About this apartment rental

Cute three-bedroom upstairs rental unit with a small living area, centrally located within the heart of downtown Bayfield, close to all restaurants, shops, the beaches and the ferry line. NOTE: This property DOES NOT have a kitchen; it has a microwave, mini fridge and coffee maker. It is ideal for small groups who mostly want to be out exploring and who WILL EAT OUT or be fine with bringing food back to microwave and eat. We DO NOT SUPPLY EATING UTENSILS OR PLATES.

Guests will have the full upstairs unit to themselves. It consists of a small living room, one full bath and three large bedrooms, each with its own full bed and freestanding wardrobe. The bedrooms are spacious, but the living area is quite small and would not fit 6 comfortably. THERE IS NO KITCHEN. We want to stress that this rental unit is ideal for groups who mostly plan activities outdoors and come back to wind down before bedtime.

The downstairs is its own separate rental unit. As sound travels easily through the walls, we ask that all guests observe indoor voices and light feet. **Quiet Hours are 10PM to 8AM**

**We have a strict “no outdoor shoes inside” policy. The flooring is hard maple throughout with area rugs for comfort. Please consider bringing your own indoor slippers or nonskid socks for your stay.**

**Bedrooms: The three spacious bedrooms, each with a full bed and wardrobe.

**Full bath: There is one full bath with shower over tub. Dove shampoo, conditioner and body wash are provided.

**Coffee: There is a Mr. Coffee 8-cup coffee maker with mugs. Folgers coffee is supplied.

**Roku TV: There is a 40" Roku TV in the living room.

**There is a mini fridge and microwave present. Please note there are NO PLATES OR UTENSILS available. Dawn dish soap and a small bottle cleaner are provided for washing coffee mugs.

Little Bodin was wonderful! Three friends, three rooms, three beds and a comfortable spot to sit and visit. This rental is fresh, clean and perfect for a short get away with friends.

Loved the unit! It was perfect for what we needed with the 3 bedrooms. Wish we could have stayed longer! Already telling all my friends about it if they need a place to stay in bayfield! Only thing I would have liked to see added is a toaster, but I knew it only had a microwave and mini fridge. Great location, great signage! Made it very easy to find!

Overall, very nice. Would definitely stay there again. They only down fall for us was the lack of a larger fridge/freezer. We were on route to a destination and had hoped to keep some food cold. We were able to easily get ice at local stores for our coolers. Everything else was perfect!!

I felt the Little Boden was an ok accommodation right in the middle of Bayfield. However, Its construction is older so you can hear everything that happens in the next unit. There was no drinking water supplied and no open stores open nearby at 10:00pm I kid you not, not even a gas station in a fifteen mile radius. There was no bedding for the sofa bed. No utensils, no Kleenex, nothing. I just expected some basics considering the extremely high price I paid to stay here.

Little Bodin is a great location to many things Bayfield offers. Steps away from downtown shops & restaurants, ferry to Madeline Island & Apostle Island Boat Cruises. We did not need our car all weekend. Host was readily available for any questions we had.

Outside of the steps being more difficult for my elderly parents, the space was wonderful to rest our heads for the night!

We stayed here for my sister’s bachelorette party and had 6 people total. Although it might have been a tight space for 6 adults, we definitely had enough space to sleep! This place is great for a short stay since we were wanting to try the restaurants in the area (there is no kitchen in the rental). It was in walking distance of pretty much everything which was convenient. It was nice to have a parking space so we didn’t have to worry about parking on the street when it was busy!

This was the perfect place for my girlfriends & I to stay for a few days. Three bedrooms for three ladies, perfect! Right downtown Bayfield. Walking distance to everything! Bonus was an off street parking space reserved for our apartment.

Cute place right down town. The only amenities are a microwave, mini fridge and coffee maker. Be sure to bring plates and silverware if you plan to eat at the place as there isn't any aside from coffee mugs. There is a small sink to wash up dishes. Nice sized bedrooms and bathroom.
