talking to other couples staying there.

we enjoyed Lucy’s place and we will be back!

it was very comfortable, the inn keepers were personable and welcoming, there were several places to sit outside and read/have coffee. breakfast was great and interesting to share it with other guests.

it’s up the hill from the lake but that was a minor detail.

We were very disappointed in the bnb. There was no one present when we arrived. Only a note on door

It was an excellent value and our hosts were lovely. I also had fun playing with Apollo.

The property was beautiful! There are lush gardens, a small orchard, and private parking.

We stayed upstairs where there was a queen bed, and a futon. There was no blanket for the futon.

Great hosts! Great location!

Nice place with beautiful grounds walking distance to the ferry dock and restaurants and shops. We had a warm breakfast with fresh fruit every morning. The owners are very friendly and helpful.

We were very happy with everything about the place from the rooms to the owners and the breakfast.

Awesome Basecamp

Bruce and Barb were marvelous hosts with incredible breakfasts! Lucy's Place is an excellent base camp for inland or water excursions. Gardens were amazing and the view of Lake Superior from the Lake View room was mesmerizing.

Nice!

Breakfast was great every day. The atmosphere was fantastic and the grounds were beautiful

Due to the latitude the area was colder than anticipated. Also the spring pollen and allergy season was in full swing in June. That has nothing to do with the quality of the place, but is good information for a visitor

Loved our stay. Enjoyed the Apostle island Cruise and beautiful fall colors!!

Excellent service from very friendly hosts!! Breakfasts were delicious and very satisfying. Close to the harbor and restaurants. Loved Apollo (the owner's husky) who greeted us when we arrived and every morning. Nice to have a jetted tub, fridge and microwave in the room. Loved the porch and swing.

The bed was very high and difficult to get into for older folks with mobility issues. Lots of road noise as it is located on a busy highway. Would have preferred a stand up shower with a curtain in the tub as my husband never takes a bath. A small TV in the room or a TV in a common area would have been nice.
